A petition to outlaw abortions and protect unborn babies from the moment of conception is circulating in Florida.
A project of Abolish Abortion Florida, the petition is calling for an amendment to the state constitution to make an abortion a crime of capital murder. Under the proposed language, anyone who performs or procures [This scares some pro-life groups. It should not. Being charged is not the same thing as being convicted. If a mother hired someone to murder her three year old son, would any sane law exempt the mother from possible prosecution because she is the mother of the child? Of course not! The purpose of a trial is to bring forth the facts of the case and prosecute and convict the guilty.] an abortion would be charged with first-degree, premeditated murder.
Abolish Abortion Florida said its goal is to collect enough signatures to have the amendment on the 2018 election ballot. Its members also are urging Florida legislators to consider a bill with similar language, according to the group [Good!].

If the ballot measure passes, the state constitution would recognize that unborn babies have a right to life from the moment of fertilization. [And they do already because of the First and Fourteenth Amendments. The federal courts have simply ignored the amendments but have admitted that they are protected by the amendments if life begins at conception which it does. Life beginning at conception is a scientific fact!]. This would ban abortions and certain kinds of birth control drugs and devices that can work as abortifacients [Murders the baby after conception. The fact is that every abortion is murder and there should be NO exceptions for murder! GOD did not say “Thou shalt not murder except for ….”], as well as the intentional destruction of unwanted human embryos created for in vitro fertilization [Which is murder after conception!].
‘The governing authorities of our state possess the moral, legal, and constitutional duty to establish justice for all human beings within their jurisdiction, including the pre-born fatherless by prohibiting the slaughter of children in the womb [Absolutely true! No just, moral society would ever sanction the murder of its children—born or unborn!],’ the petition reads. ‘We demand that our legislators stop passing laws to regulate abortion. We demand the total and immediate abolition of human abortion.”
Similar measures have been proposed in other states this year. In May, the Missouri House approved a bill to define an unborn baby as a person in its state constitution and ban abortions. Proposals also were introduced in Alabama and Oklahoma [The Oklahoma Supreme Court falsely ruled the proposal unconstitutional even though the First and Fourteenth Amendments protect life. They ruled wrongly that court decisions supersede actual Amendments of the Constitution. Absolutely ridiculous!] recently.
While the intentions of these measures are honorable, they are highly unlikely to become law. Because of the current political climate and the precedents set in the U.S. Supreme Court case Roe v. Wade, courts would almost certainly strike down the measures. In 2012, the Oklahoma Supreme Court struck down a similar personhood bill as unconstitutional [Does not mean it is. It means the courts are wrong. One would think courts are never wrong. The fact is they are often wrong. The Supreme Court was wrong in its Roe vs. Wade decision and has been wrong ever since! The courts at one time ruled that people (Blacks) are property and must always be property. We fought a civil war to right that injustice! The problem is we have allowed the courts to usurp authority not given to them by the Constitution! Then, we have placed those usurpations above the Constitution itself.].
Many pro-life groups believe that one of the keys to ending legalized abortion is to overturn Roe v. Wade. [How well has that worked out? We have had government sanctioned murder for over 43 years and have murdered 55 million plus babies. How many more millions of babies will be murdered before a favorable court decision? Will it ever happen? How long do we expect GOD to be patient? The political party being relied upon to change it is also the political party that sanctioned the murders!] However, the current Supreme Court justices are highly unlikely to do so, especially after the unexpected death of pro-life Justice Antonin Scalia. Three of the justices, Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito and John Roberts, likely would vote to overturn Roe and return abortion laws back to the authority of the states [That is a wrong perspective. The States do NOT have the authority to sanction the murder of unborn babies any more than the federal government does. Read and understand the Fourteenth Amendment! The best solution is for Congress to end the murder of our children. Until that happens, I’m for every program and law that saves lives until Congress finally acts. Congress can end abortion by law. That is a constitutional fact! The supreme law of the land—the Constitution, laws passed by Congress pursuant to the Constitution, and treaties entered into under the Constitution (Article 6 ¶ 2). Not the supreme law of the land—federal court decisions! Why are we allowing federal courts to usurp their authority?]; but five of the other justices almost certainly would not. Scalia’s seat on the high court remains empty.
To overturn Roe and make abortion illegal again, Americans need to elect a pro-life president and U.S. Senators who will put pro-life judges on the high court [How likely is that in this election? Donald Trump is NOT pro-life and the Republican Party does not fight for pro-life justices, and does not fight to prevent pro-murder justices from being appointed. Republicans have not stopped one Obama judge appointment by a final vote in his seven plus years in office! NOT one including since 2015 when it had a majority in the Senate!] This would pave the way for the reversal of Roe and a return to a country that protects every human life [Talk about wishful thinking! Congress needs to hold all federal judges responsible and accountable. The current Republican Congress will not even attempt to hold them responsible and accountable!].”

This provision shall prevail over any other conflicting provision(s). “Abortion” means the use or prescription of any instrument, medicine, drug, or any other substance or device, to intentionally kill an unborn human being. “Unborn human being” means the offspring of human beings, from the moment of fertilization of the ovum of a female individual by the sperm of a male individual [conception] until either live birth or natural death, whether conceived and/or located inside or outside the body of a human female.”

Every conservative, red State should pass a law or a Constitutional Amendment to abolish abortion/murder within their State. Life begins at conception. That life begins at conception is a biological, scientific fact. Life is protected from conception by the Constitution of the United States specifically in Amendment V and Amendment XIV.

“No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.”

All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
The U.S. Supreme Court acknowledged that the Constitution protects life in Roe vs. Wade. In both Roe vs. Wade (1973) and Doe vs. Bolton (1973), the Court then proceeded to immorally and unconstitutionally give government sanction to the murder of unborn babies. That government sanction to an immoral, unconstitutional action has resulted in the illegal murder of an estimated 55 million or more unborn babies. These two immoral, unconstitutional decisions, as well as others in following years, have resulted in an American holocaust. These immoral, unconstitutional court decisions are now and have always been null and void.
Abortion/murder was not, is not, and can not be the law of the land until and unless the Constitution is amended as provided in the Constitution itself. Unconstitutional court decisions are not the law of the land and are null and void.
Every abortion/murder is a criminal act and a direct assault upon the child’s constitutionally protected right to life.

The constitutional solution to government sanctioned murder:
Congress nullifies the court decisions by law:
First, define life stating that life begins at conception as it does.
Then, state clearly and emphatically in law that the federal court decisions sanctioning the murder of unborn babies are null and void since they violate the Fifth Amendment and Fourteenth Amendment.
Finally, federal court decisions are not the supreme law of the land. Laws passed by Congress pursuant to the Constitution are the supreme law of the land and supersede any and all federal court decisions. [Article 6, ¶ 2]
