The Obama Administration Department of Injustice went after him for only one reason: The Obama Administration did not approve of his politics and political actions. Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need one more Constitutional Justice and the one appointed has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. August is back to school month which is normally the second busiest season for retailers like Target. Yet, while the Dow Jones was up 3.99%, Target was only up 1.14%. The boycott stills seems to be having the desired effect.

Last night was the fulfillment of the grassroots victory many thought they were getting last November [Not anyone who knew what was happening. I did not and do not accept that Donald Trump was a “gift from GOD.” As I have said all along, Donald Trump is a New York, Leftist, Progressive who ran on some conservative issues because his internal polling said it was necessary if he was going to win as a Republican. He was for years part of the political, insider swamp. He even bragged about it. Bill and Hillary Clinton were at his last wedding.]. It is clearly embodied in the nomination of Judge Roy Moore for Senate in Alabama [Much more so than Donald Trump. Ted Cruz was part of this with his election in 2012. Mike Lee too in 2010.].
It’s hard to overstate the enormity of what happened in the Yellowhammer State [Alabama]. A sitting Republican Senator who had the support of a sitting Republican president [and the Republican Majority leader in the Senate] was defeated in a primary. Any victory against an incumbent in a primary is exceedingly rare, but for Moore to win with 63 of 67 counties, despite the party’s and the president’s support of his opponent, Luther Strange, and despite a one-sided air war worth a fortune per vote [It cost a fortune per vote. It didn’t seem to buy a lot of votes for the amount of money expended.], is unprecedented. It is also providential.
A vote for what Moore stands for—not just against Mitch McConnell [Absolutely agree with this. Judge Roy Moore was the frontrunner from the moment he announced. Long before Mitch McConnell and his henchmen got actively involved.]
Media pundits on the Left and pseudo-right will chalk this up to a humdrum vote of frustration against the establishment. But it’s so much more than that. This was a vote for Judge Roy Moore and what he represents. [This is significant. The so-called political pundits claimed than Judge Moore would plateau at about 40% of the vote. Even if he became one of the two top vote getters in the primary, he could not reach 50% +1 of the votes necessary to win a runoff election. I wrote about this in my very first post about this primary.] Yes, what he represents is the antithesis of what the political establishment exists for, which makes the victory a double triumph for the grassroots [The same was true of the election of Ted Cruz and Mike Lee before him. Mike Lee defeated an incumbent in a Republican caucus rather than a primary and Ted Cruz defeated a sitting Establishment Texas Lieutenant Governor who many considered the most powerful statewide elected official in Texas because of his power over the Texas State Senate.].
This was also about years’ worth of GOP [Republican] mistreatment of cultural conservatives in the face of a one-sided war perpetrated by cultural Marxists [You can say that again.]. Casual pundits have forgotten that this race really started last year, long before anyone knew there would be a vacant Senate seat. It started when Moore took a courageous stand for the second time against judicial tyranny and the redefinition of marriage [The voters in Alabama did not.]. The political establishment in Alabama did nothing to fight for him [True.] against a rogue committee that violated state law to remove him from the bench. On a national level, other than yours truly and Steve Deace (listen to my podcast with Moore), very few conservatives spoke out as they did during his first fight for the Ten Commandments in 2003 [Establishment Republicans seem especially intimidated by the radical homosexual movement. Have you heard or read of ANY Establishment Republicans speaking out against the transsexual nonsense that is being foisted upon us? Any of them opposing Target? Any of them speaking out about delusional men being within the facilities reserved for females. Any of them speaking out against delusional boys and men participating in female sports? They are uniformly silent. They are uniformly political cowards.].
Cultural Marxism and judicial supremacy have been crowned the law of the land by the political establishment on the Right [Unfortunately it seems to be true. Either that or, as I said, they are political cowards.]. But the people of Alabama were appalled at the treatment of Moore and, even more importantly, at the truculent onslaught of cultural Marxism, completely unanswered by Republicans who run every year as pro-marriage, pro-life, and against legislating from the bench [And yet have done NOTHING to change the status quo or hold anyone accountable.].
This is why the instant Moore announced his candidacy, he was the front-runner and remained so throughout the race—long before this became a proxy war against Mitch McConnell and the establishment. Alabamians voted for Roy Moore, for America’s founding values, for true adherence to constitutional originalism. It was McConnell and Co. who made this an ‘anti-race’ by running a relentlessly negative campaign against those values [And the Left is already doing the same. The Leftist candidate will lose in Alabama. He is fund raising against the very things that got Judge Moore elected. He may raise money from the Left but he won’t get elected in Alabama running on murdering babies within the womb, supporting the radical homosexual agenda, and supporting the tyranny of Leftist judges. Alabama is not California, New York, or Illinois.].
Traditional conservatism built upon God and the Constitution is still what GOP voters want [The majority perhaps. Certainly not all.]
It took 2.5 years of appalling silence since Obergfell [The court decision that sanctioned faux “homosexual marriage.”] and the commencement of the Rainbow Jihad for traditional constitutional conservatives to finally fight back. Now they will likely get their man in the Senate [I have no doubt about it. As I said, Alabama is not a Leftist State.]. They want a man who will fight the courts [I do. Hold them accountable.], fight the obsessive transgenderism [transsexualism], and not cower in the corner from a vocal minority of mischief-makers [Liars and propagandists.].
But what started with social conservatism didn’t end there. The three-legged stool of conservatism is really built upon adherence to God’s law and the Constitution [Absolutely.]. The GOP openly ditched one leg of the stool a decade ago, but despite its lip service to the other two, we always knew that fiscal and national security conservatism could not stand without a foundation. Sure enough, fiscal conservatism and national security conservatism are now completely out of favor in the establishment as well [Just automatically passed a removal of the debt limit without so much as a whimper let alone a meaningful fight.].
Republican voters want representatives for whom God and the Constitution are not talking points to win their votes but a way of life. [Amen. At least, many of them do. Certainly, not all.] This is what we all used to want in our elected Republicans. Then we got scared to run on these beliefs publicly, but extolled those virtues privately. Now the clickservative world has open disdain for those values [Which is why they need to be replaced with real conservatives.]. And voters rebelled against that by casting an affirmative vote for the values that people inside certain zip codes, the clickservative media, and the Republican legal profession [Republican appointed judges? After all, five judges appointed by Republican Presidents voted to sanction the murder of babies within the womb. It was a Republican appointed judge who provided the fifth and deciding vote to sanction faux “homosexual marriage.”] have long ago scorned .
Yes, GOP voters want a fighter and a steel spine against the Swamp, but they also want someone who shares their traditional American values and Constitutional principles [I certainly do.]. They’ve been groping around for a champion and a movement, have been settling for less than ideal choices, and have even become acculturated to low expectations. But when finally offered the real deal, they decided to take it. Even if they can’t articulate it in the abstract, most Republican voters know what they are looking for when they find it [Ted Cruz, Mike Lee, Judge Roy Moore.].
Every constituency has its champions in Washington, most prominently illegal aliens [It certainly seems that way. Illegal aliens over American citizens. Why is that?]. But traditional conservatives have been shunned for over a decade. Not any more. Moore is not about some nuanced and aimless brand of populism. He is all about God and the Constitution … and is dead serious about implementing an agenda built upon them [Pray that is true.].
The war is only beginning [Absolutely agree with this. Some on the right don’t seem to even realize we are in a political war. I’m concerned that many Christians don’t seem to realize or can’t accept that we are also in a spiritual war against evil.]
Endless streams of Swamp creatures will swoop in and offer Moore help, money, or their service on his staff. This is where Moore has an opportunity to take things a step further than even Cruz, Lee, and Paul.
While remaining personally polite to McConnell and his crowd, he should stand his ground and launch an independent movement similar to what Bernie Sanders has done on the Left. Don’t take any of their money, don’t hire any of their consultants, pledge to back primary challengers against other incumbents, and hire only proven God-believing constitutionalists. Then launch the revolution that began last November from a Senate office.
Be the one to finally serve as not just the vote but the voice for our causes on every important issue, and grow a grassroots army that is a de facto new party [Asking a lot of one man. I don’t think one should discount other true constitutional conservatives including Ted Cruz and Mike Lee. From what I have observed, they are fighting the good fight. Are they perfect? Of course not. Neither is Judge Roy Moore. Neither are any of us. We all have to live with our limitations and we all have to rely on GOD.].
Voters did not support an ‘anti’ cause. They are tired of the establishment being ‘anti’ all the supposed values of the party platform [For sure.]. They voted for our timeless principles, championed by a man they believe will actually do whatever it takes to fight for them. Our moment has arrived. And by leading an issue-based campaign inside the Senate and a grassroots army to help other candidates, this movement may finally overcome the 30 years of failure since the Reagan Revolution [Do not be deceived. It will be a battle. The Left and Establishment Republicans have a lot to lose. They will not go silently into the night. It is political and cultural war. The battle call has been sounded. It is past time to answer that call. It is past time to fight against the evil that is overrunning this nation.].

1) The right conservative with a grassroots campaign CAN defeat incumbent Establishment candidates supported by the Establishment.
2) Establishment Republicans will war against conservatives even with little chance of success.
3) Not having the support of the President is not doom and gloom.
4) Mitch McConnell and his henchmen CAN be defeated.
5) The right conservatives who are pro-life have a real chance to defeat 12 or more incumbent Leftist Senators in 2018.
