Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need one more Constitutional Justice and the one appointed has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. It is past time to attack the evil of murdering babies within the womb on every front with every legal weapon we can use until the murder of babies within the womb is abolished completely throughout the United States and its territories. Murder of babies within the womb is a horrendous evil that needs to and must be terminated.

On April 25, 2017, Orrick blocked the Trump administration’s Executive Order 13768 to withhold funding from sanctuary cities that limit cooperation with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement authorities, saying Trump had no authority to attach new conditions to federal spending [The Obama Administration, that he was a part of, did it all the time. Not only did the Obama Administration attach new conditions to federal spending, it created new conditions for federal spending.].
According to the Public Citizen, a non-profit, consumer rights advocacy group, William H. Orrick III [The judge in this case.], who was employed by the law firm Coblentz Patch Duffy & Bass, raised at least $200,000 for Barack Obama and donated $30,800 to committees supporting him [He bought his judgeship?].”
Last month, Daleiden's attorneys released the footage. Some of the extended footage had already been leaked by Got News, but the video released by the CMP attorneys was more condensed and contained a compilation of the most shocking statements from abortionists [murderers of babies within the womb] at the conference [I had the link to it posted on this blog briefly until every site willingly took it down or was forced to take it down. Orrick then ordered Daleiden and his attorneys, Steve Cooley and Brentford J. Ferreira, to appear in court on June 14. They may face contempt of court charges for having released the video.
But CMP is arguing that Orrick should be disqualified from the case because he served on the board of an organization that houses a Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood] clinic. CMP’s motion to remove Orrick from the case says that Orrick’s affiliation with this organization shows ‘bias in favor of the plaintiff and prejudice against the defendants [One could reasonably draw that conclusion, I believe.].’
The organization is Good Samaritan Family Resource Center (GSFRC) in San Francisco. It describes its relationship with Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood] as a ‘key partnership.’ Orrick is a former GSFRC board member. He was GSRFC’s secretary of the board in 2001 ‘when GSFRC entered ‘key partnership’ with PPSP (Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood]),’ the motion states [And when the clinic opened its doors. “The Clinic opened its doors in 2001.” See below.].
‘The video recordings that are the subject of this case include recordings of PPSP [Planned Parenthood Shasta-Pacific]/PPNC [Planned Parenthood Northern California] staff members,’ it says.

Staffed in partnership with Planned Parenthood Shasta Pacific [It is staffed with baby murderers.], the clinic continues to increase its impact. What started out as a four hour a week clinic has grown to three days a week with dedicated teen hours and client visits of over 1,200 a year.]
‘At no time did Judge Orrick disclose to Defendants that he sat on the board of an organization that had as a ‘key partner’ an organization Defendants alleged, both in public statements and as part of their defense, was involved in violations of state and federal law [Right? This obviously biased judge can impartially hear a case involving said baby murdering factory. That is why the judge disclosed his relationship. Wait. He DID NOT disclose his relationship. Does this follow a pattern? The federal California judge that ruled against the voter passed “No homosexual marriage” Amendment to the California Constitution was a practicing homosexual who DID NOT disclose his obvious bias and the Leftist federal appellate court let his ruling stand. We have a corrupt federal court system populated with corrupt Leftist judges who disregard the Constitution AND the will of the people.],’ CMP’s motion continues. ‘Judge Orrick did not disclose his close and long-standing relationship with an organization that houses a facility and hosts Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood] staff, whom NAF claims are in physical danger from ‘anti-abortion [murder of babies within the womb] extremists’ incited by Defendants.’
The motion goes on to detail Orrick’s wife’s support of abortion [murder of babies within the womb] on Facebook. Mrs. Orrick ‘liked’ a National Abortion [Murder of babies within the womb] Rights Action League (NARAL) Facebook post that criticized CMP as ‘a sham organization run by extremists [And HER husband is the federal judge presiding over the case. Obviously, no bias. Right?].’
In 2015, ‘Mrs. Orrick ‘pinkified’ her Facebook page and added ‘I stand with Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood]’ as a Facebook profile picture overlay.’
CMP’s attorneys explained:
‘Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood] urged its supporters to add these elements to their Facebook pages as part of a campaign orchestrated specifically in response to the release of videos by Mr. Daleiden and CMP. ‘Pinkifying’ showed one’s support for Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood] and one’s belief that the videos were fraudulent.’
Another cause for CMP’s concern is Mrs. Orrick ‘liked a Facebook Post by ‘Keep America Pro-Choice [Pro-murder of babies within the womb which is the only “choice” the Left recognizes.]’ that applauded Mr. Daleiden being indicted in Texas [By a Leftist States Attorney who lost her next election in Texas.].’ It, and the ‘like’ of the NARAL post, ‘were juxtaposed with a profile photo featuring Judge Orrick and Mrs. Orrick.’

As The Federalist’s Mollie Hemingway uncovered at the time Orrick issued the initial gag order on the video, he is a major financial backer of pro-abortion [murder of babies within the womb] former President Obama [Which is why he was appointed to the federal court, in the first place? He bought his appointment?].

Why was he even allowed to preside over this trial? He is obviously prejudiced. The continued corruption of the federal court system by the Left. When the court system is made political it is made invalid. The Obama Administration particularly has made portions of the federal judiciary the political arm of the Left. And the Republican Party continually allows it to happen.
