Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need one more Constitutional Justice and the one appointed has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. It is past time to attack the evil of murdering babies within the womb on every front with every legal weapon we can use until the murder of babies within the womb is abolished completely throughout the United States and its territories. Murder of babies within the womb is a horrendous evil that needs to and must be terminated.

Both the Fifth Amendment and the Fourteenth Amendment protect the property rights of those covered by the Constitution. Almost certainly, the Fourteen Amendment has been the most misused and abused Amendment in relation to unconstitutional and unjustifiable decisions by Leftists in the federal court system. Both the decision to sanction the murder of babies within the womb and the series of decisions related to radical homosexual behavior have been based upon a radical distortion of the Fourteenth Amendment. The decisions created “rights” that do not exist and can not be found anywhere within the Constitution and its Amendments. In perverse, reverse decisions, property rights which are absolutely protected within both the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments have been trampled upon by the very same federal courts. Proving beyond any doubt that Leftist federal court judges have total disregard for the Constitution as writing and amended.
The major court decision that allowed the illegal and unconstitutional taking of private property by governments was Kelo vs. City of New London. I am not going into the case with this post except to say that the court changed the “public use” phrase into “public purpose,” which is a vastly different application of the Amendment and which can mean almost anything the court wants it to mean. Also, President Trump, not being knowledgeable about the Constitution, has said he approves of this decision. Just as Autumn brings ‘hunting season’ for many people, June delivers ‘SCOTUS Season,’ that glorious time when we find out from one branch of the oppressive U.S. government how many more of our rights it will ‘allow’ the other branches to take. And on June 23, SCOTUS didn’t disappoint.
In the case of Murr v Wisconsin, five SCOTUS justices saw fit to reinforce the troubling idea that government busybodies can pass regulations and zoning laws that utterly destroy the value, and highly restrict the peaceful use, of one’s [own, private] land [Can you guess the five judges who made this determination? Of course you can, if you follow the federal courts. The Leftist five.].

The case against the state of Wisconsin was brought by Donna Murr and her siblings, who inherited two parcels of land purchased in the ‘60s by their parents—land that lies adjacent to the St. Croix River in Wisconsin. Their parents built a cabin on one parcel, and kept the other unimproved, to serve as an investment for their kids.
As Eric Boehm writes for Reason, the siblings attempted to sell the unimproved land as a way to pay for renovations to the cabin. But state regulations enacted in the 1980s, which restricted the use of land along rivers, effectively prevented them from doing so. The value of their land, which had been appraised at $400,000 before the Murrs tried to put the parcel on the market, was reduced to $40,000 [Reduced by ten times the appraised value.], an offer made by the only entity that would buy it—the county government [Because government regulations made it basically worthless for private use.].
Naturally, this didn’t sit well with the owners [In effect, the government was stealing $360,000 from the family.].
Notes Boehm:
‘The Murrs filed a lawsuit against the state and county, arguing that they should be compensated for the lost value of the property, arguing the Fifth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution guarantees governments must compensate property owners when land is seized or otherwise made un-useful for public purposes [“nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.” Notice the acceptance of “purposes” instead of “use” which was made necessary because of the Kelo ruling.].’
To complicate matters, the state offered the Murrs a ‘takings’ claim if they combined the two properties and sold them both, then figured out the loss on the overall package.
But the whole point of the Murrs’ interest in selling the second property was to help pay for renovations to the first, which they wanted to keep.
Justice seemed within reach when the Murrs finally got their day in front of the black robed oligarchs at SCOTUS [Can never be sure of receiving justice when before Leftist judges. Their agenda is much more important than your justice.].
The result? A massive blow against not only this innocent family who have been threatened by the state of Wisconsin, but also a callus dismissal of anyone who believes in the peaceful exchange of private property. The majority of justices found that Wisconsin was perfectly justified to lock down the Murr’s land with new regulations passed long after the land had been purchased. The SCOTUS ruled that the family did not even need to be compensated for the regulatory taking [Theft by government decree.].
This is a very big deal.
As Chief Justice John Roberts wrote in his dissent:
‘Put simply, today’s decision knocks the definition of ‘private property’ loose from its foundation on stable state law rules [Government can destroy any private ownership situation through government regulation.] (…)’
And he is precisely right.
State interference in the peaceful use of your property is state interference in the fruits of your labor, hence interference in the management of your life. Just like a criminal neighbor who might threaten us, government regulations like these are immoral, unethical and stand opposed to the conception of self-ownership and peace.
Simply put, there is no difference between politicians telling you how to peacefully exchange property, and telling you who to date, not date, when, where, or how. The state is not a person, and selling land along a river does not harm another person. What harms people is government making land worthless through busybody laws and regulations—regulations about which, evidently, the majority in the Supreme Court care very, very little. [Carte blanche decision that government can do as it pleases in regard to private property without constitutional restraint. Scary. It is the advancement of the totalitarian State. Just what the Left wants.]”
