Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need one more Constitutional Justice and the one appointed has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. It is past time to attack the evil of murdering babies within the womb on every front with every legal weapon we can use until the murder of babies within the womb is abolished completely throughout the United States and its territories. Murder of babies within the womb is a horrendous evil that needs to and must be terminated.

Delaware lawmakers passed a radical piece of pro-abortion [murder of babies within the womb] legislation Tuesday that would eliminate almost all regulations and restrictions on abortion [murder of babies within the womb].
The AP reports Delaware Senate Bill 5 passed the state House on Tuesday in 22-16 vote, and now heads to pro-abortion [murder of babies within the womb] Governor John Carney, a Democrat. Carney said he will sign the bill.
Pro-abortion [murder of babies within the womb] lawmakers said the bill will keep abortions [murders of babies within the womb] legal in Delaware if the U.S. Supreme Court overturns Roe v. Wade. However, reports indicate the bill will go even further by eliminating common sense abortion [murder of babies within the womb] regulations, such as parental involvement for minors, informed consent and restrictions on abortions [murders of babies within the womb] once unborn babies are viable outside the womb.
A large crowd of pro-life advocates gathered to protest the bill Tuesday before the vote. Delaware Right to Life [Delaware RTL], which participated in the rally, described the legislation as a ‘radical abortion [murder of babies within the womb] bill that allows barbaric late term abortions [murders of babies within the womb] and expands Delaware’s already lax abortion [murder of babies within the womb] laws.’

Article I Section 1 “All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives.” What part of ALL is not understood?], allows abortions [murders of babies within the womb] only if the mother’s health is at risk, if there is a substantial risk the child would be born with serious disabilities, or if pregnancy results from rape or incest [These are not acceptable either. Murdering babies within the womb should be abolished completely. “Thou shalt not murder” has NO exceptions. Furthermore, Amendments V and XIV have no exceptions.].

The bill would get rid of all these regulations. In addition, ‘[t]he bill FAILS to define ‘viability,’ using criteria from 1973, which would make it legal in Delaware to abort [murder] children for ANY reason up to 25 weeks. Abortions [murders of babies within the womb] beyond viability would be APPROVED for the ‘health’ of the mother [Which is basically for ANY reason.], defined in Doe v. Bolton as ‘all factors—physical, emotional, psychological, familial, and the woman’s age—relevant to the well-being of the patient [The Left proves once again that they are waging the real war on women and they are the supporters and promoters of terrorism against babies within the womb in the United States.],’’ according to the pro-life group.
The bill also gets rid of government oversights of abortion [murder of babies within the womb] facilities, such as residency requirements for abortion [murder of babies within the womb] doctors. According to the pro-life group, this ‘means the likes of Kermit Gosnell will be free to practice in Delaware without oversight [More proof of the Left’s war on women. Murdering the baby within the womb is more important than any consideration for the wellbeing of the woman. Because as we know, there is no surgery that is safer than the surgery that murders a baby within the womb. Right?].’
Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood], the largest abortion [murder of babies within the womb] business in the U.S., lobbied for the legislation, the AP reports. Abortion [murder of babies within the womb] activists have been pushing liberal [Leftist] states like Delaware, Maryland, Illinois and New York to pass laws codifying abortion [murder of babies within the womb] in their states [Which Illinois did too although it has not yet been signed by the Republican Governor.]. The pro-abortion [murder of babies within the womb] groups point to President Donald Trump’s promise to appoint pro-life justices to the U.S. Supreme Court as the reason for the legislation. They fear that if Trump appoints several justices to the high court, they could overturn the four-decade old abortion [murder of babies within the womb] decision [This is why Congress should abolish the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law under the provisions of Amendment V and XIV. It would take a two page bill passed by Congress and signed by the President.].

‘Momentum for the bill grew in April when a coalition of state religious leaders including Jewish, Episcopal, Methodist, Presbyterian and Unitarian clergy [Apostates!] publicly declared ‘acceptance [What? Who are these Leftists that they believe they can accept the murder of babies within the womb for Christians and for GOD?]’ of abortion [murder of babies within the womb] in a show of support for Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood]. The state’s Catholic leader, Bishop Francis Malooly of the Diocese of Wilmington, immediately denounced the statement [As should every Christian. GOD does NOT condone murder under any circumstance or for any reason. These so-called clergy do not and can not speak for GOD.].’
In a Facebook post Tuesday, Delaware RTL spokeswoman Moira Sheridan urged pro-life advocates not to give up hope.
‘So many people are devastated by tonight’s House vote to pass SB5 …’ Sheridan wrote. ‘Don’t be. Just keep fighting and praying. … Hundreds turned out and hundreds can continue to turn out—at Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood] clinics in Dover & Wilmington.’”

For 44 years, a few [Five at the present time. Seven with the original court decision. Five of the seven were appointed by Republican Presidents. One of the current five was appointed by a Republican President.] unelected men and women on the Supreme Court have played God with innocent human life.
They have invented laws [Actually are not laws. Only Congress can enact laws. Court decisions are not laws according to the Constitution. We are not obeying the Constitution.] that condemned to painful deaths without trial more than 61 million babies for the crime of being ‘inconvenient [Or unplanned or unwanted or not perfect or conceived criminally, as if it was the fault of the baby. To save the life of the mother has never been valid. Actually, no excuse has ever been valid. Murder is murder no matter the rationale.].’
In 1973, the U.S. Supreme Court’s Roe v. Wade ruling [unconstitutionally] forced abortion [murder of babies within the womb]-on-demand down our nation’s throat.
In the past, many in the pro-life movement have felt limited to protecting a life here and there—passing some limited law to slightly control abortion [murder of babies within the womb] in the more outrageous cases.
But some pro-lifers always seem to tiptoe around the Supreme Court, hoping they won’t be offended.
Now the time to grovel before the Supreme Court is over.
Working from what the Supreme Court ruled in Roe v. Wade, pro-life lawmakers can pass a Life at Conception Act and end abortion [murder of babies within the womb] using the Constitution instead of amending it [Absolutely correct.].

Signing the Life at Conception Act petition will help break through the opposition clinging to abortion [murder of babies within the womb]-on-demand and ultimately win a vote on this life-saving bill to overturn Roe v. Wade.
A Life at Conception Act declares unborn children ‘persons’ as defined by the 14th Amendment [And Amendment V] to the Constitution, entitled to legal protection [Which they are NOW. The courts are currently ignoring the Constitution.].
This is the one thing the Supreme Court admitted in Roe v. Wade that would cause the case for legal [federal government sanctioned] abortion [murder of babies within the womb] to ‘collapse.’
When the Supreme Court handed down its now-infamous [criminal, immoral, evil, unconstitutional] Roe v. Wade decision, it did so based on a new, previously undefined ‘right of privacy’ which it ‘discovered’ in so-called ‘emanations’ of ‘penumbrae’ of the Constitution [Something no other courts were ever able to discover. The whole decision was constitutionally absurd. “Constitutional” lawyers who agreed with the results of the decision have even admitted such.].
Of course, as constitutional law it was a disaster.
But never once did the Supreme Court declare abortion [murder of babies within the womb] itself to be a constitutional right.
Instead the Supreme Court said:
‘We need not resolve the difficult question of when life begins [It is not difficult. We have known it since the 1800’s. Even more so today with continued scientific discoveries. Real science not the voodoo “science” of the Left.] ... the judiciary at this point in the development of man’s knowledge is not in a position to speculate as to the answer [There was and is no need to speculate. We know life begins at conception.].’
Then the High Court made a key admission:
‘If this suggestion of personhood is established, the appellant’s case (i.e., ‘Roe’ who sought an abortion [murder of babies within the womb]), of course, collapses, for the fetus’ [baby’s] right to life is then guaranteed specifically by the (14th) Amendment [XIV because this was a State of Texas case. It is also true for Amendment V which deals with restraining the federal government.].’
The fact is, the 14th Amendment couldn’t be clearer:
‘... nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty or property, without due process of law, nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the law.’
Furthermore, the 14th Amendment says:
‘Congress shall have power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article [Yes, it does. It is CONGRESS that enforces this Amendment NOT the courts.].’
That’s exactly what a Life at Conception Act would do.
But this simple, logical and obviously right legislation will not become law without a fight.
And that’s where your help is critical.

Both major parties, for whatever reasons, have been playing politics with the lives of babies within the womb based upon rules created by the Left. It is past time that we the people play by the rules created by the Constitution. The Constitution clearly states in Amendment V and XIV as admitted by the Supreme Court that the lives of babies within the womb are protected by Amendments V and XIV. The Republican Party, if it had the will, could end the American Holocaust by Congressional law. We the people need to give them that will.
The right to life for babies within the womb has been protected by the Constitution since the adoption of Amendments V and then XIV to the US Constitution. Amendment V protects life from federal government encroachment. Amendment XIV protects life from State government encroachment. The courts have ignored the Amendments by declaring their ignorance in regard to when life begins. Millions of babies within the womb have been murdered because of this malicious and unconstitutional decision of the court.
We need to attack the sin of murdering our own babies within the womb from every angle. We need to defund all baby murdering organizations within the United States. No organization that murders babies within the womb or supports and promotes the same should ever receive government money either directly or indirectly. States need to abolish the murder of babies within the womb within its jurisdiction by law. And, of course, the federal government through congressional law needs to do the same.
It is well past the time to abolish the murder of innocent babies within the womb whether by surgical or medical means. Murder is murder regardless of the method use.
The truth about abortion:
1) Every abortion is murder.
2) No abortion, at the federal level, is legal
3) Every abortion is unconstitutional [Amendments V and XIV]
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. It is past time to attack the evil of murdering babies within the womb on every front with every legal weapon we can use until the murder of babies within the womb is abolished completely throughout the United States and its territories. Murder of babies within the womb is a horrendous evil that needs to and must be abolished.

Life begins at conception. That life begins at conception is a biological, scientific fact. Life is protected from conception by the Constitution of the United States specifically in Amendment V and Amendment XIV.
