Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need one more Constitutional Justice and the one appointed has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. It is past time to attack the evil of murdering babies within the womb on every front with every legal weapon we can use until the murder of babies within the womb is abolished completely throughout the United States and its territories. Murder of babies within the womb is a horrendous evil that needs to and must be terminated.

President Trump has officially pulled us out of the Paris Wealth-Distribution Treaty. Hooray for the President [First, as far as the United States is concerned, it was not a treaty. Treaties have to be approved by the Senate by a 2/3rds vote. This “accord” was never even presented to the Senate let alone voted on. It was not presented because President Obama knew it would never pass the Senate.]!
Yesterday, as many have heard, Trump said: ‘In order to fulfill my solemn duty to protect America and its citizens, the United States will withdraw from the Paris Climate Accord …”
Well that’s terrific, or at least it would have been if he had ended there and simply said ‘thank you and have a nice day.’ But he didn’t [Of course not. Some in his Administration have swallowed the lie of “man-made” global warming now euphoniously referred to as “climate change.” Of course, over time climate is ALWAYS changing.]. His campaign promise was to pull out completely and leave it at that.
Yet he kind of left the door open by next saying: ‘… but begin negotiations to reenter either the Paris Accord or really an entirely new transaction, on terms that are fair to the United States, its businesses, its workers, its people, its taxpayers [There is no such thing when it comes to the Left negotiating for our money and our resources. Donald Trump is really naive sometimes when it comes to some issues.] …’
Well, kudos to the President for mentioning ‘its taxpayers.’ When have we heard a President mention the people who fit the bill when discussing international affairs? I certainly don’t recall a time.
But why not just slam the door closed on this scam? Why leave the door open even a crack [To appease the Left and the Leftist media? The problem is, there is no appeasing them. They fight until the other side surrenders or until they are certain they have lost. Even then, it is wait for another day, another time, another “crisis.”]? Trump has exclaimed many times that he doesn’t believe in man-caused global warming [Some in his Administration claim he does and they do.]. If this is indeed the case, what is there to ‘negotiate?’
What would negotiations look like? Where would you even begin?
This situation is really no different from negotiating a peace between Israel and the Fattah/Hamas controlled Palestinians.
Negotiations require finding some sort of common ground or interest to build upon. When one party wishes only to kill the other and drive them into the sea, you’re not likely to happen upon any common interest [I would think not. Unless the other side is suicidal.].
The same goes for the worldwide hoax of man-caused global warming. One side says they are absolute believers [And that the other side are “science deniers” because as we all know the Left is totally science oriented. That is why they admit that life begins at conception. No wait. Most of them do not admit that life begins at conception. Some have even claimed that life begins “When the mother decides life begins.” What? Seriously?] and the other (us) says it’s a Yuge scam [Lie]. It’s tough to get beyond that [Unless we capitulate to the lying Leftists.].
Some say and have been saying for months that we have to trust Trump. He’s not a politician [Running for political office automatically makes one a politician by definition.]—he’s a business man. He’s knows what he is doing. He may very well, but it still leaves me feeling a bit uneasy [As it should. He flip-flops often over numerous issues.]—like it’s a temporary victory with the epilogue, ‘to be continued.’ This almost seems like a season ending cliff-hanger, leaving us wondering, until next season, whether we really did win [Get use to it. It is going to happen often over the next four years. We still haven’t won in regard to repealing Obamacare or defunding Planned Murderhood.].
Why do we conservative [sic] always seem to have to wait for next season to find out if our victory is real and complete, instead of having to take heart in the old—well, it’s better than nothing, or, it’s a start anyway.
I can only speak for myself, but I know I can’t be the only one who really does want to support President Trump. But I want to support the man who stood up on all those stages during the campaign and made declarative statements to America. Unapologetic, unambiguous declarations of repealing ObamaCare, cutting taxes, slashing regulations, building the wall, deporting illegals and yes, ending the Paris Climate deal.
He was elected because he was unambiguous and bold [He flip-flopped during the campaign. And said that he could reverse course without any problem.]. His supporters understand that some of that list is dependant on spineless legislators Trump has to deal with, which is why he has not lost support.
But this Paris deal is all him. This is what Presidents do, and he was not elected to end this Paris wealth distribution scheme, only to go back and possible take another bite from the poison apple.
End this thing as you did Mr. President—drop the mic and walk away. There is no negotiating with this cabal of socialist redistributive warming nuts, whose sole design is for America to underwrite their idiocy [That is a good summation of the situation.].”
