Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need one more Constitutional Justice and the one appointed has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. It is past time to attack the evil of murdering babies within the womb on every front with every legal weapon we can use until the murder of babies within the womb is abolished completely throughout the United States and its territories. Murder of babies within the womb is a horrendous evil that needs to and must be terminated.

“SCIENCE! Supreme Court Rules That States MUST Include Same-Sex Couples On Birth Certificates

On Monday, the Supreme Court declared that birth certificates were no longer designed to list the biological parents of children, and ordered that states must now grant same-sex couples the ability to place their names on birth certificates [I would tell the supreme court members who reached this decision to “GET LOST.” They do not have the constitutional right to change a legal, factually correct State document into a lie. Where is that power given to the federal government? Where is that power given to unelected court members?] This, of course, defeats the purpose of having a birth certificate—why not just have a certificate of legal parentage?—but according to the Court, everyone must be made to feel like a biological parent, even where there’s no biological connection to the child [And NO possible biological connection. Six members of the inane supreme court have become as delusional as some of the homosexual, radical Left. How can anyone respect a decision of the supreme court when they create this total nonsense? Where in the Constitution does this delusion get any support? They are making things up to satisfy their own personal agendas. Literally, if they get away with this, what can’t they rewrite? When is Congress going to start holding members of the court accountable? They are NOT oracles upon high. They are not wise men. They are not the final word on anything. Impeach ALL six of them.].
The case, Pavan v. Smith, pit the state of Arkansas against two lesbian couples who had children through artificial insemination [They did not have child. One of the two had a child by artificial insemination. Two females CAN NOT possibly have a conceived child together. It is biologically impossible.]. The state law already provided that in cases of artificial insemination, non-biological parents who were spouses could be listed on the birth certificate. But the couples instead wanted the actual, general birth certificate statute applied to them [Which is a lie. They both did NOT give birth to the child. They are ordering the State of Arkansas to promote a lie. It is absurd.].
The state of Arkansas rightly pointed out that the state of Arkansas had already ‘issued valid birth certificates listing each child’s biological mother and her spouse’ and that the artificial insemination statute applied to same-sex couples. But that wasn’t enough for the lesbian couples, who wanted to overthrow the basic purpose of birth certificates in non-artificial insemination cases: listing the biological parents of a child [The United States has literally gone insane if this is allowed to stand.].
Arkansas, based on the rules of human biology, determined that heterosexual spouses were typically the biological parents of their children [DUH!]. In fact, in Arkansas, ‘where a court determines that someone (besides the spouse) is a child’s father, or alternatively, the mother, husband, and putative father attest that the putative father is a child’s biological father, that putative biological father must be listed on a child’s birth certificate.”
As Arkansas pointed out, accuracy in birth certificates is ‘in the child’s best interest ‘because a child may need to access information about biological parentage for health-related reasons [It also just happens to be common sense to be as truthful as possible on a legal document such as a birth certificate. NOTE: IT IS A LEGAL DOCUMENT! Since when do legal document perpetrate a lie? Since when is it constitutional for a government to legally forge a legal document?].’’ The Arkansas Supreme Court agreed with this rather obvious logic.
The Supreme Court did not. In an unsigned opinion by the leftists on the court [They were afraid to sign it? That I can understand.], joined apparently by Chief Justice John Roberts, the Court declared that Arkansas had to issue birth certificates to same-sex spouses regardless of biological parentage—not under the artificial insemination statute, but under the general birth certificate statute. So birth certificates are no longer anything but a second marriage certificate with a child’s name on it, or a documentation of legal guardianship, rather than an attestation to biological parentage. Justices Gorsuch, Alito, and Thomas dissented.
This is asinine. Biology obviously matters when it comes to parentage. But it might hurt the feelings of same-sex couples to have to use the artificial insemination provision of Arkansas law to obtain a birth certificate or revised birth certificate, so now we must pretend that children are universally the product of sexual unions that cannot biologically produce children.
Just more idiocy from our esteemed Supreme Court [If it ever was esteemed, it should be no more. The court is ordering a government to commit a crime. It’s insanity.].

The court just redefined parent not based upon the biology of the people who created the child but on the court created myth of marriage. It had to happen. That this case got to court demonstrates the farce of the faux “homosexual marriage” hoax. That the court ruled against the State of Arkansas demonstrates the fallacy of allowing nine unelected judges to determine the constitutionality of anything. This is not Constitutional interpretation. This is Constitutional fraud perpetrated against the American public and the United States Constitution. All six of these so-called justices ought to be impeached for violating their oath of office.
They will not be because Congress has shirked its constitutional duty of holding members of the federal courts accountable.
