Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need one more Constitutional Justice and the one appointed has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. It is past time to attack the evil of murdering babies within the womb on every front with every legal weapon we can use until the murder of babies within the womb is abolished completely throughout the United States and its territories. Murder of babies within the womb is a horrendous evil that needs to and must be terminated.

Congressman Steve Scalise, a top pro-life Republican in the House of Representatives, was injured today when a gunman opened fire on a group of Congressional Republicans practicing for the annual Congressional softball game.
The gunman wounded both the Republican lawmaker as well as other people [including two Capitol policemen]. Scalise was shot in the hip and several Capitol police officers were also victims of the shooting. Because he is part of the Republican leadership, Scalise has protection from the US Capitol Police [Other members of Congress do not have such protection. What would have been the result if Congressman Scalise was not at the practice and therefore Capitol policemen were not at the practice. Every Congressman who has a concealed carry permit in his home State should be allowed to conceal carry throughout the United States and everyone of them SHOULD conceal carry at all times. Any attack on a Congressman is an attack upon the United States. What if this had been an actual terrorist attack?]. One of those members—who was injured himself—ultimately shot the gunman, who is now in captivity [And now taking the “eternal dirt nap” as Texas radio commentator Robert Pratt commonly says.].
Five people were taken to area hospitals after the shooting but Scalise appeared to have suffered the brunt of the damage and is reportedly undergoing surgery at this time.
The office of House Majority Whip Steve Scalise released the following statement on his condition following this morning’s shooting.
‘‘This morning, at a practice for the Congressional Baseball [Softball] Game, Whip Scalise was shot in the hip. He was transported to MedStar Washington Hospital Center, where he is currently undergoing surgery. He is in stable condition.
Prior to entering surgery, the Whip was in good spirits and spoke to his wife by phone. He is grateful for the brave actions of U.S. Capitol Police, first responders, and colleagues.
We ask that you keep the Whip and others harmed in this incident in your thoughts and prayers.
This office will release additional information regarding the Whip’s condition as appropriate.’’

As the day has progressed, more information has become available about this morning’s attack against Republican congressmen. It confirms what we suspected and what we have been repeatedly warning about for at least the past year [After the fact, he finally WAS held accountable. Where his soul is going, he will also be held accountable as we all will be.].
The shooter, James T. Hodgkinson, was a crazed leftist [Is there really any other type of Leftist?] and a Bernie Sanders supporter. Shortly before noon, President Trump announced during an address to the nation that Hodgkinson had died from injuries he sustained during the attack.
There is no doubt about the shooter’s politics. A Washington Post reporter said that Hodgkinson’s Facebook page was ‘an extended screed against Trump.’ A recent post by Hodgkinson said, ‘Trump is a Traitor. Trump Has Destroyed Our Democracy. It’s Time to Destroy Trump & Co.’ He often used profanities when referring to the president, which more and more liberal politicians [They are not liberals. They are Leftists. The Democrat Party at the federal level is controlled by the Left. Not by liberals. There may not be a liberal/moderate/conservative Democrat elected official left in the Democrat Party at the federal level. I can’t think of one.] are doing these days.
His hatred of Trump leads me to wonder whether carrying out this attack on Trump’s 71st birthday was any coincidence.
His likes on his Facebook are also revealing: the Human Rights Campaign, Rachel Maddow, Elizabeth Warren, Bernie Sanders and the most vitriolic so-called comedy shows like ‘The Daily Show.’
Yet in the wake of this morning’s shooting, leftists and so-called “progressives” were blaming conservatives [What? Of course. It is always the other guy’s fault? “If he hadn’t done what I dislike, I would not have shot him.” It is the “tolerance” of the Left.], Republicans and the NRA for taking things away from people and undermining our democracy [What?]. One [in]tolerant liberal wrote, ‘It seems callous to say it out loud, but Republicans are pushing a health care bill that will kill people [That is nonsense. The Republicans are following the Obama Administration control of the economy pattern. It is government interference and control that makes healthcare worse not better. Healthcare is far better under the free enterprise system than any government control ever devised or that will ever be devised. It is idiotic to believe that government control actually works. Obamacare is a prime example that it does not work.]. As dead as any shooting victim.’

A group called Terminate the Republican Party posted on its Facebook page this morning, ‘And its one, two, three shots you’re out at the old ball game [Referring to the shooter? Since according to the reports, he is the only one who has been killed as a result of his murderous attempt. As the brave man he was, he couldn’t even murder unarmed Congressmen.]!’
Representative Mark Walker (R-North Carolina) told reporters, ‘The gunman was there to kill [murder] as many Republican members as possible.’ Senator Rand Paul, who was at the baseball practice, said that if Congressman Scalise’s security had not been there, ‘it would have been a massacre [Why Congressmen who are licensed to conceal carry SHOULD conceal carry wherever they go including to softball practice.].’
Representative Chris Collins (R-New York) urged progressives to ‘tone down the rhetoric [As if that will happen. All they have is rhetoric, intimidation, lies, and violence. Their agenda is repugnant or should be to any moral person. They support and promote the terroristic murder and torture of babies within the womb. What is more despicable? Does anyone actually expect the Left to tone down anything?] .’ Collins added, ‘I assure you: I have a carry permit. I will be carrying when I’m out and about. . . it’s going to be in my pocket from this day forward [He should. Everyone with a concealed carry permit should.].’
Representative Ron DeSantis (R-Florida) acknowledged that it is routine for Republican members of Congress to get death threats [The individuals involved in such threats should be held accountable and it should be made known that they are being held accountable. I’m pretty sure death threats are illegal.]. He told Laura Ingraham that his wife also gets death threats. DeSantis added, ‘Even my six-and-a-half-month-old daughter—people call into the office or write an anonymous [Because they are so brave? It does take bravery to threaten a little baby under the age of 1 doesn’t it?] letter saying that they would like her to die [The tolerance of the Left on display. They have gotten away with this lawlessness for years and years. And it is lawlessness. When lawlessness is allowed, everyone should expect MORE lawlessness.].’
After the attack this morning, the office of Representative Claudia Tenney (R-New York) received this threat:
‘One down, 216 to go. . . Did you NOT expect this? When you take away ordinary peoples very lives[What nonsense.] in order to pay off the wealthiest among us, your own lives are forfeit [Prosecute.].’
When the terrible assassination attempt was made against former Representative Gabby Giffords, the left and its big media allies blamed Rush Limbaugh and Sarah Palin [Which was also nonsense.]. The charge was not a generic call for calm or suggestions that everyone needed to tone it down. Instead, it was that ‘right-wingers’ like Limbaugh and Palin were causing such violence to happen [Lies and intolerance of the Left. Everyone is guilty and intolerant except for them.].
As it turned out, the shooter had no link to conservatism whatsoever. In fact, a classmate described him as ‘left-wing, quite liberal [Leftist. Liberals do not go around shooting people.].’
In this case, Hodgkinson life clearly revolved around his left-wing worldview. He campaigned in other states for Bernie Sanders. He was marinating in the acidic rhetoric that is spewed out by numerous sources, not just political, but also cultural and in academia.
Over the past year, we have watched Trump supporters being assaulted and threatened when they went to rallies [Strangely, it is always the fault of the Trump supporters. That 76-year-old army veteran “attacked” me.].
The Democrat nominee [Hillary Rodham Clinton] labeled nearly 63 million Americans who voted for Donald Trump as ‘deplorable’ and, more significantly, ‘irredeemable.’ To Hillary Clinton and many of her followers, Trump supporters are beyond any possibility of being acceptable Americans.
We have watched while violent leftists have attacked conservative speakers and assaulted people who attempted to listen to those speakers [And the local police controlled by local Leftist government officials did nothing which encourages even more lawlessness.]. And virtually no one in a leadership position on the left in Congress [or at the State and local level] has spoken out to condemn those campus riots [Which only encourages more riots WHICH they know will be the result.].
People were assaulted at President Trump’s inaugural festivities. Dozens are awaiting trial for rioting in the streets of Washington, D.C. [Should be swift trials and swift punishment. Not just a slap on the wrist. And NOT plea bargaining down to meaningless consequences. According to the Constitution, Congress is suppose to be in charge of Washington D.C. not some Leftist mayor and council.].
Conservatives and members of the Trump Administration have been routinely compared to Hitler, Nazis, fascists [Which is nonsense because Hitler was a Leftist and nazism and fascism are Leftist. The Left does not even use the terms that describe THEM correctly.] and are regularly described as bigots, haters of Muslims, women, blacks, gays, etc. [Name calling is a familiar propaganda tool used by the Left.], and accused of committing treason with Russia [With absolutely no evidence. Then, who needs evidence to shout lies?].
One Republican congressman was nearly run off the road by an angry Obamacare supporter [Prosecuted? Should be. Hold them accountable.].
Where does this rage come from? It comes from places like The Huffington Post, a mainstream liberal [Leftist] publication, which recently ran a column calling on progressives to ‘escalate the expression of our outrage and our anger in a massive way [Violate the law.].’
The article went on to declare that no Republican ‘should be able to sit down for a nice, quiet lunch or dinner . . . even in their own homes [Illegal? Again, the intolerance of the Left on display. Agree with us OR else.].’
These are fascist tactics used by Hitler’s Nazis [Because they are fascists.]. And just like the political atmosphere in Germany in the 1930s, the environment here will grow more dangerous until the left stops its constant incitement and dehumanization of conservatives and Trump supporters [Thing is, we have a Constitutional right to keep and bear arms and we have a GOD given right to protect ourselves and ours. The people of Germany did not.].
The assassination porn—whether it is a Shakespeare in the park play, rap videos, murals on college campuses or a repugnant comedian—must stop now [It will not. It will not because the perpetrators are NOT held accountable.].
Every elected liberal politician, certainly those in Congress, should be asked by the media, ‘When was the last time you condemned violence from the left [As if the Leftist media would ask such a question.]?’ They should also be asked, ‘Will you now call on your left-wing base to stop the physical intimidation and rhetoric that is stoking violence [They won’t be asked and they won’t do it. Intimidation and rhetoric serves their purpose. The perpetrators need to be held accountable.]?’
