Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need one more Constitutional Justice and the one appointed has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. It is past time to attack the evil of murdering babies within the womb on every front with every legal weapon we can use until the murder of babies within the womb is abolished completely throughout the United States and its territories. Murder of babies within the womb is a horrendous evil that needs to and must be terminated.

The abortion [murder of babies within the womb] chain Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood] finally released its annual report this week, about four months later than it usually does.
The report shows increases in abortion [murder of babies within the womb] numbers and taxpayer funding in 2015, alongside decreases in contraception, breast exams and overall patient numbers.
Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood] continued to maintain its status as the largest abortion [murder of babies within the womb] provider in the United States. The abortion [murder of babies within the womb] group performed [murdered] 328,348 [babies] abortions [murders of babies within the womb] on unborn babies, 4,349 more than the previous year, according to the report.
At the same time, it saw 2.4 million patients, about 100,000 fewer than the previous year and about 500,000 fewer than five years ago. Contraception services, which the abortion [murder of babies within the womb] chain touts as its primary service, also dropped from 2.94 million to 2.8 million during the past two years.
Meanwhile, the abortion [murder of babies within the womb] chain received more taxpayer funding. The report shows Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood] receiving $554.6 million [Over half a billion dollars of OUR money and the Republican Congress continued to fund this murderous organization through the 2017 fiscal year which ends on September 30, 2017. The same Republican Congress has not yet defunded Planned Murderhood for the 2017-2018 fiscal year.], up from $553.7 million the previous year. This increase occurred while pro-abortion [murder of babies within the womb] President Barack Obama was in power.
This pattern is consistent with its annual reports from the past several years. Abortions [murders of babies within the womb] and taxpayer funding keep going up, while patient numbers and other services go down.
Townhall’s Lauretta Brown pointed out one of the ironies in the annual report:
‘In the ‘Message from Our Leadership’ section of the report, the organization boasts that ‘thanks to affordable access to effective contraception—we’re at the lowest abortion [murder of babies within the womb] rate since Roe v. Wade was decided [Really? That’s a good thing for Planned Murderhood? Do you believe Planned Murderhood wants to murder less babies in the womb? It is the murders that bring in the money. For Planned Murderhood, more murders equal more profit.].’
An interesting claim given that the number of abortions [murders of babies within the womb] the organization provides is up and the number of contraceptive services is down from last year’s report.’

Right to Life [RTL] of Michigan, which analyzed the latest report, thinks the abortion [murder of babies within the womb] group may be manipulating its numbers in new ways to maintain its ‘3 percent’ claim.
‘Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood] counts certain parts of a procedure or visit as a service. This enables them to count or not count whatever they want. Looking at their annual reports over the years, frequently new categories of services get added to the report out of thin air. Let’s use their most recent annual report as an example,’ the pro-life group wrote on its blog.
One new category this year is ‘well women exams [According to Planned Murderhood, women who are pregnant are not well?],’ which include a pap test, breast exam and other services, according to the group.
‘So, Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood] is counting the exam itself, the breast exam and the pap test as three services, tripling their numbers,’ according to RTL of Michigan. ‘ … When Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood] adds all of the numbers up, they get 9,494,977 (total) services, an increase over the previous year despite a drop of 100,000 clients. Those services are just enough to keep abortion [murder of babies within the womb] at 3.46 percent of their ‘services,’ awfully close to that magic 3.5 threshold of having to say ‘4 percent’ instead.’
Non-life destroying [non-murders] pregnancy services are extremely low in comparison to abortions [murders of babies within the womb]. Prenatal care services dropped almost 50 percent in one year, from 17,419 to 9,419, and adoption referrals, while up slightly, remained extremely low at 2,889, according to the report.
Many have speculated that Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood] did not release its report in January, its usual timeframe, because of the on-going battles to defund it by state and federal lawmakers [You think?].
A recent congressional investigation into the abortion business involving its sales of aborted baby parts concluded with lawmakers recommended that Congress defund it. Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood] also has been caught in numerous scandals involving Medicaid fraud and failures to report suspected sex trafficking and sexual abuse of minors [As well as other nefarious activities. Earlier this year, Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood] leaders refused an offer to receive an increase in taxpayer funding if they stopped doing abortions.
