Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need one more Constitutional Justice and the one appointed has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. It is past time to attack the evil of murdering babies within the womb on every front with every legal weapon we can use until the murder of babies within the womb is abolished completely throughout the United States and its territories. Murder of babies within the womb is a horrendous evil that needs to and must be terminated.

With Democrats set to blow up the budget in order to shut down funding for President Trump’s border wall [In the passed budget, there was no funding for the border wall.] and maintain funding for Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood. In the passed budget, there was funding for Planned Murderhood. The Left won on both issues.], Republicans including Trump are running for the hills. This means that, as Daniel Horowitz points out at Conservative Review, virtually every top Republican priority outside of the nomination of Justice Neil Gorsuch has stalled utterly, from Obamacare repeal [Has not happened and I am very doubtful it will happen this year or next. The Republicans aren’t even talking repeal anymore except rhetorically.] to the repeal of Obama’s executive amnesty [This past week, half was repealed and half was kept by executive order. The same way President Obama enacted it originally by unconstitutionally bypassing Congress. Both should have been repealed. Kept amnesty for “children.” Revoked amnesty for parents. Now, neither side is happy.], from the dispatching of the Iran deal [Has not happened.] to the pullout from the Paris climate accords [Did happen. Although silly talk about renegotiating it.], from tax reform [Has not happened.], to defunding of Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood. Has not happened and looking more and more as if it WILL NOT happen.]. Meanwhile, Republicans continue to cave to Democratic budget maneuvers:
‘This degree of capitulation, with control of all three branches [Actually, two branches. The House and the Senate combined is one branch. The Presidency is the second. Republicans certainly do not control the judicial branch.], is impressing even me … and I had low expectations of this president and this party. They have managed to get run over by a parked car [Which is really difficult to do UNLESS one wants to get run over.]. It’s truly breathtaking to contrast the performance of Democrats in the spring of 2009 [After the Left gained control of the Presidency in the 2008 election after gaining control of Congress in the 2006 off year election.] with what Republicans have done today with all three branches [Actually, two branches.]. At this time in 2009, Democrats passed the bailouts, the stimulus, the first round of financial regulations, an equal pay bill [The Left passed an equal pay bill? Then, why the talk from the Left of there not being equal pay? Could it be the Left is lying yet once again?], SCHIP [State Children’s Health Insurance Program] expansion, and laid the groundwork for other, bigger proposals, such as cap and trade and Obamacare. Then they got everything they wanted in the March 2009 omnibus bill, and a number of GOP senators voted for it [Not surprising. They probably supported all or most of it. There are some very Leftist Republicans in the Senate and were even more back in 2009.]. We, on the other hand, are left with nothing [Even while controlling both Houses of Congress and the Presidency. Not surprising. Nothing new from the Capitulation Party.].’
So, what’s the problem here? Why did the Trump administration surrender to Democratic budget priorities in order to keep the government funded?
Because the Republican Party is a party of big government. [Certainly within the Establishment Republican leadership. Outside the leadership, there are conservative Republicans. We just have to elect many more Constitutional conservatives whether they carry a Republican or Democrat label. The Left has completely destroyed the Democrat Party at the federal level. It doesn’t matter because Establishment Republicans still capitulate to the Left. Establishment Republicans support big government and therefore support the Left.] It’s that simple.
President Trump has spent the last several weeks explaining there would be no government shutdown [Why? Because he too supports big government. He supports government control of healthcare. One-sixth of the economy. He supports federal government control of the infrastructure including intrastate infrastructure. He supports regulation of private businesses even though he is a businessman himself. Regulation of businesses inevitably hurts small businesses much more than large businesses.]. This follows on years of Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell explaining that government shutdowns were political poison for Republicans [Which is and was utter nonsense.]. And that followed on years of the media explaining that a government shutdown that didn’t hurt Republicans electorally in 2014 or 2016 obviously devastated the Republican Party in some unspecified way [Because that is what they want the public and the Republican Party to believe. Lies don’t matter when they are used to advance the agenda of the Left.].
Today, we’re told that if Trump told the Democrats to get on board or the government would shut down, Trump would pay the political price. But that wasn’t the case when Barack Obama was the president, apparently. When Republicans in the House refused to fund Obamacare in 2013, here’s how Obama responded:
‘This Republican shut down did not have to happen, but I want every American to understand why it did happen. Republicans in the House of Representatives refused to fund the government unless we defunded or dismantled the Affordable Care Act. They’ve shut down the government over an ideological crusade to deny affordable health insurance to millions of Americans [Outright lie. Obamacare never provided affordable insurance to anyone. It may have shifted the costs from some people onto the shoulders of other people which in the real world is called stealing. That is, taking from citizen A to give to citizen B. However, it was NEVER affordable.] In other words, they demanded ransom just for doing their job.’
Obama used the bully pulpit to bully. He succeeded; Republicans backed down [What is new? They are the Capitulation Party because, truth be told, Establish Republicans like what the Left wants to do—expand the powers of the federal government and control the American people. They promise conservative; they surrender to Leftist agendas.].
Yet now, we’re told that if President Trump were to use the same tactic—if he were to tell the American people and the press that Democrats have shut down the government in order to prevent the building of a wall that would protect Americans from the risks of unvetted immigration—he’d pay the political price [And Establishment Republicans and President Trump then used that excuse/lie to capitulate once again.].
That’s sheer nonsense. Democrats would be seen as obstructionists, along with their moderate Republican allies. That’s appropriate. Trump campaigned on certain promises, and he has an obligation to fulfill them [He does. However, he is not fulfilling them.].
But he has no intention of fulfilling them [Sadly true.]—and neither do McConnell or Speaker of the House Paul Ryan [Agreed.]. Not when they can defer to Democrats and then claim their hands were tied. Why? Because Republicans are afraid of their own supposed philosophy. [Or, they actually don’t agree with it. Yet, they realize it is the reason why they keep getting elected. Therefore, they have to run as conservatives although not conservatives. They lie.]
Imagine an actual party of small government. Let’s call it the SGP [Small Government Party]. Imagine that party of small government were threatened by Democrats [Leftists] thusly: ‘Hey, SGPers. If you don’t give us the spending we want, we’ll shut down the government—and the government will stop operating such that essential services continue to function, but all the others slow down or close.’ Would the SGPers resist? [Expletive deleted] no [Exactly. They want the parts of government that have been expanded beyond their constitutional restraints to be ended in the first place. Shutting down the government achieves that end, at least on a temporary basis. It also demonstrates that they are not essential.]! They’d laugh! They’d say, ‘Yes, Democrats [Leftists], go ahead and pull the trigger. We like small government [Correct. They actually WANT small government.]. You know what will happen if you shut down the government? Not much! The American people will see that the zombie apocalypse isn’t being prevented by your big government routine [Seeing is believing.].’
In fact, for a moment in time, that’s what Republicans did in 2013. And they were right [Yes.]. The government shutdown impacted so few people that the Obama administration was relegated to generating nasty headlines by forcibly shutting down open air national monuments. Obama wouldn’t have had to participate in such tomfoolery if the wages of a government shutdown were so dire—he could have just pointed at The Purge taking place on Pennsylvania Ave., and Republicans would have caved. But there was no purge. Nothing markedly bad happened [And in the end, all those non-essential employees who were not working got paid for not working. They received paid time off.]. So Obama had to craft a bad narrative out of whole cloth, then use his media lackeys to promulgate it.
Now Trump is president. He holds all the cards. A government shutdown won’t end the world and Democrats are to blame [True and true. And yet they capitulate. Some negotiator he was.]! Instead, he’s decided to back down. That’s because in his heart, Trump—just like McConnell and Ryan—has no confidence in small government [He was a Leftist Progressive all his adult life. He still is at heart.]. They believe that government ought to be big, it just ought to be run by them. But here’s the problem: so long as Republicans believe that government ought to be big, it will always be run by Democrats [True because, in the end, they will always capitulate to save big government.], even when Republicans are in the majority in the House and Senate and occupy the White House—because Democrats will always be able to blackmail Republicans with the threat of shutdown [Which can only happen if the “victims” allow themselves to be blackmailed.] .
This latest fiasco just demonstrates what conservatives have known all along: top Republicans aren’t interested in smaller government overall [And that is the problem. How can a Party achieve limited government when the leadership of the Party does not want limited government?]. But it confirms one additional point: it isn’t just establishment Republicans who are the problem. Anti-establishment big government Republicans [Trump supporters] are more closely allied with establishment Republicans than with small government conservatives. And that means Democrats win. Again [Again. And Again. And Again until voters wake up and throw out the Leftists within the Democrat Party and within the Republican Party. My now deceased brother-in-law was a Leftist Democrat for as long as I knew him. He was elected in our conservative county to the County Board of Supervisors as a Republican and was the elected Chairman of the County Republican Party for awhile. Same is true at the federal level. We have to start electing conservatives both in the primaries and in the general elections if this country is going to be turned around. The current group will not do it. Rewriting the Constitution will not change the voting pattern of the voters. We need to do the tough work of changing minds. As Senator Cruz has said, Actually engage in the argument and actually win the argument.].”
We need to stop voting Party and start voting political philosophy. Do we want a strong national government with virtually unlimited powers or do we want a restricted federal government whose powers are limited by the Constitution? Do we want liberty or do we want to be controlled by others? Do we want fascism/communism or do we want a democratic republic?
