Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need one more Constitutional Justice and the one appointed has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. It is past time to attack the evil of murdering babies within the womb on every front with every legal weapon we can use until the murder of babies within the womb is abolished completely throughout the United States and its territories. I’m posting much later than I had planned. I had to answer some must answer questions this morning for a decision that has to be made by at least Saturday. “The best laid plans….”
Yesterday, June 7, 2017, I began a series on Kroger Company, the largest grocery store retailer in the nation, and whether or not the company has sold out to radical homosexuals and their agenda. The length of the series depends on how the company responds to my e-mails. The first response was typical of the responses of other entities that have previously sold out. A very few tried to carry on a dialogue to justify their actions. In those cases, the dialogue promptly ended when I asked one question which no entity to this point has been willing to answer. We will see how far Kroger is willing to go to try to defend its actions.
Some background information:
I was born and raised in Morton, Illinois a community of about six thousand, at the time, located about ten miles east and south of Peoria, Illinois the largest city in central Illinois. Peoria is on the west side of the Illinois River and Morton, of course, on the east side.
I started delivering a morning Chicago paper in Morton when I was twelve. My mother, who has always worked outside the home at least part time, worked part time for the local A&P [The Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company]. The other grocery store was a local area store named Thompson’s. When I turned sixteen during the summer before my junior year in high school, I started working at A&P as a part-time employee. I worked part-time at the store during the summers and school year until I left for college in September of 1965. The store manager wanted me to continue working there while in college during summer breaks and when I came home for the weekends and holidays, my college was thirty miles east of Morton, but I said no.
As a married adult, my family moved to Tucson, Arizona in 1980. Arizona had no Kroger stores and I don’t think owned any other stores in Arizona at the time. I moved back to Morton in June of 2004 for family reasons. At some point in time after I moved from Morton, the A&P closed and Kroger moved into the community. The two major stores were Kroger and Thompson’s. Morton was a community of about fifteen thousand when I returned. Walmart had just opened a store in Morton when I moved back and Thompson’s fearing that it could not compete closed its doors. Its property was purchased by a car dealership located next door which probably doubled the size of the dealership.
By local ordinance, no grocery store could sell alcoholic beverages. Early after my move back to Morton, the local Kroger store asked the village board to remove the ban. I spoke out against changing the ordinance. However, it was apparent that the mayor and a majority of the board were in favor of lifting the ban. I wrote a number of amendments to the proposed ordinance based upon my experience working in a grocery store and e-mailed them to a board member who had spoken in opposition to lifting the ban. She proposed the amendments at the next board meeting and most of them passed. The ban was lifted with the additional restrictions added.
I lived in Morton from June of 2004 through May of 2013. During that time I probably split my spending at about 50% with Walmart and 50% with Kroger. After moving to Texas, most of my spending was at Walmart. I spent some at a local grocery store that was near where I lived. Those two stores were the only two near where I lived. According to the store locator at the Kroger website, its closest store is 67 miles from Abilene. I moved back to Morton in early September of 2015. By that time, Walmart had gone over to the dark side supporting the radical homosexual agenda. I made almost all of my purchases at Kroger, as a result.
Once back in Morton, I had signed up to receive e-mails from Kroger which included its weekly ad. Its Friday, June 2nd e-mail had something that I had not seen before in any Kroger e-mail. It may have occurred before and I just didn’t notice it. However, I doubt it. The “Proud to support EQUALITY” picture that I posted at the beginning of this section was part of the e-mail along with the following statement: “Show Your Support & Save During Pride Month, we’re proudly supporting LGBTQ organizations. Join us and save $2 on special floral arrangement with Digital Coupon. Download Coupon ›”
I sent the following e-mail to customer service:
“‘During Pride Month, we’re proudly supporting LGBTQ organizations. Join us and save $2 on special floral arrangement with Digital Coupon.’
June 2, 2017 is the day Kroger said to me and millions of other Christians within the United States: “We do not want your business.”
If I was an employee of Kroger, I would resign.
If I owned stock in Kroger, I would sell it.
I am both saddened and angry that Kroger has opted to go over to the dark side and take “pride” in the radical homosexual agenda. It has absolutely NOTHING to do with equality. If you actually believe it does, you are believing a lie.

The response was sadly lacking. It was a generic response that basically said nothing.
Therefore, please specifically answer the following questions so that I may actually understand the company’s position.
01) Define diversity specifically. What does Kroger management mean specifically when it references diversity?
02) Define gender specifically. Do you mean “sex?” If so, are there more than two sexes? If there are more than two sexes, list each of the sexes. If you do not mean sex, what is your definition of gender? Are there more than two genders? If there are more than two genders, list each of the genders.
03) What do you mean by “inclusion?” Give your definition of inclusion. Who is included in your definition of inclusion? Are there individuals or groups or behavior that are excluded from your concept of inclusion?
04) Are individuals “born homosexual?” If people are born homosexual, does that mean that they must remain homosexual throughout their life?
05) Is homosexuality a behavior? If it is, do individuals have to be involved in that behavior?
06) If homosexuality is a behavior, is homosexual behavior immoral behavior? If homosexuality is a behavior, is homosexual behavior positive behavior? If homosexuality is a behavior, is homosexual behavior a neutral behavior? Neutral meaning neither immoral nor positive, in and of itself.
07) Does your definition of inclusion include transsexuals [commonly but incorrectly referred to as transgenders]?
08) If your definition of inclusion includes transsexuals, does that mean allowing a male who identifies as female to use facilities that are exclusive to females?

East Lansing banned him from selling at the Farmer’s Market because he hosted weddings and excluded weddings for homosexual individuals. While at the Farmer’s Market, he sold to everyone. Is this a denial of equal rights to this organization because its beliefs are negative toward homosexual behavior?
The person who answers these questions by answering them verifies that the answers are correct based upon the corporate policy of Kroger Company.
I am anxious to read your answers and develop a better understanding of Kroger’s actual corporate policy on this issue. Depending upon the answers, I may have more questions and seek more information.
