Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need two more Constitutional Justices and the second one has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. It is past time to attack the evil of murdering babies within the womb on every front with every legal weapon we can use until the murder of babies within the womb is abolished completely throughout the United States and its territories. Murder of babies within the womb is a horrendous evil that needs to and must be terminated.

“Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood] says it needs hundreds of millions in taxpayer funding to help pregnant women. There is a movement afoot to have an Article V Constitutional Convention to amend the Constitution to repair the damage done to the Constitution over the years. Mark Levin initiated it, as far as I know, through his book with what he calls the Liberty Amendments. The Texas State Legislature in May passed the required application for a Constitutional Convention. Today’s post is my solution to the problem.

My solution to the problem.
First and foremost, the problem is not the Constitution. The problem is that we, as a nation, are not willing to enforce the Constitution, for whatever reasons, as written and amended. There are enforcement mechanisms built into the Constitution to enforce the Constitution. If we are not willing to enforce the Constitution as now written, why would we be willing to enforce any new Amendments added to the Constitution?
There are procedural and practical problems with a Constitutional Convention.
1) Time.
Even Daniel Horowitz writing in favor of the Liberty Amendments admits that it is going to take time, perhaps decades, to have a Constitutional Convention, write appropriate Amendments, and pass and ratify the same. “No proposal will be successful overnight. This will take years or decades.”
2) Money.
It takes money to even promote the desire to apply for the Convention. It takes money to lobby the various legislatures. And now according to a report from the organizers, George Soros is spending money to defeat the movement. Thus, its going to take even more money.
3) Talent.
This will not occur without effort. As a result, conservative talent has to be recruited and utilized to move the process along.
4) The required procedure is difficult and was deliberately made difficult to prevent Amending the Constitution haphazardly or because of shifting circumstances.
By the Convention approach, it takes 2/3rds of the States to apply to Congress for a Convention. With fifty States, that’s 34 States applying for a Convention.

That means that to even have an application for the convention, supporters are going to have to convince all 30 State Legislatures in the States that voted for Donald Trump and at least four State Legislatures in States that voted for Hillary Clinton to apply for a Constitutional Convention.
Then, if the Convention is successful in writing Constitutional Amendments, it will take 3/4ths of the States to ratify the proposed Amendments as written. That is 38 States to approve each Amendment written. Therefore, based upon the 2016 election, an additional 4 States along with the original 34 States will have to approve each Amendment. The process needs at least eight States who voted for Hillary Clinton and all 34 States that voted for Donald Trump to ratify each and every proposed Amendment in order for it to be added to the Constitution. That is a very formidable task.
In our entire history spanning over 200 years, only 27 Amendments have been so ratified. Ten of those were immediately after the adoption of the Constitution to guarantee rights of the people because States feared the federal government would overstep it authority. One other Amendment was ratified and then repealed a few years later. That means that for most of our history, only fifteen Amendments were approved and remained. [27 minus the first ten minus the approved and repealed Amendment equals 15.] Yet, supporters want ten additional Amendments to be approved in a short time to correct a problem that has developed over a period of 200 plus years. It is going to take more than luck. It’s going to take cooperation and agreement that hasn’t existed in years.
5) In today’s atmosphere is it even possible to write and have ratified any Amendment that will make a difference.
Mark Levin has proposed 10 different Amendments. I’m a conservative and, as I wrote yesterday, I only support one fully. Some I absolutely do not support. And the rest that I partially support can all be done by Congressional law without the need of a Constitutional Convention.
6) What comes out of the Constitutional Convention, if anything, may be worse than the current problem.
Does anyone really want radicals from 20 Hillary Clinton supporting States plus establishment RINO Republicans to be involved in the writing of Constitutional Amendments? Does anyone actually believe that under the current circumstances the new Amendments will be an improvement over the existing Constitution? Does anyone actually believe that new Amendments will actually be enforced if the existing Constitution is not now being obeyed?

In sum, I have far more trust in what the 39 Founding Fathers created than anything that could possibly result from a Constitutional Convention at this time.
My solution is based upon actually accomplishing what we want to occur which is adherence to the Constitution as written and amended. To accomplish this end, it is far easier to expend our resources on educating the voters (Rush Limbaugh’s low information voters?) on the issues and on the Constitution itself. Most people do not realize how far we have gone astray because most people don’t know the Constitution. We need to change how the voter votes not change the document that guides the nation. We need to educate them on the issues and on the Constitution.
We need to elect more conservatives to the house and even more, percentage wise, conservatives to the Senate. The election of 2018 is a golden opportunity for increasing the number of conservatives in the Senate.

By my count, about 12 - 17 Democrat Senators are beatable if the right conservative runs against the incumbent. Everyone of these Democrat Senators support and promote the murder of babies within the womb and Planned Murderhood. This issue should be the predominate issue in the campaign of every conservative. It is a winning issue. The only Republican Senators (2) who lost in 2016 were Senators that supported and promoted the murder of babies within the womb and/or Planned Murderhood.
Over the last six plus years, the Democrats have lost the House of Representatives, the Senate, the Presidency and over a thousand elected offices at the State and local level. Unfortunately, not all of those losses were to conservatives. We need to put our time, money, and talent into electing conservatives to Congress and particularly in the Senate. We should not be wasting them on a Constitution Convention that HAS LITTLE chance of success.
