Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need one more Constitutional Justice and the one appointed has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. It is past time to attack the evil of murdering babies within the womb on every front with every legal weapon we can use until the murder of babies within the womb is abolished completely throughout the United States and its territories. To prepare for ‘transgender [transsexual] inclusion [delusion],’ the Army is reportedly instructing women soldiers to accept sharing public showers, restrooms and barracks with gender [sex]-confused ‘transgender [transsexuals]’ including men who call themselves ‘women’ yet still possess their inborn male genitalia intact [Calling themselves women does not make them women].
‘The Army Directive orders all personnel to accept transsexuals having a new ‘gender [sex] marker’ in bathrooms, showers and other private areas, showing zero concern for the feelings of women exposed to ‘gender [sex] pretenders’ taking advantage of the situation,’ Elaine Donnelly writes in a new Center for Military Readiness special report calling on Trump and the Military to ‘Revoke Problematic ‘Transgender’ Policy Directives and Instructions’ to the troops [Which he should do and has not done. If he does not, Congress should.].
Medical care?
Representative Hartzler quickly pulled her original NDAA amendment in late June ‘to give the DoD an opportunity to address this problem internally, reserving the right to proceed with this effort on the House floor in July.’ But conservatives continued to support a rollback on Obama’s military ‘transgender [transsexual]’ policies, and Federal News Radio reported June 27 that ‘there’s still a possibility the (Hartzler) amendment could come up again when the bill goes to the House floor [in July].’
Instead, Hartzler issued a scaled-back amendment targeting the DoD’s coverage of body-disfiguring ‘sex reassignment surgeries’ as ‘medical care necessary to achieve stability in the preferred gender [sex. It does not and can not achieve stability. The sex of an individual can not be changed.] .’
‘By recruiting and allowing ‘transgender [transsexual]’ individuals to serve in our military we are subjecting taxpayers to high medical costs, including up to $130,000 per transition [Can not transition] surgery, lifetime hormone treatments, and additional surgeries to address the high percentage of individuals who experience complications [What a waste of taxpayer money.],’ Representative Hartzler said, adding that ‘transgender [transsexual]’ surgeries [In reality, there is NO such surgery. It is body mutilating surgery.] alone could cost U.S. taxpayers $1.35 billion over the next 10 years [Ridiculous. If a person wants to mutilate himself, he should pay for it himself. Not the taxpayer.].
In a press release, the Missouri Congresswoman said that with that money the DoD could comparatively purchase: ‘13 F-35’s, 14 Super Hornet F-18’s, 2 B-21 long-range strike bombers, 8 KC-46’s, all A-10 wing replacements or increased end strength of our troops.’
The Rules Committee’s decision along party lines not to block Hartzler’s amendment banning taxpayer funding for the body-disfiguring ‘trans’ surgeries ‘sets up a Thursday fight on the House floor over ‘transgender [transsexual]’ rights [There is no such right.] in the military and, possibly, more broadly,’ according to The Hill.
HRC called the amendment ‘outrageous’ and protested: ‘It is imperative that the House of Representatives reject this harmful amendment [The amendment is not harmful. The surgery itself is harmful.].’
Meanwhile, the conservative site Red State celebrated Hartzler’s legislation.
‘[O]ur national security is too important to use our military as a lab of social justice experimentation,’ writes Red State’s Susan Wright. ‘Transgender [Transsexuals] got the green light to openly indulge in their alternate lifestyle on the government dime, thanks to the Obama administration’s push to destabilize American might [To destroy the military.].’
The American Family Association is calling on Americans to ‘Urge your U.S. Representative to vote for Congresswoman Hartzler’s amendment to put an end to the Obama administration's military transgender mandate’ by calling their U.S. Representative at (202) 224-3121 [Too late. By the time most people read the e-mail, the vote had already been taken. The voting public did not have a chance to voice their opinion.].”
