Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need one more Constitutional Justice and the one appointed has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. It is past time to attack the evil of murdering babies within the womb on every front with every legal weapon we can use until the murder of babies within the womb is abolished completely throughout the United States and its territories. Murder of babies within the womb is a horrendous evil that needs to and must be terminated.

When I decided to do this post, I had not actually read the article. While writing the post, which I do offline, it became apparent that it was going to take two posts. If you have not read the first post, it might be a good idea to read it first. I have rearranged some of the topics from the first post. Some background information about me:
I was born into a family of six children. My dad was married and had 3 children before World War II. He joined the navy during the war and served with the Pacific Fleet fighting specifically against Japan. After returning home, he divorced his wife and received custody of all three children. He had a high school education which was probably the most common education back then.
After the war, he began working for Caterpillar Tractor Company in one of its factories. Mom had three children and I was the oldest born in 1947. She was a working mother from the beginning until her retirement years later. Her parents owned a farm and she grew up on the farm. The farm was east of Morton, Illinois my home town. She had an eighth grade education literally in a one room school house located in the country where all students from 1st to 8th grade were educated. All were from neighboring farms. She never lived more than fifteen miles from the farm. Dad and mom bought their first and last home in Morton just before I was born. Mom lived in that house until my sisters put her in a nursing home in 2011. She died earlier this year at 98 years of age.
My parents stressed getting a good education. We all graduated from Morton High School. All six of us attended a college located in Illinois. My oldest sister and the oldest child attended nursing school until she dropped out after a life endangering automobile accident. She never returned and did not earn a degree. My two older brothers were excellent athletes who graduated from college and taught and coached at the high school level and, for my oldest brother, at various colleges. He has a Ph.D. His ex-wife was a teacher. He has two children one of whom became a teacher. My other older brother has a master’s degree. He is a retired teacher/coach who is married to a retired teacher. One of his two children became a teacher and now is the superintendent for a school district in Illinois.
I am the oldest child of my mother. I earned a master’s degree in five years counting summer school in 1970. I taught at the high school level in Illinois for ten years. The first year at a small high school with about 200 students. I was also the varsity baseball coach, fresh-soph/freshman basketball coach, and an assistant track coach. There were only two coaches at the high school level. We both coached all school year. My second through tenth years of teaching were at St. Charles High School. St. Charles is located about 45 miles west of Chicago. The school had about 2,500 students. During my ten years of teaching I was always a member of our local teachers’ association. Members of the local association were also required to be a member of the State and National Associations and we paid dues to all three organizations. Therefore, for my ten years of teaching I was a member of the National Education Association (NEA).
My younger brother had a bachelor’s degree and married a teacher. My youngest sister has a bachelor’s degree in special education and a computer programming degree. She taught for a couple of years before going back to school for the programming degree. Her husband was a teacher for several years before going to work for a member of the Illinois House of Representatives. Her son teaches at the junior college level. Every child of all six of us has at least a bachelor’s degree. Five of us have two children each. My younger brother had one child.
My son was placed in the gifted program in St Charles in kindergarten. Gifted as in a tested I.Q. of 130 or above. We moved to Arizona the summer after his year in kindergarten which was in June of 1980. His new school didn’t place students in the gifted program until 3rd grade. Some parents were just beginning the process of forming a parents’ group in support of the gifted program. I got involved and was elected the first year long President of the organization. I was reelected unanimously the next year. My daughter was placed in the gifted program when she was in the third grade. My son in the second grade after our organization convinced the district to change the rules. Both of my children have college degrees.
I ran for the school board in 1982 against two incumbents. Five candidates for two school board seats. I was supported by the local NEA teachers’ association. I received the most votes of the five candidates. Both incumbents lost. In Arizona, which is a right to work State, school boards were not required to negotiate with teachers or other school employees although most of the boards did. We did and we had a good relationship with the local association. Once in my four years on the board, we had to go to arbitration to reach a final contract.
I gave this information to demonstrate that I am not anti-education, not anti-public education, and not anti-associations/unions per se. I do oppose any organization that is involved in teaching our children which supports and promotes immorality and evil. I do oppose any educational organization that propagandizes within the classroom. Propaganda is not education and has no place in an educational situation. Part of the purpose of education is to seek and to learn the truth. Truth can not be easily found when only one side is presented. Truth can not be found when lies are substituted for facts, science, and biology.
As the NEA was being taken over by the Left in its leadership positions, the organization has become more and more political and less and less concerned about actually teaching students. As with Planned Murderhood, the NEA supports and promotes Leftist positions and has developed a symbiotic relation with the Left and the Democrat Party which has also been taken over by the Left at the federal level. The NEA gives money to the Democrat Party and supports its Leftist candidates for Congress and the Presidency. The Leftists in Congress pass educational legislation to advance its agenda and the agenda of the NEA. Federal money goes to school districts that help keep the NEA in its power position.
As I have said before, the Department of Education is an unconstitutional Department. There is nothing in the Constitution that gives the federal government any authority over education. Education is a State issue and a power reserved for the States. Abolishing the Department of Education should be a priority of any constitutional, conservative federal government. Doing so would also help to lessen the power of the NEA. It is more difficult to control and dominate fifty unique State governments than it is to influence one central government that controls education rather than the individual States.
There are many conservative teachers in the States whose views are not represented by the NEA. If I were teaching today, I would not be a member of the NEA or its local and State organizations. I would not and could not give my money to an organization that promotes and supports evil and immorality and which, in many ways, is anti-education.
Some States have alternatives to the NEA. I’m not familiar with all the States so I can’t say how many, how they operate, or how conservative they are. This is from the website of a Texas alternative to the NEA.

I believe it is incumbent upon conservative educators, who disagree with the Leftist philosophy of the NEA, to either takeover the NEA ripping it from the grasp of the Left or to leave the NEA and join conservative associations which want to advance the cause of education rather than propagandize for an immoral, evil agenda that harms education. If there is no such organization available, form one with likeminded conservative teachers. It is past time to end the radicalism of the NEA. In States that do not require negotiations, as was the case in Arizona when I was a member of a school board, every conservative school board should refuse to negotiate with NEA affiliated organizations.

Because of its immoral, evil, destructive agenda; the Left politically has lost control of the House of Representatives, the Senate, and the Presidency. At the State level, the Left has lost control of most State General Assemblies and most Governorships as well as other executive State positions. It is now past time to begin ripping away at the many organizations they have stealthily gained control of over the years. A good place to start is the National Education Association which is no longer concerned with education. Rather, it has become the propaganda arm of the Left within our school systems.
