Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need one more Constitutional Justice and the one appointed has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. It is past time to attack the evil of murdering babies within the womb on every front with every legal weapon we can use until the murder of babies within the womb is abolished completely throughout the United States and its territories. ... my husband of 60 years, Sheriff Joe Arpaio, would be awaiting the verdict in a trial for misdemeanor contempt of court [A misdemeanor for contempt of court was all the Injustice Department could come up with after years of trying to put him down including during his 2016 reelection campaign.] where the holdovers from the Obama Justice Department have asked for a jail sentence of six months!

This case has been politically motivated from the start [Absolutely.]. The Obama DOJ [Department of Justice which was quickly turned into the Department of Injustice.] under Loretta Lynch [Who was incredibly confirmed by a Republican Senate.] carefully timed their charges to come out last fall—right before the election—to do maximum political damage to my husband’s re-election campaign [This was not the first time the Left has done this type of shenanigan either.].
Well, it worked, and Joe lost [To a Leftist.].
To defend himself against these biased prosecutors, Joe had to hire the very best lawyers we could find. And, as you can imagine, these lawyers don’t come cheap.
It is going to cost us a staggering amount of money to defend Joe in this case and we must continue to raise money for his defense and ongoing legal expenses.
For over 50 years, I’ve worried night and day about Joe being killed by violent gang members, drug traffickers, or career criminals here at home and around the world [And didn’t consider the attack would or could come from the federal government’s Injustice Department.].
Now that he is out of office, this should be the time for him to laugh with our two children, enjoy our four grandchildren to the fullest, and to focus on the future.

The Left has used the federal courts for years to unconstitutionally rewrite the Constitution and to legislate from the bench. Further, they have used the courts to punish their adversaries. Sheriff Joe Arpaio is just the latest high profile case. Basically, his crime was doing his job. Three other prime examples include:
1) Former Texas Congressman Tom DeLay

“In 2005, DeLay was indicted on criminal charges of conspiracy to violate election law in 2002 by a Travis County [Austin, the capital of Texas, is located in Travis County.] grand jury after having waived his rights under the statutes of limitations. In accordance with Republican Caucus rules, DeLay temporarily resigned from his position as House Majority Leader, and later, after pressure from fellow Republicans, announced that he would not seek to return to the position.
He was convicted in January 2011 [Six years later.] and sentenced to three years in prison but was free on bail while appealing his conviction. The trial court’s judgment was overturned by the Texas Court of Appeals, an intermediate appellate court, on September 19, 2013, with a ruling that ‘the evidence in the case was ‘legally insufficient to sustain DeLay’s convictions [In other words, he was convicted on trumped up charges.],’’ , and DeLay was formally acquitted [NOT guilty.].
The State of Texas appealed the acquittal to the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals [The highest criminal court in Texas. Texas has two highest courts. One for criminal matters and one for civil matters. Texas does things differently.]. On October 1, 2014, the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals affirmed the appellate court decision overturning DeLay’s conviction [He was not guilty. It just took nine years to do it at the expense of losing his seat in Congress and a vast sum of money to defend himself in court. Plus, tarnishing his good name.].
2) Senator Ted Stevens of Alaska

Stevens is the most senior U.S. Senator to have ever lost a reelection bid. However, prior to sentencing, the indictment was dismissed—effectively vacating the conviction—when a Justice Department probe found evidence of gross prosecutorial misconduct [In other words, the federal prosecutors withheld evidence from the defense attorneys that would have shown that Senator Stevens was innocent. That newly elected Leftist Democrat was the 60th vote to prevent a filibuster which allowed the passage of Obamacare. He lost his 2014 reelection bid to a Republican.]. Many have argued the prosecution was unfair and politically motivated [BECAUSE IT WAS.].
Stevens died on August 9, 2010, when a de Havilland Canada DHC-3 Otter he and several others were flying in crashed en route to a private fishing lodge [Accident or sabotage? Some claimed Senator Stevens and his companions on the flight were murdered.].
3) Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton [This is an ongoing case at the State level.]

In July 2015, following a complaint by investors Joel Hochberg and Byron Cook, a Republican member of the Texas House of Representatives [An extreme Republican In Name Only Republican. I lived in Texas from June 2013 to late August 2015. I am very familiar with this case which is why I included it.], Paxton was indicted by a Texas grand jury on felony charges of securities fraud and failing to register properly with the Texas state securities board [A sham indictment. It took 2-3 grand juries to even get the indictment led by a Leftist prosecutor.]. Paxton has pleaded not guilty, calling the charges politically motivated [Which they absolutely are. The claim is, basically, that he acted in the capacity of a stock broker.]. In April 2016, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission [The Obama Administration in his last year in office.] (SEC) filed a related federal civil action against Paxton; in March 2017, U.S. District Judge Amos L. Mazzant III dismissed the SEC case ‘with prejudice [Meaning the case is over. He did NOTHING wrong.],’ deciding that Paxton did not have ‘a legal duty to disclose his compensation arrangement with investors [Because he was not a stock broker. The federal requirements are stricter than the State’s. This should have been thrown out of the State Court from the beginning. Another Leftist judge presiding. What the Left wants is this cloud over him for his 2018 reelection bid. Purely Leftist political malarky.].’
The Left uses and abuses every government entity they can to achieve its radical goal of total control of all aspects of life through government. And they call it an utopian paradise. For the elite maybe. Certainly not for anyone else.
