Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need one more Constitutional Justice and the one appointed has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. The above headline and picture were the second “news” story in the first row after a “Kentucky basketball player won’t play = Louisville career over” story. In case you don’t recognize the picture, it is a picture of Judge Roy Moore. My first reaction was “Oh NO. Judge Moore dropped out of the Alabama Senate Election race.” I immediately clicked on his picture and found out that Judge Moore did no such thing. One of the campaign workers had resigned. Do you think it was wishful thinking on the part of microsoft’s Bing or a deliberate attempt to generate adverse publicity for the campaign trying to induce Judge Moore to resign over the Thanksgiving weekend period?
About an hour later, I noticed it was now the first “news” story at 1:31AM early Thanksgiving morning. I turned off the computer and went back to bed for a few hours. When I got back to the computer, the Judge Moore story was gone from the first row. In fact, it was gone completely from all the rows.
Do you think someone from the Moore campaign complained about the deceptive “news” story? The truth is and microsoft’s Bing knows this, most people just read the headlines and go on. How many people during those approximately 5 hours were deceived into believing that Judge Moore had withdrawn from the race?
This incident is the introduction to today’s post. It is no secret that the mainstream Left media does not want Judge Roy Moore to be the next elected Senator from Alabama. In general, they despise his Christian conservative position on the issues.

On Sunday the Alabama Media Group placed an above-the-fold editorial [Above the fold of the newspaper means it is much more likely to be read than an editorial that is below the fold.] in the state’s three largest newspapers which it owns—the Birmingham News, Mobile’s Press Register, and the Huntsville Times—and its al.com website, urging voters in the state to support the liberal [radical Leftist] Democrat Doug Jones over the [Christian] conservative Republican Roy Moore in the December 12 U.S. Senate election [Not a surprise at all.] ‘to stand for decency [I will discuss this at the end of the article.].’
The Alabama Media Group is wholly owned by Advance Publications, the New York City-based media giant controlled by the descendants of S. I. Newhouse, who founded the company in 1922.
Forbes magazine lists Advance Publications as one of the 200 largest privately held companies in the country, with $2.4 billion in revenues and 9,000 employees in 2016.
The company owns Conde Nast Publications, which includes Vogue, Vanity Fair [see below], and GQ [ GQ magazine names Colin Kaepernick 'Citizen of the Year' For those who do not know, Colin Kaepernick is the ex-San Francisco 49er quarterback who refused to stand for the National Anthem. GQ saw fit to name him citizen of the year. Seriously?] magazines, as well as 25 local newspapers around the country, including the three in Alabama and the Cleveland Plain Dealer in Ohio (cleveland.com), the Syracuse Post-Standard in New York, the Star-Ledger in New Jersey (NJ.com), the Times-Picayune in New Orleans, Louisiana, and the Oregonian (oregonlive.com), among others.

The Alabama Media Group’s Editorial Board, which made the decision to run the attack editorial against Judge Roy Moore, is headed up by the company’s president, Tom Bates, and vice president of content, Michelle Holmes.

Do you really believe that Doug Jones would give any creditability to the accusations leveled against Judge Roy Moore from 38 years ago without any physical evidence IF the accusations were leveled at a male member of his staff or any other Leftist? Or, would he demand that innocent until proven guilty be followed rather than guilty by accusation? I know my answer to these questions.
It is the issues! Vote based upon the issues rather than based upon alleged occurrences from 38 years previously.
I can not repeat this too often, no poll has ever voted in an election. Polls give a guideline, at best. The best polls have a margin of error of between 3-4% depending on how many people were polled and a 95% accuracy rate overall meaning even the best polls are wrong about 5% of the time. These are the best polls where everything is done correctly.
When I was running for office in the 1980’s, I received some very good advice. Always run your election campaign as if you were down 20% in the polls. Run as if behind in the election through election day which means pushing the get-out-the-vote effort on election day. I’ve had political parties call me after 3PM for an election that ended at 7PM to make sure I had voted. Normally, I vote before 7AM when the polls open at 6AM. Voting for your candidate on election day or before, early voting which I absolutely hate, is the most important thing most voters do. The worse thing they can do is not voting thinking their candidate has the election wrapped up.
The Left and Establishment Republicans have demonstrated that they will spend whatever money it will take and will say and do anything to keep Judge Roy Moore from being elected to the Senate of the United States. They FEAR a man of his integrity and they adamantly oppose his issues. They are PROVEN LIARS who will lie and cheat to get what they want including falsely sending innocent people to prison and falsely trying to destroy a man who opposes them. They are evil. They support and promote the murder of innocent babies within the womb. That is really all one should need to know about them.
This election in Alabama, as are all elections, is about issues. However, the Left knows they CAN NOT win on the issues especially in red State Alabama. Therefore, they must force the focus to something else. What better way to attack a Christian conservative than to turn the election into a sexual scandal through whatever means necessary. And if they receive aid and comfort from Establishment Republicans all the better. Establishment Republicans don’t want conservatives with integrity serving in Congress anymore than the left does.
Yet, in the case of Judge Roy Moore, as far as I know, there IS NO physical proof of a crime. Just allegations from people of events that supposedly happened 38 years ago. There is no record, as far as I know, of any police reports. Yet, we had an immediate jump to judgment with no independent investigation. Almost everyone seems to be taking these allegations as proof of guilt. Guilty by accusation.
When did we become a nation where allegations equals guilty as charged? This is a really dangerous game. If all it takes is an allegation of wrong doing to end a political career, who is safe? Oh wait. The allegations are only accepted as true if they are allegations directed at Christian conservatives.
