Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need one more Constitutional Justice and the one appointed has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. This is insipid. The Leftist notion that ‘bravery’ has something to do with profitability is utterly inane. Profitability springs from running a business that generates enough voluntary transactions to create a revenue stream [Economic fact: a business can not continue to exist if it does not make a profit. The ultimate purpose of a business is profit.], and spending less on that business than the revenue stream. Continuing to blow through credit in order to prop up a weak revenue stream isn’t brave, it’s counterproductive [It is economic insanity. Similar to governments going deeper and deeper into debt with no prospect of ever paying off that debt.]. And it’s even more counterproductive for employees, knowing that revenue is down, to attempt to raise the cost of running the business through unionization [Always smart to unionize yourself out of a job. Or, NOT].
But De Blasio, like many on the Left, believes that basic economics should reflect an arbitrary moral [immoral] code [It is immoral to demand and require businesses pay employees more than they are worth in relation to the productivity of the employee. It is a form of government theft.]. That’s why Joe Biden has said that paying more taxes is somehow more patriotic [Does he pay more taxes than required? There is a program for individuals to donate money to the federal government and it is even a tax deduction on Schedule A forms. In all my years of doing taxes, I have never had a client make such a donation. Do you think Joe donates to the federal government?]; it’s why the Left went nuts when businesses began laying people off due to additional Obamacare costs; it’s why Democrats never seem to understand why businesses use part-time labor after minimum wage regulations hit the books. All of that is immoral and uncaring [It is for the government which forces businesses into such situations.].
Except it isn’t. Numbers aren’t immoral and they aren’t uncaring. They’re just numbers. And the numbers [Financial numbers.] either work or they don’t.
But De Blasio’s moral posturing is comforting to those who can’t make their numbers. It allows them to believe that they’re only losing their jobs thanks to individual malevolence, not to lack of marketability in their product. Until De Blasio is willing to put his own money where his mouth is and hire the laid-off journalists of Gothamist [Which he will not.], he ought to shut up about what other people do in terms of hiring and firing—especially while he makes doing business in New York City ever more expensive [The two aren’t connected are they? Two years ago, a popular pizza shop in Boston opened its doors promising fair wages [Define a fair wage. Fair to whom? Who determines what is fair?] to its employees. On Wednesday, Dudley Dough announced it will close at the end of the year, the Boston Globe reported.
A fair wage, also called a living wage, is a wage that is high enough to provide a normal standard of living [What is a normal standard of living? Who defines and determines “normal?” Normal for whom?].
Regulars at the restaurant say they’re losing a community resource and a singular business based on a premise of economic justice [Define economic justice. Leftists just throws out words and phrases for which they believe they get to determine the definitions and answers. When the answers and definitions don’t work, they get to blame everyone else for standing in the way of “progress” defined as the fulfillment of their agenda.] and healthy food, according to the Globe report.
What’s the story?
The restaurant pitched itself as ‘pizza with a purpose,’ according to the Globe, the restaurant offered above-average pay as well as culinary and leadership training.
Dudley Dough is an offshoot of Haley House, a nonprofit organization [Nonprofit organizations are a creation of the federal government. Created for the purpose of not taxing particular activities through federal income taxes. It is the government helping to indirectly finance those activities. The government picking winners and losers. Planned Murderhood is a federal government recognized nonprofit. Contrary to its name, nonprofits can and do make a profit. It is just not called profit and is not taxed as profit through the federal income tax system.] based in Boston’s South End and Roxbury neighborhoods, that provides food and housing to low-income residents.
The shop is popular among residents in the area, but it’s not breaking even [Not making a profit. That is, it is losing money. Not a surprise. The restaurant business is very competitive.] and that puts stress on Haley House.
‘The challenge for Dudley Dough was to support itself,’ Bing Broderick, Haley House executive director told the Globe. ‘The pizza shop attempted to put a social enterprise model into action [A disaster waiting to happen.].’
An analysis of the business’s operations and trends, the Haley House board determined that it could not continue to subsidize the pizza shop [Cover the losses of the pizza shop.] without jeopardizing its own efforts [Not a surprise. Better to have one enterprise sink than both enterprises.], according to The Globe.
‘I don’t think anyone is looking at it as a failure [Even though it was?],’ said Luther Pinckney, a team leader at Dudley Dough, which is in the Bruce C. Bolling Municipal Building. ‘It’s an experiment, and some very good things came out of that, such as skill-building for staff and being in this building at this time of gentrification and change in this community.’
The wage battle
A fair wage is just one piece of the social enterprise model that has businesses and employees, and politicians, pitted against each other. Additional issues include paid leave and other benefits [There is no such animal as a fair wage. It is a concoction of the Left.].
Currently, the federal minimum wage [Which is unconstitutional. The federal government has no constitutional authority to establish a minimum wage or any wage scale of any kind for any private business whatsoever. There should be no federal minimum wage. Not only is it unconstitutional but it is impossible for government to determine what a minimum wage should be. Thus, it is all done through politics disregarding economic realities.] is $7.25 an hour and it hasn’t increased since 2009, according to the Department of Labor [One of the eight unconstitutional Departments within the federal government.]. Some states and areas have higher minimum wages, with the highest being $12.50 in the District of Columbia [D.C. constitutionally is suppose to be controlled by Congress. It gave this power unconstitutionally to the people of the district. See below.]. Businesses in states with higher state minimums are required to pay employees at the higher adopted rate [Of course, otherwise there would be no reason to have a higher minimum wage.].

You probably remember in 2012 when about 200 fast-food workers in New York City took to the streets demanding higher pay.
Outside a Burger King on 34th Street, several dozen workers and their supporters chanted, ‘How can we survive on seven twenty-five [Get a job that pays more than $7.25. Grow with the business and get a higher paying job within the business. Does the business pay $7.25 to all employees or just to entry-level employees? Are you worth more than $7.25 or less than $7.25 to the company?]?’ the New York Times reported. Minimum wage in New York state was $7.25 at that time.
New York raised its minimum wage to $8 in 2014 [Did the State have the constitutional authority to do so under the Constitution of the State of New York?]. It has incrementally increased annually since [Why? Do entry-level employees become more productive automatically each year? Arbitrary determination by the State Legislature which does not have the competence to determine what an employee’s wage should be. Minimum wage or otherwise.]. The current minimum wage varies across the state from $9.70 to $13 an hour based on geographical location and, in New York City, employer size [Is this a magic formula about which no one else knows? Why are all businesses treated the same? Why are States even telling private businesses what the wage must be? How can the State possibly know the answer to such a complex issue that differs from company to company, from employee to employee. The basic question that can never be answered is: What is the economic worth of each and every employee within the State?]. More increases are set through 2021, according to the National Conference of State Legislatures.
Can the fair wage model work?
It depends on so many factors that it’s hard to say. Factors include the size of the business, its location and number of employees [Wrong answer. There is no such thing as a “fair wage.” It can not even be adequately defined in economic terms.].
Last month, Target announced an increase to its minimum hourly wage [Target who’s stock price has fallen over twenty dollars per share over the last year plus while stocks in general keep hitting new record highs.].
‘All employees will be paid at least $11 an hour, starting next month, up from the current $10, and will see it rise to $15 by the end of 2020,’ USA Today reported. The Minneapolis-based chain said the increase also applies to seasonal workers.
The chain’s last major wage increase was in 2016, according to USA Today, when it went to $10 an hour.
‘We care about and value the more than 323,000 individuals who come together every day with an absolute commitment to serving our guest [How will the increases be paid if productivity does not increase at the same or higher rate? If higher productivity does not occur, the higher costs have to be covered somewhere. By less profit? By higher prices? By lower quality merchandise? By a decrease in the total labor force? By less or no wage increases for higher paid employees? By cutting costs elsewhere besides labor? By improved efficiencies? By a combination of these factors? Every action has a consequence. What will be the consequence for a higher entry-level wage?],’ CEO Brian Cornell said in a statement.
Walmart cashiers start at $9.17, Costco cashier assistants at $12.56 and Amazon fulfillment center workers at $12.42, reported USA Today.
But what about Chipotle’s recent announcement?
Chipotle’s fast-casual restaurant chain is struggling.
Besides its food safety problems and natural disasters in some parts of the country causing setbacks, some say the chain’s biggest problem is its labor costs [Labor costs are often the single largest costs for a company.].
CNBC reported last week that Bank of America Merrill Lynch downgraded Chipotle and cut its earnings targets for 2018 and 2019, citing high labor costs as the company’s biggest issue.
The average hourly wage for a Chipotle crew member is $9.54, according to Indeed.
What’s the solution?
You decide. Most people would agree that minimum wage jobs aren’t meant to be a career [I should hope not. Minimum wage jobs are entry-level jobs for those with little to no skills.].
Proponents of fair wages say higher wages increase employee loyalty and yield happier workers [Proof? Does happier workers increase the bottom line? Of what benefit are happier workers? Is that even measurable?]. But higher minimum wages can put stress on businesses causing them to close, which puts people out of work [True. Which is better? No job or a low paying job. Unfortunately, the answer may depend upon the “welfare” policies of that State. For some, it is more profitable to be on welfare than to work. Is that logical economically?].
Dudley Dough is a popular place [If every sale produces a loss, it does not matter that it is popular. In fact, more sales equal more losses if every sale produces a loss.], according to the Globe, and its employees are being paid a fair wage. However, being popular isn’t going to keep its doors open or its people employed [True.].”

(WEEK) — Illinois saw one of its worst months for job losses in years in September, with total payroll declining by 10,800 [Coincidently or NOT, Illinois just raised the individual income tax rate, which sole proprietors pay, by 32% and its corporate income tax rate to just over 32%. If they can, businesses and high income individuals are fleeing the State. It makes perfect economic sense to do so.]
The Illinois Department of Employment Security said the big drop in jobs kept over-the-year job growth well below the national average [Not a surprise.]. The total unemployment rate is unchanged at five percent, higher than the national rate of 4.2 percent [The unemployment rate is no longer a valid measurement of employment. People who are quite capable of working but have stopped looking for work for whatever reason are not counted as unemployed which of course they are. The labor participation rate is at or near historical lows.].
The biggest sectors for job losses were trade, transportation and utilities (4,200), Education and Health Services [Effects of Obamacare?] (3,400) and Leisure and Hospitality (3,300). Financial Activities (3,600) and Manufacturing (1,100) saw job growth.”

Let’s compare these three components in a general way in relation to entry-level jobs and jobs that have extremely high salaries. In our example for extremely high salaries, I will use professional sports.
Entry-level positions:
Scarcity:
There is, if anything, an over abundance of labor including people just graduating from high school and entering the work force for the first time, high school dropouts, and students in high school or below who are working part time or more. My first job was as a paperboy at the age of twelve. We were not covered by the minimum wage law. When I turned 16, I started working for a grocery store part time during the summer and some nights and all Saturdays during the school year. The store was closed on Sundays which was the practice at that time. The minimum wage was $1.25 per hour. I started at $1.35 an hour and got a $.10 raise after a year. I must have been of economic value to the company since the store manager asked me to continue working when I came home for weekends and holidays and during the summer while I attended college. I declined the offer.
Supply and demand:
In most cases, the supply of entry-level workers is greater than the demand. The result being that landing that first job may prove somewhat difficult if the worker lacks skills and/or trainability. New entry-level workers may cost the company money because the worker does not produce enough economic worth to cover the costs associated with his work. The work is not producing breakeven economic value. Companies want workers who provide economic value and add to the profits of the company. No business as a business can continue in the long run without profits.
Competition:
Competition among the workers may be fierce. Companies will select workers they project will add to the bottom line. They will reject workers who can not even produce to a breakeven point. It makes no economic sense to hire a worker who in the long run will cost the company more money than the worker is worth.
Professional athletes:
Scarcity:
At the highest levels of skill, the scarcity is great and projection of their worth is not foolproof. Projected greatness does not always occur and some do much better than projected. The businesses take something of a risk with any selection. However, the payoff may also be outstanding. Businesses are willing to pay top dollar to get employees who will add to the bottom line.
Supply and demand:
Supply, at its best, is very limited and the demand for top notch employees is great. Both supply and demand factors result in high income employment particularly for those who produce over time.
Competition:
Competition is fierce both among the employees and among the businesses. Success can add tremendously to the bottom line. Failure can be disastrous to the bottom line. The whole business structure is based upon competition. Based upon winning and losing. It is high stakes, high profit competition. The result is high salaries as long as those salaries increase the profitability of the company.
In both cases, the economic worth of the employee is based upon the economic worth he/she adds to company. No company can afford to keep employees in the long run who do not add to the bottom line. In a free market system, in general, people receive compensation based upon their worth to the company. There is no system that benefits workers more and there is no system than benefits companies more. There is no system that benefits nations more.

4) Congress by law affirms that any and all previous court case rulings in contradiction to these specific laws passed by Congress are null and void.
5) Congress by law removes the courts from any ability to alter and/or invalidate any provisions of these specific laws passed by Congress.
Rules of Life:

4) You are free to choose whatever action you want to take, but you are NOT free from the consequences of that action.
