Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need one more Constitutional Justice and the one appointed has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. It is past time to attack the evil of murdering babies within the womb on every front with every legal weapon we can use until the murder of babies within the womb is abolished completely throughout the United States and its territories. Leigh Corfman, 53, says Moore molested [Her description of what happened probably does not meet the legal definition of molestation back when these events supposedly happened. I can’t say for sure since the alleged events occurred 38 years ago. However, I am the same age as Judge Moore and the described events would not have been legal molestation in Illinois. At best, possibly contributing to the delinquency of a minor.] her in 1979 [38 years ago. Question: Why did it take 38 years for this to come out and why is it coming out approximately one month before the Senate Special Election vote? Is there ANY proof other than the word of people about occurrences that happened almost half a century ago? Of course, we know that people NEVER lie about such things. NOT. Why was no complaint filed at the time?] as a 14-year-old girl. Corfman told the Post that Moore first approached her outside a courtroom in 1979 [Why was she outside a court room at the age of 14? Was she alone?]. At the time, he was an assistant district attorney.
On one occasion, a 32-year-old Moore allegedly took Corfman into the woods and kissed her. In a subsequent encounter, he reportedly [allegedly] went much further:
‘Alone with Coffman [Why was she alone at 14? Did he know she was 14?], Moore chatted with her and asked for her phone number, she says. Days later, she says, he picked her up around the corner from her house in Gadsden [Why did she get into the car? Did she give him her phone number? If so, why?], drove her about 30 minutes to his home in the woods, told her how pretty she was and kissed her. On a second visit [Second visit? If she was uncomfortable with the first encounter, why a second?], she says, he took off her shirt and pants [She objected? Seems not by her OWN account.] and removed his clothes. He touched her over her bra and underpants [Allegedly. No adult male has ever done this before with a minor which would include 18-year-olds with a 15-year-old.], she says, and guided her hand to touch him over his underwear [And she resisted both moves? Or did not?].
‘I wanted it over with—I wanted out,’ she remembers thinking. ‘Please just get this over with. Whatever this is, just get it over.’ Corfman says she asked Moore to take her home, and he did [That was the sum total of the alleged molestations? Seriously?].
[I was a teacher from September of 1970 through June of 1980. Ten years total at two different high schools. During those ten years, I could name at least one girl that was in one my classes who had a “crush” on me each of those ten years. I married in July of 1972 and our first child was born in July of 1973. Neither being married nor having children stopped the crushes from occurring.
Two examples out of a number I could relate. Before I was married, a student continually during the school year gave me “love letters.” She did not give them directly to me. She went to the main office and asked the secretary to put them in my school mail box. In a second case, I had separated two close female friends for talking in class. We had five rows of class chairs. Both sat in the third row. One was moved back to the last chair in the row and one to the first chair in the row. Early in the class period, the girl in the back chair sent a note up the row to the friend. I saw it leave her hand. Half way up the row, I asked the person who had the note to bring it to me. As the note was brought to me, I said to the girl in the back row that it was my policy to read intercepted notes to the class. To my surprise, she told me to go ahead and read the note. She wanted the whole world to know. With that warning, I read the note first without reading it aloud. I decided not to read the note to the class. The note said that she loved me. No need to go into the details. At that time, I was married with two young children. If not married, I may well have pursued her when she turned 18 and had graduated. She was a first class student and person. Also, in one of our yearly teaching information sessions, we were advised never to be alone with a student of the opposite sex because we could be accused falsely of inappropriate behavior. Today, the advice would be to never to be alone with any student.
Finally, one of my tax clients who was a teacher at a Tucson high school (Early 1990s if I remember the year correctly.) was accused of inappropriate behavior by one of his students. According to him, they attended the same church, she was infatuated with him, and he did nothing inappropriate. I had known him for about ten years and believed him. The school district “solved” the situation by buying her off with a sum of money and giving him a medical retirement. He was not happy that she was paid off but it is not unusual for districts to take the easy way out. He and his wife, who was a Tucson native, moved to California where he originally lived.
The point is. These situations are not always one sided. These alleged occurrences happened years and years ago. Unless there is some physical proof of the allegations, there is no way to know the truth for sure. Even if she kept a journal and kept it all these years, she could be lying in the journal. It would not be the first time. People lie, people exaggerate, people are sometimes delusional. You know, such as males who believe they are females and want and demand to be treated as a female.]
Two of Corfman’s childhood friends say she told them at the time that she was seeing an older man, and one says Corfman identified the man as Moore [Does that make it true? Not necessarily.]. Wells says her daughter told her about the encounter more than a decade later, as Moore was becoming more prominent as a local judge [Does that make it true? Not necessarily.].’
The Post reported detailed allegations of inappropriate encounters with three other women. All describe having relationships with a 30-something Moore when they were between the ages of 16 and 18. Alabama’s age of consent is 16 [Why then were they inappropriate? Just because of the age difference? I have a friend who last year as a 60+-year-old man married a 20+-year-old woman who he has known in a church setting since before she graduated high school.]. Aside from Corfman, they deny Moore coerced them into a sexual relationship [Was Corfman coerced into a sexual relationship? The information given didn’t seem to indicate such. What is the definition of coercion and what is the definition of a sexual relationship? If such did occur, why wasn’t it reported to the authorities? According to the information given, she didn’t even tell her mom until years later.]. However, their dates involved kissing and underage drinking. All three became increasingly upset [So they claim.] as they got older recalling their status as minors and the age disparity [Minors never drink illegally right? Teenagers never date older men? Even if true, this is NOT even close to being criminal. How many adults have furnished alcohol to minors and drank with them? How many ended up being prosecuted? Not to mention all this is almost forty year old “news.” Seriously? In a major Senate race where one candidate supports and promotes the MURDER of babies in the womb, the voters are suppose to vote for the murderer because of these ALLEGATIONS?].

‘Today, the Judge Roy Moore Campaign for U.S. Senate issued a statement responding to yet another baseless political attack by the Washington Post [It is not the first lies coming from the Post?], a paper that has endorsed Judge Moore’s opponent [Motive. And almost ever other Leftist in the nation. Name the last time the Washington Post endorsed a conservative Christian.]. Moore campaign chair Bill Armistead released the following statement on Thursday afternoon:
‘Judge Roy Moore has endured the most outlandish attacks on any candidate in the modern political arena, but this story in today’s Washington Post alleging sexual impropriety takes the cake. The Judge has been married to Kayla for nearly 33 years, has 4 children, and 5 grandchildren. He has been a candidate in four hotly-contested statewide political contests, twice as a gubernatorial candidate and twice as a candidate for chief justice. He has been a three-time candidate for local office, and he has been a national figure in two ground-breaking, judicial fights over religious liberty and traditional marriage. After over 40 years of public service, if any of these allegations were true, they would have been made public long before now [Most certainly should have been. Why now? Why after almost forty years? There is something rotting in Denmark?].
Judge Roy Moore is winning with a double-digit lead. So it is no surprise, with just over four weeks remaining, in a race for the U.S. Senate with national implications, that the Democratic Party [Left] and the country’s most liberal [Leftist] newspaper would come up with a fabrication [lie] of this kind.

Further evidence has not corroborated the accusations. It should be noted, no proof has surfaced indicating any of the four women donated to or volunteered for Moore’s primary opponent or Democratic challenger. You know, a secret ballot. She could have even worked for the Trump campaign and voted for Clinton.
