Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need one more Constitutional Justice and the one appointed has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. It is past time to attack the evil of murdering babies within the womb on every front with every legal weapon we can use until the murder of babies within the womb is abolished completely throughout the United States and its territories. The March for Life Chicago is expected to be the largest pro-life gathering in the Midwest. Among the speakers are a co-owner of the Chicago Bears, a former Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood] director, Archbishop of Chicago and the Executive Director of the Billy Graham Center for Evangelism.
The 2018 March for Life Chicago will draw large crowds (currently estimated to be 6,000 +) of pro-life advocates from across Illinois and the Midwest. On Sunday, January 14, 2018 [Almost 45 years after the federal courts sanctioned the MURDER of babies within the womb.], people from all walks of life will come together on Chicago’s Federal Plaza to proclaim the sanctity of human life and call for an end [demand] to abortion [murder of babies within the womb] as they march through the Loop beginning at 2 p.m. CST.
Archbishop of Chicago, Cardinal Blase J. Cupich and the Chicago Bears’ co-owner Pat McCaskey are among the featured speakers.
March for Life Chicago Board of Directors President Dawn Fitzpatrick explained that the peaceful march through the streets of Chicago is a reminder that people of Illinois and throughout the Midwest desire to change the societal perception of abortion [murder of babies within the womb].

‘Killing [Murdering] a child in the womb is never a viable answer [NEVER, EVER]. Abortion [Murder of babies within the womb] is not an acceptable solution to any problem [It is one of the greatest, if not the greatest, sins one person can do to another person. The baby within the womb is the most innocent and the most helpless of persons. No person including particularly the baby’s mother who is suppose to be the baby’s number one protector has the right to murder another person particularly innocent and vulnerable babies within the womb.]. We believe that ‘Love [Agape love] Saves Lives’ and that is our theme for this year’s March. We call upon religious, civic and community leaders to renew every effort to build a nation and culture dedicated to protecting life at every stage [from conception to natural death] and eliminating the violence of abortion [murder of babies within the womb],’ stated Fitzpatrick. ‘Thousands of individuals and groups will come together on January 14 to proclaim that our women, men, children and families [Particularly the innocent babies.] deserve better than abortion [murder of babies within the womb].’”
We have had some victories in 2017 and some failures. If it was easy, GOD would not use Christians and others of good will to end the murder of babies within the womb. GOD has given each of us free will. We all need to use that free will wisely and spiritually following the will of GOD our creator and sustainer of life.
Of course, until the murder of babies within the womb is completely abolished, our greatest failure has been our inability to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. Our second greatest failure, in my opinion, has been our inability to defund Planned Murderhood and all other such organizations that murder babies within the womb. The federal government and many State governments provide our taxpayer money directly and indirectly to facilitate these horrendous murders.
We need to rededicate ourselves to abolishing the murder of babies within the womb this coming year. The sooner the murder of babies within the womb is abolished, the more innocent lives that will be saved. Pray and then get actively involved in the solution. If we are not part of the solution, we are part of the problem. Words have consequences. Actions have consequences. Inaction has consequences.

The best, most constitutional way to accomplish abolishing abortion is to do the following:
1) Congress by law affirms that human life begins at conception/fertilization.

2) Congress by law affirms that human life is protected by both Amendments Five and Fourteen from the beginning of life at conception to the end of life through natural causes.
3) Congress by law affirms that the taking of a human life within the womb is a criminal offense and establishes the legal parameters for prosecuting and punishing all such criminal offenses. Congress by law affirms that any local official and/or State official who tries to hinder and/or does not apply these laws properly has committed a criminal offense. Congress by law establishes the legal parameters for prosecuting and punishing all such criminal offenses.
4) Congress by law affirms that any and all previous court case rulings in contradiction to these specific laws passed by Congress are null and void.
5) Congress by law removes the courts from any ability to alter and/or invalidate any provisions of these specific laws passed by Congress.
