Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need one more Constitutional Justice and the one appointed has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. Why bother with documents? The accusation is the evidence.
How many accusations are fraudulent? How many more fraudulent accusations will come in the future? Every individual, both on the Left and on the Right, should be presumed innocent UNTIL proven guilty. Unintended consequence or intended consequence? On Wednesday, news broke in Kentucky that Republican State Representative Dan Johnson, who authorities were investigating over allegations of sexual misconduct, committed suicide [There are religions that consider suicide to be a sentence to Hell since the last act of the individual was murder of self. Murder is a sin, without question. I know of no place in the Bible that says that suicide in itself condemns one to Hell. Although I certainly don’t intend to find out. I personally believe suicide is a cowardly act. I know of two instances of Christians who committed suicide. While I lived in St. Charles, Illinois, a western Chicago suburb, a wife of a minister committed suicide in her garage by carbon monoxide poisoning. Unfortunately, her children’s bedrooms were above the garage and, if I remember correctly, her three (I’m not sure of the exact number of children.) also died. When I lived in Arizona, a member of our church hiked into the desert and shot himself supposedly because he had just lost his job. GOD decides those who have rejected HIM and thus are assigned to Hell. We do not.].
Bullitt County Sheriff Donnie Tinnell confirmed that a gun was recovered at the bridge in the City of Mt. Washington where Johnson ended his life, WDRB reported.
According to a reporter with the local news outlet, Johnson posted the following suicide note on his Facebook page on Wednesday around 5 p.m.:

WDRB noted that Johnson was under investigation for allegedly kissing and fondling a 17-year-old girl in 2012 when she was staying in a living area of a church that Johnson served as a pastor. The girl, now 21, told investigators that Johnson ‘had been drinking a lot’ when the incident allegedly happened.
Authorities had not filed criminal charges against Johnson who vehemently denied the allegations made by the girl during a press conference on Tuesday.
‘This allegation concerning this lady, this young girl, absolutely has no merit, these are unfounded accusations, totally,’ Johnson said, according to the Louisville Courier-Journal.
Kentucky Governor Matt Bevin tweeted his condolences Wednesday night after hearing about the incident.

The host, who said he was ‘shocked’ by the suspension, also suggested that the recent wave of awareness about workplace sexual harassment was leading to inaccurate accusations [Do you think? When the shoe is on your foot, it makes a difference.].
‘If having a consensual relationship with a colleague years ago is the stuff that leads to this kind of public humiliation and personal destruction, heaven help us [Now, he get’s it. Did he say the same in Judge Roy Moore’s case?],’ Smiley wrote in a statement accompanying his video on Facebook.
‘This has gone too far [You think? Or, is it just because you are involved?],’ Smiley said. ‘And I, for one, intend to fight back [So did Judge Roy Moore. Still lost.].’
PBS announced Wednesday that it had suspended Smiley’s show after its investigation had ‘uncovered multiple, credible [According to whom?] allegations of conduct that is inconsistent with the values [PBS has values?] and standards of PBS.’
But Smiley said PBS ‘overreacted’ and conducted a ‘biased and sloppy investigation, which led to a rush to judgment.’
The network ‘refused to review any of my personal documentation, refused to provide me the names of any accusers, refused to speak to my current staff, and refused to provide me any semblance of due process to defend myself against allegations from unknown sources,’ Smiley said. ‘Their mind was made up [Sounds familiar.].’
Smiley added that he learned of the internal investigation only when former staffers who had been contacted by PBS investigators reached out to him.
He finished with a cautionary note about the current national conversation on sexual harassment.
‘It’s time for a real conversation in America, so men and women know how to engage in the workplace. I look forward to actively participating in that conversation [That is NOT the problem.
