Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need one more Constitutional Justice and the one appointed has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. It is past time to attack the evil of murdering babies within the womb on every front with every legal weapon we can use until the murder of babies within the womb is abolished completely throughout the United States and its territories. President Donald Trump made history yesterday officially recognizing Jerusalem as the capital of the State of Israel, almost 70 years after the United States became the first country in the world to extend diplomatic recognition to the Jewish state.

‘Jerusalem is not just the heart of three great religions, but it is now also the heart of one of the most successful democracies in the world,’ President Trump said in the Diplomatic Reception Room of the White House.
‘Over the past seven decades, the Israeli people have built a country where Jews, Muslims, and Christians, and people of all faiths are free to live and worship according to their conscience and according to their beliefs. Jerusalem is today, and must remain, a place where Jews pray at the Western Wall, where Christians walk the Stations of the Cross, and where Muslims worship at Al-Aqsa Mosque.’
Prime Minister of Israel Benjamin Netanyahu tweeted thanks to Trump for the ‘historic decision to recognize Jerusalem as Israel’s capital. The Jewish people and the Jewish state will be forever grateful [Congress in the 1990s voted to establish an embassy in Jerusalem. The President could delay that establishment and Bill Clinton, George W. Bush, and Barack Hussein Obama did delay the establishment of the embassy in Jerusalem. Embassies of other countries are normally established in the Capital of the host nation.].’
Of course the usual suspects were broken records, apoplectic on cue.
Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas [A President without a country. There has never been an official Palestinian nation. It is a “Recognized Nation” without any land under the “nation’s” control. If the Arab world really wanted a Palestine nation, they would give some of their lands to establish such a nation. Instead, they want to take Israel lands to establish said nation.] warned there would be ‘dangerous consequences.’ His office issued a statement declaring that ‘East Jerusalem is the key to war and peace and any solution must guarantee East Jerusalem as the capital of the Palestinian state [There is no actual Palestine State and never has been.].’ Palestinian politicians are calling for ‘days of rage’ in the streets to protest Trump’s decision [Because violence is the only way they will get what they are demanding. It has worked so well for them in the past.], and are hoping the violence goes global.
Predictably, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said Trump's move was a ‘red line’ for Muslims [If it means the same thing as Barack Hussein Obama’s “red line,” it means nothing. By the way, Turkey is a member of NATO as is the United States. A NATO member is threatening a NATO member. Classy.] , whatever that means.
Jordan’s foreign minister, Ayman Safadi, warned U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson that Trump’s proclamation could ‘trigger anger across the Arab and Muslim world, fuel tension and jeopardize peace efforts [What peace efforts? Palestinian leadership has said repeatedly that they want to destroy Israel.].’
These are the same tedious things Islamists always say whenever the United States does anything perceived as supportive of Israel [Exactly.].
In making the proclamation about Jerusalem, Trump honored a campaign promise, one to which plenty of politicians on both sides of the aisle have given mere lip service over the years.
President Trump’s courageous, unprecedented proclamation finally ends the long-running charade that Jerusalem is legally or politically different from or somehow not legitimately a part of sovereign Israeli territory. And it confers on Israel as a whole a special kind of political legitimacy well beyond what President Harry Truman provided May 14, 1948 when he extended U.S. diplomatic recognition to the nascent State of Israel.
Recognizing a sovereign nation without recognizing the capital it claims as its own is only a half-measure. While better than nothing, that quasi-recognition by the world’s only superpower has needlessly left Israel vulnerable and given its enemies plenty of wiggle room over the years, it could be argued. Dangling the prospect of full recognition, that is, of recognizing Jerusalem as the Israeli capital, hasn’t been the bargaining chip to promote Middle East peace so many members of the foreign policy establishment have claimed; it’s more of an albatross around both Israeli and American necks.
Thanks to President Trump, Palestinians and their terrorist allies will no longer be able to threaten to open the gates of hell every time an American president talks about moving the U.S. embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem. It will no longer be an available talking point; it will be a fait accompli.
For years American presidents have signed waivers under the Jerusalem Embassy Act of 1995 [Passed by a Republican Congress with a Leftist President.] that encouraged the federal government to move its embassy to Jerusalem and recognize that city as Israel’s capital, President Trump said.
‘Yet, for over 20 years, every previous American president has exercised the law’s waiver, refusing to move the U.S. embassy to Jerusalem or to recognize Jerusalem as Israel’s capital city.
Presidents issued these waivers under the belief that delaying the recognition of Jerusalem would advance the cause of peace [Which it obviously did not.]. Some say they lacked courage, but they made their best judgments based on facts as they understood them at the time. Nevertheless, the record is in. After more than two decades of waivers, we are no closer to a lasting peace agreement between Israel and the Palestinians. It would be folly to assume that repeating the exact same formula would now produce a different or better result [It would be useless, of course, unless one is a Leftist. In which case, past failures do not matter.].’
Jerusalem was the capital the Jewish people established in ancient times and it is right to give it the recognition it deserves, President Trump said.
‘Today, Jerusalem is the seat of the modern Israeli government. It is the home of the Israeli parliament, the Knesset, as well as the Israeli Supreme Court. It is the location of the official residence of the prime minister and the president. It is the headquarters of many government ministries [It is the capital of Israel as established by Israel. The right that any sovereign State has to establish its own capital within its own territory.].’
Now is the time to stop walking on eggshells around the Jerusalem question and recognize the status of Jerusalem within Israel, the president said.
American presidents ‘have declined to acknowledge any Israeli capital at all,’ Trump said. ‘But today, we finally acknowledge the obvious: that Jerusalem is Israel’s capital. This is nothing more, or less, than a recognition of reality. It is also the right thing to do. It’s something that has to be done.’
Trump explained that he has directed the Department of State to begin preparations for relocating the U.S. embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem. ‘This will immediately begin the process of hiring architects, engineers, and planners, so that a new embassy, when completed, will be a magnificent tribute to peace.’
Some left-wing Israel-haters have complained about President Trump’s so-called unilateralism on the Jerusalem issue [What is new?]. They say he is going around the oh-so-sacred peace process, not strengthening it [What peace process? The Palestinians want to destroy Israel. That is their stated goal. There is no room for peace when the goal is the destruction of a nation.].
But Palestinians and their allies have been leveraging international bodies such as the United Nations for years in an attempt to get their way outside of the peace process.
This is exactly what President Barack Hussein Obama did in his final parting shot at Israel before leaving office.
Former Congresswoman Shelley Berkley, a Nevada Democrat, attacked Israel-hating Obama in fairly blunt terms in the final weeks of his presidency.
Obama stood by and did nothing when the United Nations ‘stooped to a new low ... passing a Security Council resolution with the transparent goal of delegitimizing Israel and damaging the prospects for a lasting negotiated peace with the Palestinians.’
‘The Obama administration’s decision to abstain [Instead of vetoing the resolution.], allowing the UN’s highest body to condemn Israel in such harsh and biased terms, declare settlements an illegal obstacle to peace, and call the eternal capital of the Jewish people ‘occupied,’ is unprecedented and dangerous. The resolution passed by the Security Council suggests that the location of the most holy site for the Jewish people, the Western Wall, is not in Israel, and that the Old City of Jerusalem is a ‘settlement.’’

A UN security council resolution calling for the withdrawal of Donald Trump’s recognition of Jerusalem as Israel’s capital has been backed by every council member except the US, which used its veto [What is this? The United Nations is trying to tell a sovereign nation where that sovereign nation can and can not place its embassy? We did not give up our sovereignty when we helped create the United Nations. The United Nations has gone rogue. They have NO control over the United States NOR should they.].
The unanimity of the rest of the council was a stark rebuke to the Trump administration over its unilateral move earlier this month, which upended decades of international consensus [Consensus? Consensus of other nations IS NOT the determinate for what the United States does and does not do.].
The Egyptian-drafted resolution did not specifically mention the US or Trump but expressed ‘deep regret at recent decisions concerning the status of Jerusalem.’
A spokesman for the Palestinian president, Mahmoud Abbas, responded to the veto by saying it was ‘unacceptable and threatens the stability of the international community because it disrespects it [What? The “international community” is disrespecting OUR sovereignty. We are not ruled by international consensus.].’
The UK [United Kingdom] and France had indicated in advance that they would would [sic] back the text, which demanded that all countries comply with pre-existing UN security council resolutions on Jerusalem, dating back to 1967, including requirements that the city’s final status be decided in direct negotiations between Israel and the Palestinians.
The resolution was denounced in furious language by the US ambassador to the UN, Nikki Haley [Good. It should be.], who described it as ‘an insult’ that would not be forgotten. ‘The United States will not be told by any country where we can put our embassy [Amen. That is what sovereignty is all about. We decide what we do as a nation. Not other nations. It is OUR embassy. It is NOT their embassy.],’ she said.
‘It’s scandalous to say we are putting back peace efforts [What peace efforts?],’ she added. ‘The fact that this veto is being done in defence of American sovereignty and in defence of America’s role in the Middle East peace process is not a source of embarrassment for us; it should be an embarrassment to the remainder of the security council [For sure.].’
The Israeli prime minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, tweeted: ‘Thank you, Ambassador Haley. On Hanukkah, you spoke like a Maccabi. You lit a candle of truth. You dispel the darkness. One defeated the many. Truth defeated lies. Thank you, President Trump.’
The tabling of the resolution followed a weekend of negotiations aimed at securing the widest consensus possible on the issue. The vote has underlined once again the widespread international opposition to the US move, even among some of its closest allies.
It came ahead of a planned trip by the US vice-president, Mike Pence, to Jerusalem on Wednesday that was set to take place amid a deep rupture in US-Palestinian relations.
However, Pence announced on Monday night that he was postponing the trip until February, citing the imminent congressional votes on tax reform [His vote in the Senate might be needed to break a tie vote.], set to take place in the House and Senate starting on Tuesday. ‘The vice-president is committed to seeing the tax cut through to the finish line,’ his spokeswoman said.
Abbas’s Fatah party has called for a day of demonstrations [Violence.] in the occupied Palestinian territories [There are no Palestinian territories. Just wished to be Palestinian territories.] to coincide with the Pence trip.
Palestinian officials had warned that in the event of a US veto on the security council, they would also seek a resolution at the general assembly [The general assembly has no authority over the United States. The security council has no authority over the United States. The United Nations has no authority over the United States.].
The push for a vote—which came in the knowledge that the US would use its veto—followed Trump’s decision to overturn decades of policy by declaring that the US recognises Jerusalem as Israel’s capital and that he plans to move its embassy there.
Speaking before the vote, the UK’s ambassador to the UN, Matthew Rycroft, said the text was in line with London’s position on Jerusalem as an issue that must be resolved through negotiations [Which has worked so well over how long a time period? How can Israel negotiate with a group that has declared it is going to destroy Israel?].
In an apparent rejection of the authority of the security council [The United Nations has NO authority over sovereign nations.], Israel’s ambassador to the UN, Danny Dann, said before the vote: ‘Members of the council can vote again and again—a hundred more times. It won’t change the simple fact that Jerusalem is, has been, and always will be the capital of Israel [Exactly.].’
In the immediate aftermath of the US veto, Abbas announced that the Palestinian leadership would move to seek full membership of the United Nations, and try to raise the issue at an emergency meeting of the UN general assembly.
Palestine was admitted to the UN under the same observer status as the Vatican, but the road to full state membership is more complicated than persuading 14 security council members to back existing resolutions on the status of Jerusalem.
While Palestinians would probably get sufficient votes in the UN general assembly, it would first need to secure nine affirmative votes in the security council for the recommendation, with no vetoes [Will the United States veto it? I would.].
The Palestinians and their supporters in the UN appear to be attempting to force the Trump administration into using its veto in ways that isolate both Israel and the US, in the hope of drawing in wider international mediation of the peace process [How will that happen? What mediation of the peace process? The Palestinians want capitulation. They are not dealing with a capitulation President any more. President Obama was a rogue President within the United States and a capitulation President worldwide.].
“It’s a diplomatic battle we are fighting,” one official told the Guardian. ‘And so far we are having results. It is clear to us that the United States cannot be a mediator and we need international assistance [What they want is capitulation. It is what they have always wanted. That is why no “peace process” has ever worked. The Israelis did not and hopefully never will capitulate.].’
Abbas is expected to visit Saudi Arabia and France this week to rally support.”
I have been calling for the United States to get out of the United Nations and to get the United Nations out of the United States. This is just one example why this should happen. We are a sovereign nation. The United Nations HAS NO CONTROL over us and should not have any control over us.
