“Support North Dakota’s suit against the dangerous transgender mandate
By CitizenGO USA · 11/11/2016
Respect practitioners freedom of conscious
Dear Department of Health and Human Services and the Office for Civil Rights,
I am writing to express my disappointment in your department’s final rule on ‘Nondiscrimination in Health Programs and Activities.’ This rule disregards the freedom of medical practitioners to refuse to perform treatments that they believe will seriously and permanently harm their patients. Your mandate forces medical practitioners to violate the Hippocratic Oath [And is morally obscene!].
The State of North Dakota and several other institutions in North Dakota recently filed suit against you for this dangerous mandate. I am writing in support of their suit. I ask you to immediately revoke this mandate to protect the freedom of medical practitioners.
The Department of Health and Human Services previously declared that Medicare and Medicaid need not pay for gender transition treatments since ‘there is not enough evidence to determine whether gender reassignment surgery improves health outcomes for Medicare beneficiaries with gender dysphoria [It does not! It mutilates the body of a person for no possible reason. Mutilating the body of a person does not change the sex of an individual!]’ Especially given this lack of evidence, the freedom of medical practitioners should be respected.
Sincerely,
Don L. Vance”

“Petition: STOP THE U.N. ENFORCER OF THE HOMOSEXUAL AGENDA
By CitizenGO · 11/10/2016
Update, November 11, 2016: We are receiving feedback that our petition is working, but we need more signatures as the vote is imminent. Finally, positive news out of the United Nations. The African countries are coming together to reject HRC [Human Rights Council: a Leftist organization advancing a radical homosexual agenda] Resolution 32/2 proposed to the General Assembly of the United Nations. This resolution is the worst international threat to the family in the history of the United Nations and leaders of foreign nations are learning about it from our petition. Because of the positive feedback that we’ve received thus far, we are increasing the number of nations who will receive the petition. Please help us meet our goal of 100,000 signature by the close of next week. We will be sending this petition to over 104 member states. Please sign and share this petition with friends and family immediately.
A UN office of ombudsman for the homosexual agenda was created in June. It has already been filled by a radical homosexual rights activist.
He will carry out intrusive inquests and investigations. He will lie about the obligations of states under international law. He will pressure them to abandon laws that protect the family and our children. He will demand that countries instead promote sexual autonomy, homosexuality and transsexualism, all under the pretext of promoting human rights.
Failure to comply with the directives of the LGBT ombudsman will result in international pressure, scorn and derision, even threats to withdraw essential aid. More background and analysis can be found in this article and this article.
We have an opportunity to stop the new office of LGBT ombudsman in its tracks during the General Assembly this November.
It has been done before. It is possible and achievable to stop the homosexual agenda at the United Nations. And, it is necessary to protect the family and our children. But we need to unite in opposition now to help make this happen.
Some countries are worried that voicing opposition to the LGBT ombudsman will lead to confrontation with the United States, the European Union, and other wealthy and powerful countries [Sadly, the West with the FULL approval of the Obama Administration is promoting the sin of homosexual behavior throughout the world! The Obama Administration was just repudiated in the USA. It must also be repudiated at the UN!] and that there will be negative repercussions for them nationally and personally.
Providentially, African countries who strongly value the family have the opportunity to propose a motion to the General Assembly to repeal the new LGBT [Homosexual] office.
All people of faith must stand up now and encourage them to act or else find themselves and the faithful further marginalized by an aggressive and intolerant international LGBT regime.
We need your help to make sure religious leaders, politicians and diplomats suppress this new office and do not avoid their responsibility to protect the family and our children.”
The petition itself:
“Recommendation on HRC report, Res. 32/2
With regards to the report of the Human Rights Council (#A/71/53)
[ http://www.un.org/en/ga/search/view_doc.asp?symbol=A/71/53 ], resolution 32/2
‘Protection against violence and discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity,’ I recommend the following:
1) The General Assembly must suppress the office of ‘independent expert on violence and discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation and gender identity.’ Anything short of this amounts to allowing the United Nations to launch a global campaign to destroy the family and the health and morals of our children.
2) Abstaining from an inevitable vote to suppress the mandate is not an option and amounts to a betrayal of the family and our children. We will not stand idly by while marriage, the family, and our children are attacked.
3) We will not be intimidated by threats to withdraw development assistance. Development assistance will not save the family and our children if it comes at the cost of sacrificing their heath and morals.
Sincerely,
Don L. Vance”
It is past time for the US to get out of the UN and the UN to get out of the US. It has become a corrupt international organization!

Chart: Obama’s Federal Overreach Has Decimated Democrats Around The Country
Katie Pavlich | November 14, 2016
Tuesday’s presidential election didn’t just mark a huge loss for Hillary Clinton, who was pummeled by Republican Donald Trump in the electoral college by breaking through her blue wall to lock down the White House, but also dealt a huge blow to Democrats at the state level around the country [As I have been documenting, politically the Obama Administration has been great for the growth of the Republican Party. Unfortunately, it is because the Obama Administration has been decimating the nation through lawlessness and political corruption!].
Over the course of President Obama’s tenure, Republicans have been voted in to dominate governor’s mansions and state legislatures, in additional to regaining [retaining it after this just concluded election; regaining it after losing both Houses in 2006] control of the House and Senate.
The following chart, produced by the Washington Post [see above], shows Democrats have been decimated as a result of President Obama’s executive overreach [This arrogant, unlawful overreach along with the apparent utter economic, political, and moral corruption of Hillary Clinton is why Donald Trump won].
Republican domination is so prevalent on the state level, they’re just one state legislature away from holding a majority capable of amending the U.S. Constitution [This was claimed on Twitter and the writer posted the Twitter comment. It was also disputed on Twitter. I did not check the accuracy of either. If true, it would still take another election to change it and personally I don’t want such a possibility. I disagree with Mark Levin on this. We should be able to restore the Constitution through Congress and it will be a lot easier and more reliable! The Constitution is sufficient. It just needs to be followed as written and amended!].”
It can get even better. If we start working right now to get conservative candidates elected to the Senate in 2018, we could have a filibuster proof Senate. This election cycle we had the most Senators up for reelection by far. We lost only two and both of them were Democrat-lite Senators. In 2018, it is the Democrats’ turn to have most of their seats up for reelection and a number of those seats are VERY winnable.
All Democratic Senators still in office from the 2012 election to the present Voted to Fund Obamacare on 9/27/2013
