Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need one more Constitutional Justice and the one appointed has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. It is past time to attack the evil of murdering babies within the womb on every front with every legal weapon we can use until the murder of babies within the womb is abolished completely throughout the United States and its territories. Murder of babies within the womb is a horrendous evil that needs to and must be terminated.

‘Are you against the Confederacy [The Confederacy has arisen? Seriously?]?’ I couldn’t help but laugh at the desperate question thrown at President Trump during Tuesday’s press conference. Really? A ‘journalist’ is asking an American president … a New Yorker … 152 years after the Confederacy … if he’s ‘against’ the failed cause [Hasn’t every President been asked that at sometime during his term?]. Mainstream media, unable to pick any more meat off the carcass they made of Ferguson, is making a feast out of Charlottesville, gorging themselves on stupidity and crying ‘racist’ between every bite [One of their common cries following the lead of the radical Left. All they need to do is record it and then replay as desired. And replay and replay and replay.].
MSM [Mainstream media] has been obsessing over daily demonizing Trump and the GOP [Republicans] that it’s become psychotic [Along with the radical Left.]. I’m no fan of President Trump (forever grateful that it’s not President Hillary [Same here. Only because the Republicans would not stand up to her. I would have liked to have seen Congress impeach her for her crimes. However, that was not going to happen.]), but he can never seem to say the right thing, the right way, or the right amount of times. He has denounced white supremacists, repeatedly. (Former President Obama wouldn’t call out Islamic terrorism in eight years [Minor detail. President Obama was/is their “hero.” They were not ever going to call him out.].) Trump further inflamed the Left’s sensibilities by denouncing the violence and racism on the far-Left as displayed by wannabe-communists, #BlackLivesMatter activists and Antifa [How dare him?].
Trump was asked by reporters, 3 days after the event, when he planned to go to visit Charlottesville. It took President Obama 16 days to visit San Bernadino after the Islamic terrorist couple, Tashfeen Malik and Syed Rizwan Farook, slaughtered 14 people and wounded 21 others. Which mainstream ‘journalists’ and Democrat politicians demanded that he call out Islamic terrorism [None. Not a one. Zilch.]?
Funny. #FakeNews media will completely ignore hundreds of thousands of pro-lifers gathered in the nation’s capital, but will fixate on a handful of racist clowns craving relevance in a small college town in Virginia [Because it fits their agenda. They are no longer about the news. They are an advocate of the radical Left agenda.]. The racist ‘Unite the Right’ tiki-torch tantrum could have gone down like a tree in an empty forest, but, instead, the Left made it into a spectator sport [That is what they do.]. Timber!!! That’s the sound of civility crashing to earth as anarchists, racial activists and social justice whiners clashed, enabled by police acting as bystanders [That seems to be the pattern in Leftist communities. The police stand by and watch the mayhem develop. If they react at all, it is way too late to stop the criminal behavior. The time to stop criminal behavior is at the FIRST instance of criminal behavior. Particularly when there are crowds.].
And one precious soul was killed [Murdered. Murdered by automobile. Perhaps the Left will start a crusade to get rid of cars.]. Heather Heyer shouldn’t have been a casualty. But Charlottesville, because of political reasons, was allowed to erupt with hatred and violence.
As someone who is biracial, my heart grieves that the poison of racism is treated so recklessly. After witnessing over 8 years of Barack Obama’s squandered opportunities to engage constructively on racial issues [He had no reason to do anything about it. The Left wants conflict and strife. Whether it is racial, sexual, religious, or something else. It does not matter. The important ingredient is strive and mayhem. Lawlessness and civil disobedience.], I’m now listening to the Left’s daily obsession with calling everyone who disagrees with them a racist [That is not new. Racism is one of, if not the most important, name calling words they use.] That’s the liberal way to end the conversation [Conversations they never want. They lose on the facts and the truth. Therefore, they must resort to propaganda techniques. Name calling is one of their favorites.].
It’s bizarre considering the projection that seems to be going on from the Party of Slavery and Jim Crow [Southern Democrats. The Left has reversed history.]. Discontent with just revising history, they now want to purge it. I’m a staunch defender of the First Amendment. Even (non-violent) ignorance has the right to be voiced [The reason for the First Amendment is to protect unwanted political speech. Wanted political speech is never a problem.]. If former dunce-cap-wearing David Duke wants to talk about ‘taking this country back’ for the extremely small minority of white folks who think like he does, he’s entitled to that lunacy. He might want to listen to that folksy tune ‘This Land Is Your Land’ again. Black, white and every hue in between. Rich, poor and every socioeconomic status in between. Legal immigrant and native-born. Republican, Democrat, Independent, or anywhere along the political spectrum. America belongs to all of us [Not in the world of the radical Left. America is their domain to do with as they please.].

The gun-toting, swastika-waving [Swastika-waving/Nazism is not a movement of the right. It is a Leftist movement and this is not the first time in history that Leftist groups have clashed with each other.], alt-right, ‘white-pride’ brigade did raise a valid First Amendment issue in the midst of the mayhem. Are all Americans entitled to free speech? Sorry, Antifa, #BlackLivesMatter, Workers World Party and other leftist organizations and activists. There is no Freedom from Offense or Freedom from a Statue. Today, the Left can’t seem to purge enough from the public sphere—religious symbols (well, at least those Christian ones), sidewalk chalk, gender [sex]-specific pronouns, and Confederate anything [They have been after the Confederate flag for years. They need to erase the history of their own racist past.].
Should statues of NAACP [National Association for the Advancement of Colored People] co-founder, W.E.B. Du Bois, be toppled [Why not? Fair is fair except when the Left is making the determination.]? Du Bois was kicked out of the (now far-Left) civil rights organization because he supported segregation. He became a Communist, renounced his U.S. citizenship (became a citizen of Ghana in 1963), and praised mass murderers Joseph Stalin and Mao Zedong as great leaders.
I’m no fan of the Confederate battle flag or anything from that defeated nation [Actually, since they lost without ever being sovereign, they were never a nation. They were a wannabe nation that did not happen.], but if you want to tear down present vestiges of ‘white supremacy,’ let’s start with Planned Parenthood [Amen. That will not happen with the Left. The Left and Planned Murderhood are codependent upon each other.]. Yes, the nation’s leading abortion chain [murder factory] birthed in eugenic racism and elitism [See Saturday’s post https://votevance2016.blogspot.com/2017/08/abortion-eradication-of-down-syndrome.html ] They seem to inject themselves into every social issue these days, using $554.6 million annual taxpayer dollars [Additional money comes indirectly since Planned Murderhood is considered to be a nonprofit organization. As a nonprofit, money donated to them is a charitable deduction if the giver files a Schedule A tax form.] to pander, no matter what. They’ve been tweeting about Charlottesville [Of course. That is what the Left does.] and bringing an ‘end to white supremacy [Percentage wise, more Blacks are murdered within the womb than any other “minority” group and much more often than whites are murdered in the womb.] .’ Uhhh, that would be like Penthouse wanting to bring an end to pornography [Ouch.] or Ashley Judd wanting to bring an end to nasty faux-feminist rants [Double ouch.].
Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood] kills [murders] over 260 unarmed black lives [Innocent Black lives. Who, outside of CHRIST himself, is more innocent than a baby within the womb?] every day in America, yet the Left praises them [Supports them and promotes them. Can the Black Lives Matters movement even be taken seriously until they demand an end to the senseless slaughter of innocent Black babies?]. How many black deaths are attributed to neo-Nazis, KKK, or the alt-right [Very few, if any.]? I hate racism. But I hate the shedding of innocent blood even more, regardless of the hue of the aborted [murdered].
We need to have honest conversations about what dehumanizes. And for a nation that is split about our present national sin [Which is exactly what it is. Abhorrent SIN which is sanctioned by the federal government and a number of State governments including Illinois where I live presently which is currently controlled by the Left.]. of aborting 1 million innocent human lives each year, it’s hard to have any moral standing to address anything else that diminishes our humanity [In my opinion, those who support and promote the murder of babies within the womb have NO moral standing.]. In an increasingly secular culture that is hostile to Truth, the Scriptural prescription for peace gets lost: ‘Love the Lord God with all of your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength. The second is this: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no commandment greater than these.’ Jesus spoke these words [Matthew 22: 37-39]. When we fail to apply them, we get the bigotry and violence that used Charlottesville as its stage.
Healing and racial reconciliation will never come through toppling statues or shouting mantras at each other [Because of the human condition, racism and hatred will never be ended until The LORD JESUS, the CHRIST returns.]. You can take down all the Robert E. Lee statues across the nation, and it won’t change what lies in the heart [True and it will NOT change history. It will, at best, hide history. Christians are actually suppose to expose evil, not hide it. Ephesians 5: 11 (NIV) “Have nothing to do with the fruitless deeds of darkness, but rather expose them.”]. You can’t hate hate away. Racism will never end racism. Until we stop seeing ourselves as hyphenated Americans whose identities are fixed in the superficial [“I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character.” ~ Martin Luther King, Jr.], we’ll never experience the unity that can only happen through the supernatural [Through GOD.].”

The best, most constitutional way to accomplish abolishing abortion is to do the following:
1) Congress by law affirms that human life begins at conception/fertilization.

2) Congress by law affirms that human life is protected by both Amendments Five and Fourteen from the beginning of life at conception to the end of life through natural causes.
3) Congress by law affirms that the taking of a human life within the womb is a criminal offense and establishes the legal parameters for prosecuting and punishing all such criminal offenses. Congress by law affirms that any local official and/or State official who tries to hinder and/or does not apply these laws properly has committed a criminal offense. Congress by law establishes the legal parameters for prosecuting and punishing all such criminal offenses.
4) Congress by law affirms that any and all previous court case rulings in contradiction to these specific laws passed by Congress are null and void.
5) Congress by law removes the courts from any ability to alter and/or invalidate any provisions of these specific laws passed by Congress.
