Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need one more Constitutional Justice and the one appointed has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. It is past time to attack the evil of murdering babies within the womb on every front with every legal weapon we can use until the murder of babies within the womb is abolished completely throughout the United States and its territories. Murder of babies within the womb is a horrendous evil that needs to and must be terminated.

If you thought the GOP establishment’s lies ended with the embrace of Obamacare and all its principles, think again. Rather than leveling with the voters and honestly explaining their political sex-change operation, Mitch McConnell and his leadership PAC are projecting their corruption on conservative champions while supporting the very K Street swamp monsters who got us into this mess. [Mitch McConnell (Conservative Review scorecard: Senator Mitch McConnell R Kentucky F 42% 32 years in Congress, next election 2020) is a major part of the problem. Always has been during his reign as Majority Leader. He is only conservative during his reelection time. Then, it is mostly talk with little conservative action. The sad problem is that he had a conservative challenger last election, who is now the governor of Kentucky, and some conservative groups and individuals supported Mitch McConnell anyway including Kentucky Senator Rand Paul (Conservative Review scorecard: Senator Rand Paul R Kentucky A 92% 6 years in Congress, next election 2022) and Florida Senator Marco Rubio (Conservative Review scorecard: Senator Marco Rubio R Florida C 74% 6 years in Congress, next election 2022).] And unless conservatives begin to mobilize today, starting with the Alabama Senate race, McConnell and his henchmen will win.
McConnell’s leadership PAC, the Senate Leadership Fund, is now out with $435,000 worth of radio and TV ads scheduled to run through the August 15 primary painting Judge Roy Moore—yes, that Roy Moore—as a corrupt pay-for-play politician [Seriously? He lost his judgeship twice for standing up for CONSERVATIVE principles and opposing a corrupt federal judiciary.], just like themselves. They are trying to elect K Street hack and McConnell doorman Luther Strange [Appointed to the Senate by a now departed, scandal riddled Alabama Governor.].
For those of us who have bled for patriots in primaries over the past decade, this is nothing new. They hit our guys at their strongest points while promoting their own weak points as virtues. Bottom-feeders like McConnell have gotten wealthy spending their entire career in politics and recycling tens of millions of dollars in a circuitous pay-for-play campaign finance operation from the swamp cartel [His wife is also Secretary of Transportation.]. They then run ads painting themselves as conservatives. And they can’t imagine anyone running for office without their sinister agenda.
First, the ad portrays Moore as a money-sucking politician because he was the highest-paid judge in the country. Yes, he took his salary as a judge [As Mitch McConnell takes his salary as Majority Leader of the Senate.], which was set in accordance with Alabama law! And then this supposed greedy public parasite, Moore, threw away his job by making the ultimate principled sacrifice. He refused to violate the Constitution, state law, and God’s law on marriage, thereby leaving himself without a job [The first time he lost his judgeship was when he refused to take down a monument with the Ten Commandments on it which included “Thou shalt not murder.” The federal judges claimed incorrectly that such a monument was establishing a religion. Total, absurd nonsense.]. This is something McConnell and his cronies could never relate to in a million years [No doubt true.].
Next, the ad implies the judge and his wife took a million dollars from ‘a charity’ while he was a judge. Yes, they ran a legal defense fund, the Foundation for Moral Law, for those who actually uphold the constitutional values McConnell and his phony Republicans purport to champion in their election-cycle ads full of lies. And yes, they were paid salaries, averaging $67,000 per year, but the judge himself never took any salary while he was in office.
These ads against Moore follow last month’s round of duplicitous ads against Strange’s other conservative opponent, Representative Mo Brooks, R-Alabama [Conservative Review scorecard: Representative Mo Brooks R Alabama District 5 B 88% 6 years in Congress, next election 2018]. Earlier in the race, Strange ran positive ads on himself depicting fabricated newspaper headlines that portrayed an image that stands in stark contrast to his record.
Folks, this is why the GOP [Republican Party] is irremediably broken. Its members run as conservatives, get elected, and then do the exact opposite of conservatism [Not all. However, way too many. We need voters to do their homework and THEN VOTE ISSUES rather than Party in both the primaries and general elections.]. Conservatives think it’s easy to expose them and vote them out in the subsequent primary, but history has shown that they are willing to say anything to get elected … and they have the money to do so precisely because they act the opposite of the way they are portrayed on those ads. Then they paint our people as liberal, corrupt, or both.
One could agree or disagree with Moore’s bold stance on behalf of constitutional governance, but his character, motivations, and integrity are impeccable and stand for themselves. I’ve seen too many lives ruined by the cartel, people whom I’ve encouraged to run for office but who are left with nothing but besmirched reputations. The cartel is devoid of ideas, bankrupt of integrity, and bereft of fortitude [Why can’t the voter recognize this?]. And they fear God as little as the Democrats they claim to oppose [If they feared GOD, they would not do as they do. Some claim to be Christian. Unfortunately, they have sold their souls for fame, money, and power. Decisions have consequences. Actions have consequences. Inaction has consequences.] This is why so few honest people run for office. We can’t even have a fair fight and debate the proper role of government, free market health care, true immigration reform, the power of the federal judiciary, and our role in the world. It’s all sickening lies and personal smears. Remember what McConnell’s goons did to Chris McDaniel in Mississippi [I do indeed.]?

It’s time our people awaken from their slumber and stop being like battered wives who cry and lament over the acts of political adultery but then allow the same people to win just weeks later [ Why we need to run CONSERVATIVES in the primaries of BOTH major political Parties. If a Republican In Name Only Republican defeats a conservative Republican in the Republican primary, the Conservative Democrat elected in the Democrat primary can still defeat the RINO Republican in the general election. The reason why the Republican Party is as intellectually and ideologically bankrupt as the Democrat Party is because of the character [Or, lack of character.] of its most prominent members. Former Alabama Supreme Court Justice Roy Moore is still the frontrunner for the Senate seat vacated by Attorney General Jeff Sessions. But the runoff after the August 15 primary could be close [Polls are even less reliable in primaries than in the general election because of turnout. A new poll by RRH Elections found that Roy Moore leads the Republican field with 31 percent support. Biting at his heels is the McConnell-backed sitting Senator Luther Strange, with 29 percent [“This poll of 426 likely Republican voters contains a 5 percent margin of error.” Because of the 5% margin of error involved in this poll, this is not a significant difference. There are 11 days until the primary. If a single candidate fails to win more than 50 percent of the vote, a runoff election will be held between the top two candidates.
The poll found that Moore leads Strange 34-32, with 35 percent undecided, in a hypothetical runoff. A matchup between Moore and Brooks has Moore garnering 43 percent support to Brooks’ 20 percent, with 37 percent undecided.
A matchup between Strange and Brooks has Strange leading Brooks 42-22, with 36 percent undecided.
This poll of 426 likely Republican voters contains a 5 percent margin of error. While a runoff between Moore and Strange seems likely, the exact outcome of that likely race remains too close to call.”
We need to vote issues rather than Party. Vote issues in the primaries. Vote issues in the general election. I’ve been saying since the 2010 election that conservatives should run conservative candidates in every Republican Primary AND run conservative candidates in every Democrat primary. The Left has taken over the Democrat Party but there are still plenty of conservative Democrats who HAVE BEEN ABANDONED by the Left including Christians who have been life-long Democrats, all white heterosexual males, conservative women and Blacks, conservative small business owners, and conservative legal immigrants.
Who won the election for Donald Trump? Pro-lifers and conservative Democrats who fled from Hillary Rodham Clinton and her pro-murder, pro-homosexuality, pro-illegal alien, anti-small business polices. The election was not a pro-Donald Trump election. The election was an anti-Leftist election. The Left has lost the Presidency, the Senate, the House of Representatives, and over a thousand State and local government offices since the passage of Obamacare. It was not because the Republicans were so much more conservative. It was because they were not as radical as the Left. Why would they now want to adopt Leftist policies?
It is past time for conservatives to get actively involved in retaking control or taking control for the first time of the Republican Party. Texas is moving in that direction. The largest remaining obstacle is a RINO Speaker of the House who was elected by a combination of Democrats and some Republicans. Originally, many more Democrats than Republicans. Since the Left has all but destroyed the Democrat Party in many States including downstate Illinois, conservatives need to take over the Democrat Party as well. Run conservatives in both Republican and Democrat primaries. If the Democrat candidate is more conservative than the Republican candidate, vote the Democrat in. Vote issues rather than Party and make EVERY election a competitive election. In competition with the Left, conservatives will win.
