Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need one more Constitutional Justice and the one appointed has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. It is past time to attack the evil of murdering babies within the womb on every front with every legal weapon we can use until the murder of babies within the womb is abolished completely throughout the United States and its territories. California lawmakers are looking to repeal a law that makes it a felony to intentionally infect someone with HIV, claiming it is ‘very discriminatory [Against whom?].’
The Associated Press reports the move, spearheaded by San Francisco Democratic [Radical Leftist] Senator Scott Wiener, will make it a misdemeanor, rather than a felony, to ‘intentionally [Key word: Intentionally. If this law passes a person may INTENTIONALLY expose someone to life-threatening infections and only be charge for a minor crime.] expose someone to HIV.’
According to the bill, it is currently a felony, punishable by three, five or eight years in jail, to knowingly infect someone with HIV (emphasis added):
‘Existing law makes it a felony punishable by imprisonment for 3, 5, or 8 years in the state prison to expose another person to the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) by engaging in unprotected sexual activity [Would any homosexual ever do such a thing?] when the infected person knows at the time of the unprotected sex that he or she is infected with HIV, has not disclosed his or her HIV-positive status, and acts with the specific intent to infect the other person with HIV [In other words , when the accused WANTS to and INTENTS to infect the other person. This is a bill TO PROTECT the accused.].’
The bill would repeal those punishments and make it a misdemeanor to infect someone with HIV on purpose [A misdemeanor by definition is a minor crime which might not be punished by any prison time and, in most States, is limited to one or two years maximum prison time.].
The Associated Press notes that while intentionally infecting someone with HIV is a felony in California, infecting someone with a disease like hepatitis in only a misdemeanor [Is it based on being done intentionally too? Which is more dangerous to the victim normally? Why not make other dangerous intentional acts a felony also?].
Wiener justified his bill to reduce the penalty for intentionally infecting someone with HIV by saying, ‘These laws were passed at the height of the HIV/AIDS epidemic when there was enormous fear and ignorance and misinformation around HIV [Does he mean that HIV is not dangerous?].’
‘It's time for California to lead and to repeal these laws to send a clear signal that we are going to take a science-based [Science-based? He means, for example, that a baby within the womb is not a person until the baby is outside the womb? To have Leftists talk about science is moronic. They create their own “science” to suit their own agenda.] approach to HIV, not a fear-based [Define?] approach,’ he continued.
Wiener also called the current law surrounding HIV to be ‘very discriminatory [How so?].’
KPCC reports Wiener said, ‘Having HIV does not make you a criminal and we shouldn’t be singling out HIV among all infectious diseases for harsher treatment [Is he ignoring the “intentional” aspect of the law? It seems he is.] .’
‘It’s very discriminatory [Does he ever explain why it is discriminatory?],’ he claimed, adding, “We’re not in the 1980s anymore [Observant? Irrelevant. One can say that about any law passed in the 1980s. It is a meaningless statement. We are not in the 1960s either. We are not in the 1970s.]. We need to base our laws on HIV on science and good public health [How is this proposal based on science or good public health?—not on fear and stereotypes [Stereotypes? Stereotypes of what? Is this a bill to protect themselves just in case?].’
‘As a former prosecutor, I know firsthand the need to get outdated and unscientific [Explain why they are unscientific. On Friday, California Govvernor Jerry Brown signed a bill into a law that gets rid of felony punishments for knowingly and intentionally exposing people to HIV [See above.].
As MRCTV previously covered [Posted above], the bill—now a law—lowers the charge of intentionally exposing people to HIV ‘with the specific intent to infect the other person with HIV’ from a felony punishable by up to eight years in prison to a mere misdemeanor.
The Los Angeles Times reports the law also applies to HIV-positive people who donate blood without disclosing that they are infected [This was not covered in the above post. This is significant. The Obama Administration removed some of the restrictions on homosexuals giving blood. California now has decreased the punishment for knowingly giving tainted blood. Do you think there just might be an increase in tainted blood in California?].
San Francisco’s Senator Scott Wiener, who was the major force behind the bill, said, ‘Today California took a major step toward treating HIV as a public health issue [LIAR.], instead of treating people living with HIV as criminals [Does he not understand the meaning of the word “Intentionally?” No one who has HIV is consider a criminal until and unless they engage in a criminal activity. California can now start jailing people that refuse to use the preferred gender [sex] pronouns of nursing home residents [Just the foot in the door.
