Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need one more Constitutional Justice and the one appointed has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. Note the date: This was posted shortly before the Supreme Court’s obscene, unconstitutional decision sanctioning faux homosexual marriage by a 5-4 vote with all four Leftist judges voting for it plus Republican appointed judge Anthony Kennedy.
When I was nine years old, my father told me he wanted to become a woman. I know I speak for others who have undergone similarly tragic childhoods when I say that I pray the Supreme Court will seriously consider the six amicus briefs submitted by the children of LGBT [homosexual] parents [The court may or may not have considered them. I do not know. If it did, the consideration of it did not effect the outcome of the case as the author had hoped. The court once again rewrote the Constitution and miraculously found a “right“ within the Constitution that had never been known before in the two hundred plus years of the Constitution.].

What was your biggest concern when you were nine years old? Was it trying to memorize your multiplication tables? Was it that the school cafeteria might serve your least favorite vegetable at lunch? Perhaps it was something more serious; perhaps your parents were talking of getting divorced. My biggest concern at age nine was how to keep my daddy’s secret, the one he revealed to me as we sat alone on a hill near our home. In a sense, I lost my dad that day, when he told me he wanted to become a woman [What father would lay that kind of burden upon his 9-year-old daughter?].
As I tried to process that revelation, he blindsided me with another. He told me he never wanted to have children. To him, my siblings and I were mistakes, because we did not align with his desires [What father would lay that kind of burden upon his 9-year-old daughter?].
His confessions left me confused and hurt [I would think so.]. After all, I just wanted a dad who would love and cherish me, who would make me feel special as a daughter. I felt rejected and abandoned by my own father [Did he tell his other children the same?]. By the time I was eleven, my dad had begun to abuse me emotionally and sexually [From terrible to even worse than terrible. The transsexual revolution. Isn’t it wonderful?]. Even so, I continued to keep my dad’s secret locked away, deep down in my heart.
My dad created a home environment that made me feel as if I was walking on pins and needles [I would think so. What a terrible environment for any child.]. His resentment over my possession of what he so deeply desired for himself—a woman’s body—turned into anger and abuse. As his desires intensified, he began to borrow my clothing. Many times I discovered my underclothes and tops under bathroom towels, or in the attic—often in places I had not been. I learned to organize my clothes just so, in order to know if he had been in my dresser drawers. When I confirmed that he’d worn an article of my clothing, I simply could not bring myself to ever wear that item again.
As an adolescent, I had to be careful about how I dressed. I always had to ask myself how he would react to my outfit. Would it make him so envious that he’d ‘borrow’ it (without my consent, of course)? I began to hate my body. It was a constant reminder of what my father wanted to become. When I began to wear makeup, I had to block out the images I had of him applying makeup or eye shadow or lipstick. He was destroying my desire to become a woman.
I looked elsewhere for comfort. Attending school dances and overnights at friends’ homes gave me opportunities to seek some emotional escape through alcohol [Never a wise choice.]. Even on school days, a friend and I sometimes met in a school restroom to share bottles of Jack Daniel’s [Whiskey.]. I desperately tried to fit in, but the truth is I was hurting [No wonder.].
I was so hungry to have my father’s love and attention that I tried to fill that void in other ways. I had thirteen boyfriends in seventh grade alone. I also tried, futilely, to soothe my hurting heart with alcohol. By age fifteen, I was struggling with my own sexuality and gender [sex]. I began to seriously consider taking drugs [besides alcohol. When I was on an Arizona school board, a new board member, who was a hospital administrator, questioned why we included alcohol in the “drugs” section of our student disciplinary code and why the punishments for possession and/or use were the same. He wanted to lower the consequences for alcohol. However, by the next board meeting, he had changed his mind. He talked to doctors and other professionals at his hospital and discovered what we already knew. At that time, alcohol use was the major “drug” problem in our schools. That was in the early 1980s so it may have changed since then.], but God had another plan. He sent a new friend, named Mark, into my life. Mark always treated me with respect and a genuinely caring heart—the very things I so desperately wanted but missed from my dad [And should have received.].
Eager to escape my home environment in my teens, I spent more and more time with Mark, usually at his home, where I saw how a real father cares for his children [Ouch for her own dad’s selfishness.]. Mark’s father reminded me of my uncle. These were homes—Mark’s and my uncle’s—where children felt comfortable, loved in a wholesome way. The more I experienced in loving homes like Mark’s, the more certain I became that my desires for such a home life were right and possible. My home was not right. That grieved me, but I’d gained hope that a good family life was achievable.
As high school graduation approached, I had to start planning for my future. I considered entering the military; I’d be able to travel and escape my home life. But instead, I fell in love with Mark, and he asked me to marry him. I’d be part of a real family, and Mark and I would start our own real family—one in which our children would be comfortable just being kids [As all children should be.].
On my wedding day, dressed in the gown my mother sewed for me, and with the guests seated in the church sanctuary, my dad and I were alone at the end of the hall, waiting to walk down the aisle. He looked me in the eye and said, ‘I wish it were me in that dress [On her wedding day? How does one describe such an attitude and such a person? Immoral? Delusional? Both?].’
I kept my eyes on Mark as I walked down the aisle, knowing I was about to escape my father’s horrible influences. Through Mark, I witnessed the love of Christ, not only for me, but also for my dad. Mark was never hateful toward my dad in any way. Instead, he understood that my dad needed the healthy love and companionship of grounded, responsible men—men who knew and lived out what a husband and father should be. Sadly, my dad rejected those healthy relationships [Not a real surprise.]. But my relationship with my loving, responsible husband brought me healing [She was fortunate. A lot of children from such homes are not. Decisions by adults have consequences including negative consequences for their children. A positive home life is a leading indicator of successful children. Not always, of course. However, it is significant.].
Although Mark and I lived in our own home, we often returned to comfort my mother in her distress over the troubles my father created with his bizarre behaviors and periodic lavish spending sprees. Mom’s migraines and general weariness took a toll on her. She decided to retire from her job, leaving Dad as the sole breadwinner. I suspect that responsibility pushed Dad over the edge. Not too long after Mom’s retirement, he openly declared his intention to abandon her and pursue his new lifestyle. He then did so, leaving her nearly penniless and saddled with debt [Some husband.].
Thirteen years later, I was informed that my dad had cancer and his days were numbered. When I learned that he was trying to reach out to his family, I was upset with him. Who did he think he was, deserting us and then, as his death approached, looking to us for love and comfort? Even so, I grieved, knowing that my dream of my dad coming back into our family as a true husband, father, and grandfather was about to die.
I visited my dad often in the hospital during his last months. Seeing him in a lady’s nightgown and slippers was difficult [I would think so.], as was seeing all the teddy bears in his room. The nurses called Dad by feminine pronouns [Political correctness. It may well have been hospital policy.], or by his chosen name: ‘Becky.’ When they did, I corrected them. I said ‘him,’ ‘he,’ or ‘my dad.’ I looked at my dad with sorrow as I saw what his choices had done to him [Choices have consequences.]. As I exited following one visit, I made the mistake of looking back. Dad was removing his bra.
I was not surprised to learn after Dad’s passing that he’d been in a homosexual relationship [Male/male?]. I remembered, then, the way he had looked at my boyfriends. As a child, I’d done my best to ignore this. It was difficult enough to deal with the idea that he believed he was a woman.
All those years I’d hungered for a real dad, not for a second mom [Who needs a second mom or a second father? GOD designed the family for a man, a woman, and their children. What GOD designed, man would be wise NOT to monkey with. GOD knows best. HE is the CREATOR.]. But I did have a real mother, and she taught me about a mother’s love. She taught me not to give up on life. From her, I learned the importance of persevering under the direst situations life would present. Her strong faith in God got her through. I brought those teachings into my children’s lives. I was fortunate to observe healthy father-daughter relationships through my mom’s side of the family.
Today’s culture proclaims that a person who chooses to change gender [sex] is being honest and courageous [It is a dastardly lie.]—true to his or her nature. Truth? Truth is what aligns with reality, and the reality is my dad was abused as a child. He had emotional issues, anger issues, and obsessive behaviors. It’s no surprise that he chose to escape into a different identity. The truth is that aberrant behaviors hurt families [Absolutely, in the great majority of cases, if not all cases.]. And those hurts have ripple effects [Consequences. Ever action, every inaction has a consequence.]. The ‘reality’ TV shows that portray transgenderism [transsexualism] as the new frontier in human freedom and self-fulfillment are not telling the whole story [They are NOT the reality. They are part of the make-believe world of delusional, sinful people.]. I know from experience [The Left, of course, will discount her experience. Don’t ever bother them with the truth when the truth is contrary to their dogma.].
I know I speak for others who have undergone similarly tragic childhoods when I say that I pray the Supreme Court will seriously consider the six amicus briefs submitted by the children of LGBT parents. We are united in believing that the healthiest foundation for any child is with a father and a mother [Absolutely correct. That is the way that GOD designed it.]. Please, take the opportunity to learn from the impact on the real lives of children. We may be among the first, but we will not be the last to stand up and speak out [The court once again rewrote the Constitution and miraculously found a “right“ within the Constitution that had never been known before in the two hundred plus years of the Constitution.].

“The ‘Transgender [Transsexual]’ Lobby Is Weaponizing Children as Pawns in the Culture War

I’ll never forget the first time I heard of warlords such as Uganda’s Joseph Kony turning little boys into killer soldiers and little girls into sex slaves. My heart ached at the thought. It still does. It seemed like a horrible war movie—but it was real, with real children as casualties.
War is always horrible, but in some sad cases it is necessary. But children should be—to the greatest degree possible—shielded from violent conflicts. They should never be forced to kill or do violence. Innocent, impressionable children are malleable. They can be sculpted into persons of deep character, guided by transcendent principles. Or they can be turned into weapons, as Joseph Kony and many other evil men have done.
Apart from movies, we’re unlikely to find anyone in America turning young boys into bullet-firing, lethal fighters. But we don’t have to look too far to find adults using children as pawns—as weapons—in the culture war [Absolutely. Radical Leftists are doing it in our schools, in their homes, and sometimes in our homes through TV, movies, and books among other weapons used. Also, in other organizations as well such as the Boy Scouts and the Girl Scouts.].
Propaganda Tools
At first, the LGBTQ [homosexual] craze focused on adults, but advocates have increasingly sought not only to include and recruit kids in their movement, but now to use them as their frontline warriors. For example, 8-year-old Nemis Golden, born a boy, routinely performs on stage, before packed, cheering audiences as the mini drag queen Lactatia. According to an article in The Improper.com, ‘When he’s dressing in drag, Nemis says it makes he (sic) ‘feel very happy, like I am accepted [At 8-years-old, it is probable that his parent(s) is influencing this.].’’
As LifeSiteNews reported in June, ‘Thanks to ‘gay [homosexual]’ media, the cross-dressing boy [Nemis as ‘Lactatia’] … is becoming a social media star [Of course. Just the type of propaganda with which they flourish. If it was the case of an 8-year-old girl as a “beauty queen,” the very same people would be screaming child abuse.].’ In one drag show in Montreal in May, adult drag queen ‘Bianca Del Rio’ appeared with Nemis on stage and told the boy—wearing red eye-liner, lipstick, painted nails, a curly, blond wig and dressed in a black woman’s gown with sequins—that he is ‘(expletive) adorable.’ The adult crowd roared with approval [Of course. Who were in the crowd? The same type of people.].
Nemis’ mother not only encourages his performances, she even helps him dress and apply his wig and makeup [It may well have been her idea in the first place. It is not the first time a parent has used his/her own child to advance the parent’s desires.]. And, of course, the crowds not only cheer at his performances, they also laud him as a brave, young role model [Role model for perversion?].
But it isn’t just practitioners of the LGBTQ [homosexual] lifestyle who portray as heroes little ones who claim to be transgender [transsexual]. We see in ever-increasing number of stories like the following:

Looking Beyond Act One
Those stories generally paint an idealistic view of happy, well-adjusted transgender [transsexual] children [The stories are lies.]. But those pictures are typically snapshots, not full-length movies. ‘Yes, I’m happy,’ the little one (such as Nemis) answers as he or she is aided in and rewarded [by enablers] for indulging in transgender [transsexual] fantasies [Exactly what they are. Fantasies void of reality.]. Those rosy answers are pretty common in act one of the movie, but in my ministry to struggling transgenders [transsexuals], I usually see them in act two, when they’re no longer so happy—when they are often at their wit’s end. The fantasy that appeared so appealing early on has trapped them in a very real cycle of emotional despondency and poor physical health [Choices have consequences. When the choices are based upon a delusion, the consequences are often tragic.].
One study found the following: ‘This study found substantially higher rates of overall mortality, death from cardiovascular disease and suicide, suicide attempts, and psychiatric hospitalisations in sex-reassigned [mutilation surgeries] transsexual individuals compared to a healthy control population. This highlights that post-surgical transsexuals are a risk group that need long-term psychiatric and somatic follow-up. Even though surgery and hormonal therapy alleviates gender [sex] dysphoria, it is apparently not sufficient to remedy the high rates of morbidity and mortality found among transsexual persons. Improved care for the transsexual group after the sex reassignment should therefore be considered [The surgeries should not occur in the first place. Surgeries can NOT possibly change a person’s sex. Neither can hormones. A person’s sex is immutable. The surgeries do no more than mutilate the body of the individual.].’
Another study, cited in The Lancet [A general medical journal.], said, ‘Cancer care for transgender [transsexual] people is a growing concern and health-care services that are both respectful of this population’s differences, and also relevant to and inclusive of them are needed.’ That study did not come to a firm conclusion, but when it comes to an issue as serious as cancer isn’t it best to err on the side of caution [Not when one demands political correctness. Collateral damage is not a concern to the Left.]?
More studies pointing to real and potential health and psychological risks related to transgenderism [transsexualism] and sex-reassignment [mutilation] surgeries are abundantly available. But for now, it’s important to remind ourselves and our culture that children are not adults. Duh, right? [Exactly.] Well, when adults allow—and worse yet, encourage—children to embrace and indulge fantasies that can dramatically alter the remainder of their lives, that’s giving children more responsibility than they are capable of exercising appropriately [Yes it is and it is child abuse. Children can not take an aspirin at school without it being dispensed by a nurse. Yet, they can decide on their own to murder their own baby by court decision and get mutilation surgery? Mutilation surgery, which is always unnecessary because it can not and will not change one’s sex, should NEVER occur before the individual is an adult and personally responsible for the decision. Governments and insurance companies should never pay for the surgery either. Others should not be forced indirectly to pay for unnecessary and unsuccessful surgeries. Mutilation surgeries are always unsuccessful because they do not change the sex of the person.].
Children Tend to Act Before They Think
Still another study found that ‘… children tend to make riskier choices than adults [There had to be a study to determine this?], and they do so because it’s enjoyable [or exciting, or challenging, or just plain stupid.]. When faced with different hypothetical choices in the study, adults tended to pick the safe choice, while children often picked the riskier one. The kids knew they were making the risky choice, Bunge said.’
And that’s just one of many studies confirming that children are not ready to make life-altering decisions. Sure, they may be consulted, but they must not be allowed—and certainly not encouraged—to make crucial decisions unaided by responsible parents or guardians [Mutilation surgery, which is always unnecessary because it can not and will not change one’s sex, should NEVER occur before the individual is an adult and personally responsible for the decision.].
When I was just 9 years old, my father told me of his desire to become a woman. I had to choose whether to keep his secret, as he asked of me, or to tell my mother, as I wanted to do. At that age, I was not ready to deal with such a request. Having that knowledge—and keeping it confidential for years—harmed me deeply, and required years of prayer and counseling to overcome.
Even so, adults, like my father, are often willing to use children to further their agendas [I think much more often than we even know.]—their fantasies. It isn’t enough that they play out their fantasies, they also want others to approve of those fantasies, and even to join them (see the New Testament Book of Romans 1:32). So they’re willing to use children as pawns—as weapons—to get their way. And this is not Joseph Kony’s empire in Uganda, nor is it a movie; it’s a very real culture war, right here in America [It is time to bring this nonsense to an end. Coddling and catering to delusional people, whether they are children or adults acting like children, solves nothing.].

The best, most constitutional way to accomplish abolishing abortion is to do the following:
1) Congress by law affirms that human life begins at conception/fertilization.

2) Congress by law affirms that human life is protected by both Amendments Five and Fourteen from the beginning of life at conception to the end of life through natural causes.
3) Congress by law affirms that the taking of a human life within the womb is a criminal offense and establishes the legal parameters for prosecuting and punishing all such criminal offenses. Congress by law affirms that any local official and/or State official who tries to hinder and/or does not apply these laws properly has committed a criminal offense. Congress by law establishes the legal parameters for prosecuting and punishing all such criminal offenses.
4) Congress by law affirms that any and all previous court case rulings in contradiction to these specific laws passed by Congress are null and void.
5) Congress by law removes the courts from any ability to alter and/or invalidate any provisions of these specific laws passed by Congress.
