Transgenders/Transsexuals, Universities, Diversity, Inclusiveness, Freedom of Speech, Freedom of the Press, and Leftist Dogma
Men fight for the good so they don’t have to fight against the evil.
Or as GOD says:
Proverbs 14: 34 (NIV)
“Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin condemns any people.”
Mathew 15: 17-20 (NIV)
[Jesus asked them.] ‘Don’t you see that whatever enters the mouth goes into the stomach and then out of the body? But the things that come out of a person’s mouth come from the heart, and these defile them. For out of the heart come evil thoughts—murder [abortion], adultery, sexual immorality [homosexual behavior], theft, false testimony, slander. These are what defile a person; but eating with unwashed hands does not defile them.”

Everyone of these Republicans In Name Only should be primaried and defeated by an actual constitutional conservative who has not capitulated to the radical homosexual lobby in this nation. These 24 RINOs by voting to affirm the delusional fantasies of transsexuals are helping to destroy the military and are, in my opinion, putting both delusional transsexuals and all other military personnel in danger on the battle field during combat.

This tax grab also raises the corporate income tax rate by 33 percent. As anticipated, the House voted to override the veto this afternoon by a vote of 71-42 [71 being the minimum number of votes to override.]—with 61 Democrats and 10 Republicans voting in favor of increasing our taxes [By raising the tax rate by 32%. Eight months after the 44th year of the illegal, unconstitutional Roe vs. Wade decision, approximately 665,753 babies within the womb have been murdered because of federal government sanctioned evil based upon one million murders of babies within the womb per year. And the murders continue day after day. What has Congress done to stop the unconstitutional murder of our own children? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Congress can not even defund Planned Murderhood.

Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need one more Constitutional Justice and the one appointed has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. It is past time to attack the evil of murdering babies within the womb on every front with every legal weapon we can use until the murder of babies within the womb is abolished completely throughout the United States and its territories. Murder of babies within the womb is a horrendous evil that needs to and must be terminated.

The UN is a completely failed organization. It needs to be defunded.
¨ For its attacks on the sovereign State of Israel,
¨ For its promotion of and support for murdering babies within the womb and the radical homosexual agenda.
¨ For supporting and promoting the scientific nonsense of man-made global warming,
¨ And for its call for one world government in direct violation of the sovereignty of the United States of America.
¨ Then, the US needs to get out of the UN and get the UN out of the US.
I have been asking these questions for a good while. The correct answers are given below.
A brief quiz on the Constitution:
1) What Article, Section, Paragraph within the United States Constitution gives the federal courts the power to interpret the Constitution of the United States?
There is no provision within the Constitution that gives the federal courts the power to interpret the Constitution of the United States.
2) What are the constitutional qualifications for individuals appointed to the federal courts?
Appointed by the President and approved by the Senate by a simple majority vote. There are no other specific qualifications. They do not have to be lawyers. Technically, there is not even a citizenship requirement.
3) What is the constitutional term of office for individuals appointed to the federal courts?
Good behavior. As stated in this post: https://votevance2016.blogspot.com/2017/09/constitution-day-federal-courts.html there is no “life time” appointment. The correct answer is good behavior.

Isaiah 1: 1-31 (NIV)
The vision concerning Judah and Jerusalem [Applicable to the United States today, in my opinion. GOD is the same yesterday, today, and tomorrow. HE is righteous, just, and true yesterday, today, and tomorrow!] that Isaiah son of Amoz saw during the reigns of Uzziah, Jotham, Ahaz and Hezekiah, kings of Judah.
Hear me, you heavens! Listen, earth! For the Lord has spoken: ‘I reared children and brought them up, but they have rebelled against me [The United States has and is rebelling against GOD!]. The ox knows its master, the donkey its owner’s manger, but Israel [the United States] does not know, my people [the United States] do not understand.’
Woe to the sinful nation [the United States], a people whose guilt is great, a brood of evildoers, children given to corruption! They have forsaken the Lord [the United States]; they have spurned the Holy One of Israel [the United States] and turned their backs on him [the United States] .
Why should you be beaten anymore? Why do you persist in rebellion? Your whole head is injured, your whole heart afflicted. From the sole of your foot to the top of your head there is no soundness—only wounds and welts and open sores, not cleansed or bandaged or soothed with olive oil.
Your country is desolate, your cities burned with fire; your fields are being stripped by foreigners right before you, laid waste as when overthrown by strangers. Daughter Zion is left like a shelter in a vineyard, like a hut in a cucumber field, like a city under siege. Unless the Lord Almighty had left us some survivors, we would have become like Sodom [destroyed by GOD because of homosexual sin!], we would have been like Gomorrah [destroyed by GOD because of homosexual sin!].
[Read Genesis 18 and 19 for the Biblical account. Genesis 19: 23-29 (NIV)]
“By the time Lot reached Zoar, the sun had risen over the land. Then the Lord rained down burning sulfur on Sodom and Gomorrah—from the Lord out of the heavens. Thus he [GOD] overthrew those cities and the entire plain, destroying all those living in the cities [A righteous act by a righteous GOD WHO destroyed evil people who refused to repent from their evil. And yes, I believe the account and so did JESUS the SON of GOD. HE referenced Sodom and/or Gomorrah several times. Matthew 10: 15 (NIV) “Truly I tell you, it will be more bearable for Sodom and Gomorrah on the day of judgment than for that town.”]—and also the vegetation in the land. But Lot’s wife looked back, and she became a pillar of salt.
Early the next morning Abraham got up and returned to the place where he had stood before the Lord. He looked down toward Sodom and Gomorrah, toward all the land of the plain, and he saw dense smoke rising from the land, like smoke from a furnace.
So when God destroyed the cities of the plain, he remembered Abraham, and he [GOD] brought Lot out of the catastrophe that overthrew the cities where Lot had lived.”
This is also why homosexual radicals attack Christians who speak out against homosexual behavior. Christians who know the Bible know that homosexual behavior is sin punishable by spiritual death. There is NO “right” to homosexual behavior and people are NOT born homosexual. Homosexual behavior is learned behavior. Therefore, people do not have to be involved in the behavior and people can repent and STOP being involved in the behavior!]
Hear the word of the Lord, you rulers of Sodom [the United States]; listen to the instruction of our God, you people of Gomorrah [the United States]! ‘The multitude of your sacrifices—what are they to me?’ says the Lord. ‘I have more than enough of burnt offerings, of rams and the fat of fattened animals; I have no pleasure in the blood of bulls and lambs and goats. When you come to appear before me, who has asked this of you, this trampling of my courts? Stop bringing meaningless offerings! Your incense is detestable to me. New Moons, Sabbaths and convocations—I cannot bear your worthless assemblies. Your New Moon feasts and your appointed festivals I hate with all my being. They have become a burden to me; I am weary of bearing them. When you spread out your hands in prayer, I hide my eyes from you [the present or the future for the United States?]; even when you offer many prayers, I am not listening [the present or the future for the United States?].
Your hands are full of blood [the present for the United States as we as a nation MURDER over a million babies a year through government sanctioned abortions!]!
Wash and make yourselves clean [Will we?]. Take your evil deeds out of my sight [Will we?]; stop doing wrong [Will we?]. Learn to do right [Will we?]; seek justice [Will we?]. Defend the oppressed [Will we? Who are more oppressed than murdered babies?]. Take up the cause of the fatherless [Will we? GOD’S family structure not man’s]; plead the case of the widow [Will we? GOD’S family structure not man’s].’
‘Come now, let us settle the matter,’ says the Lord. ‘Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red as crimson, they shall be like wool. If you are willing and obedient [Stop rebelling], you will eat the good things of the land; but if you resist and rebel, you will be devoured by the sword.’ For the mouth of the Lord has spoken.
See how the faithful city has become a prostitute! She once was full of justice; righteousness used to dwell in her—but now murderers! Your silver has become dross, your choice wine is diluted with water. Your rulers are rebels, partners with thieves; they all love bribes and chase after gifts. They do not defend the cause of the fatherless; the widow’s case does not come before them.
Therefore the Lord, the Lord Almighty, the Mighty One of Israel, declares: ‘Ah! I will vent my wrath on my foes and avenge myself on my enemies. I will turn my hand against you; I will thoroughly purge away your dross and remove all your impurities. I will restore your leaders as in days of old, your rulers as at the beginning. Afterward you will be called the City of Righteousness, the Faithful City.’
Zion will be delivered with justice, her penitent ones with righteousness. But rebels and sinners will both be broken, and those who forsake the Lord will perish. ‘You will be ashamed because of the sacred oaks in which you have delighted; you will be disgraced because of the gardens that you have chosen. You will be like an oak with fading leaves, like a garden without water. The mighty man will become tinder and his work a spark; both will burn together, with no one to quench the fire.’”

Deuteronomy 22: 5 [NIV]
“A woman must not wear men’s clothing, nor a man wear women’s clothing, for the Lord your God detests anyone who does this.”
Let us be clear. There is no such person as a “transsexual” (or “transgender”). It is a made-up term to identify a delusional person. I use it only because it is used by the radical Leftists who are trying to impose their radical agenda upon us.
“trans
prefix
1) across, on the other side of, beyond [No individual is “across, on the other side of, beyond” their original biological sex.]
2) through [No individual is “through” their original biological sex.]
3) indicating change, transfer, or conversion [No individual is “changed from, transferred from, converted from” their original biological sex.]
(< Latin trans ‘across, over, through’)
Encarta ® World English Dictionary © & (P) 1998-2005 Microsoft Corporation. All rights reserved.”
Being a “transsexual” is scientifically and biologically impossible. No one can change the chromosomes of any person. Chromosomes determine the sex of each individual. The human mind certainly can no more change the sex of an individual than the human mind can make a person into a great athlete by thinking he is a great athlete. It is delusional, fantasy, made-up nonsense. I will not play their delusional games and neither should anyone else.

“This College Professor Is Under Siege for Challenging Transgender [Transsexual] Orthodoxy
Jarrett Stepman | October 13, 2017
A Boise State University professor recently learned what happens when you challenge left-wing social narratives on college campuses.
Scott Yenor, a tenured [Which means he can not be dismissed without cause.] professor, has been under siege on campus after publishing articles with The Heritage Foundation and The Daily Signal about feminism and the transgender [transsexual] movement.
In those articles, Yenor explained the similarity in philosophy between the early feminists and modern transgender [transsexual] movement and how they aim at undermining traditional family values [Which is part of the agenda of the Left to advance to its “utopian” paradise on earth. They know they must destroy the Christian church, morality, and the nuclear family in order to establish such a tyrannical paradise.].
He wrote in a Daily Signal article on August 2 [of 2017]:
‘Transgender [transsexual] rights activists are seeking to abridge parental rights by elevating the independent choices of young children [What I said in my post on October 17, 2017. Having young children decide for themselves whether to have mutilation surgery or if they are or are not transsexual is absurd. As I wrote, “Mutilation surgery, which is always unnecessary because it can not and will not change one’s sex, should NEVER occur before the individual is an adult and personally responsible for the decision.” https://votevance2016.blogspot.com/2017/10/transgenderstranssexuals-homosexuals_17.html .]. Respecting the sexual and gender [sex] ‘choices’ of ever-younger children erodes parental rights and compromises the integrity of the family as an independent unit.’
In response, students, activists, and even staff members at Boise State are now waging a relentless campaign to get Yenor fired or shut down.
A petition to have Yenor fired—which has now gained thousands of signatures—has been passed around on campus. Activists have posted flyers attacking him, and some have called for other faculty to come out and officially condemn him.
Despite these calls, Boise State has said it will not fire Yenor, according to The College Fix [Nor should he be fired. This is why tenure is important.].
That doesn’t mean it’s easy sailing for Yenor, who continues to be lambasted and isolated.
In an interview with The Daily Signal, Yenor explained how the crusade against his work and others that challenge left-wing orthodoxy on campus is undercutting free speech at our colleges and universities [No kidding. There is only free speech for those who agree with the Left. Just ask conservatives who try to speak on many college campuses. There have even been riots over having a conservative speak on campus. Speeches have been canceled to appease the Leftist agitators on campus. College campuses: A place of learning. No more on many campuses. A place for Leftist indoctrination is much more correct. When I lived in Tucson in the 1980’s and 90’s, a small group of Leftist college professors, the ringleaders, and Leftist students prevented then Chief Justice of the Supreme Court William Rehnquist from speaking at the law college. It is MUCH worse today on most campuses than it was then.].
The result of the reaction to his work, Yenor said, is that ‘there has been a very chilling effect on not only my speech, but those who would speak in defense of me both on the substance, and on the principle of academic freedom [What academic freedom? No more for anyone who disagrees with the Left. Name-calling, intimidate, threats, bullying, riots are all part of the propaganda tools used by the Left to get what they want. Whatever works is used.].’
The blowback came in earnest, according to Yenor, when the School of Public Service posted his article on its Facebook page. The dean received immediate negative reactions and anger from students and LGBT [homosexual] activists.
The dean, Corey Cook, then posted a statement on Facebook saying that while Yenor had a right to publish, his work violated the university’s aspirations of diversity [One of the Left’s code words meaning diversity as long as it fits the Left’s model of diversity. The Left’s model of diversity EXCLUDES anyone who disagrees with them. That is how diverse they really are. Therefore, the professor is violating diversity because the Left does not agree with what he says about transsexuals and the transsexual movement. So much for real diversity. The dean ought to look up the true meaning of diversity. Fact is, there is NOTHING magical about diversity per se.] and civility [The university’s definition of civility? Never say or write anything that might upset someone. Which in reality means never write or say anything that might be a bit controversial to anyone on the Left. It is alright to say or write things in which conservatives might not agree.].
Boise State School of Public Service
August 12 ·
On Tuesday, August 8th, the School of Public Service posted to its Facebook account a link to an article written by Professor Scott Yenor in The Daily Signal. The decision to post the article was not an attempt to endorse Professor Yenor’s opinions or arguments, but rather the result of a decision rule that our Facebook administrator highlight the published work of faculty across the School. ‘Content neutrality’ is a fine guideline in principle, but it masks the broader dilemma facing higher education today. We encourage our faculty to engage in important public discussions and to help inform those debates with their disciplinary knowledge because we think that public higher education promotes core democratic values. Additionally, and as importantly, we strive to be an inclusive campus in which students, staff, and faculty are welcomed, respected, and valued. As we prepare students to be effective participants in a diverse democracy, we recognize that intolerance undermines core democratic values and indeed does violence to our community. The vast majority of the time, these two values are mutually reinforcing. But in this case it is clear that they are in conflict.
I deeply appreciate the phone calls and emails I have received and the comments posted to the School’s Facebook account. It saddens me that our alumni, students and others are disappointed in the University and have been made to feel demeaned and further marginalized. I sincerely apologize that by drawing attention to Professor Yenor’s piece we have given the impression that we are in agreement with his perspective and worse that we do not value or respect the diversity of our students, faculty, and staff. To be clear, the School of Public Service does not endorse the opinions expressed in Professor Yenor’s piece in The Daily Signal or the scholarly writing upon which that piece is based.
Our core values as a School include the statement that ‘collegiality, caring, tolerance, civility and respect of faculty, staff, students and our external partners are ways of embracing diverse backgrounds, traditions, ideas and experiences.’ As has been pointed out by several people in their communications with me, the particular language employed in the piece is inconsistent with that value.
But at the same time, I am not willing to condemn Professor Yenor’s scholarship and writings or worse, agree with those posters who question why university faculty should be engaging in public debates at all. In talking with faculty and staff from diverse political perspectives across the country I worry deeply about the contemporary political environment and the chilling effect it is having on discourse at public universities.
Middlebury’s reaction to Charles Murray’s visit in March is one example. Murray was invited to campus by Political Scientist Allison Stanger who wrote in the New York Times that her ‘willingness as a liberal to grill Charles Murray face-to-face was deemed entirely unacceptable’ by the campus community which ultimately shouted down the event. And I am acutely concerned for those faculty around the country, and in particular for those at Boise State, who have been targeted by alt-right organizations and activists for their resistance to the policies of the current administration in Washington and in many cases silenced by their own administrations. As the New York Times put in a recent OpEd, college campus should not be in the business of providing a smooth passage across an ocean of ideas. Instead, the truth emerges from a ‘contest of perspectives and an assault on presumptions.’
The School of Public Service was created in part to promote meaningful community engagement and civil discourse and to serve as an objective and unbiased resource for citizens and decision-makers. The vast majority of our faculty are empirical social sciences whose work is relevant to contemporary policy debates. Their research and expertise have been utilized by a variety of public and private sector organizations and entities who rely on their intellectual and methodological rigor and commitment to objectivity. And several of our colleagues are public scholars who draw upon their academic training to engage in what is sometimes called scholarly activism. In my view, it would be a mistake to encourage these colleagues to retreat from the public arena and I am loathe to do so in an environment in which the value of public education has been questioned and public reason has been derided.
As Sociologist and public intellectual Todd Gitlin wrote in The Chronicle of Higher Education this spring, ‘Dishonesty, non sequiturs, and distortions of fact (the president prefers the term ‘truthful hyperbole’) are the disorders of the day…. This virulent state of affairs calls for a revival of democratic life, but also a course correction on the part of higher education. The university cannot content itself with the sort of cultivation that takes in walled gardens It must also engage with the miserable state of public reason.’
We need to encourage our faculty to voice their ideas and opinions whether popular or not. And we need to encourage a robust discussion around those ideas that embrace the value of public reason. To that end, we continue to encourage a full and critical discussion of Professor Yenor’s writing. While I regret the manner in which we created the forum for that discussion, I hope that members of our campus community will find this to be a respectful setting for their free expressions. And I hope that over time we will regain the trust of our alumni and students.
The staff and faculty of the School are meeting this week and we will begin reevaluating our approach to social media. I do welcome the perspective of others in how we can balance these two values when they do come into conflict.

This didn’t stop the waves of attacks that would soon come upon Yenor [Of course not. It is now an official Leftist political lynching.].
The campaign against him became a ‘cause célèbre’ for the new student diversity and inclusion [Another Leftist code word similar to diversity and often used together and interchangeably. Why in the world would any university have an individual responsible for “diversity and inclusion?” The Left is destroying education in this nation from preschool through advanced education.] hire, Francisco Salinas, according to Yenor.
In August, Salinas wrote an article condemning Yenor and tying his work to the recent events in Charlottesville and to Nazism [What? How? Name-calling. Except the Left seems NOT to know that Nazism is a Leftist movement. Nazi stands for the “National Socialist German Workers’ Party.” Some do say that “Ignorance is bliss.”].
And at an August 29 faculty senate meeting, Boise State professor Lynn Lubamersky said that while she believes in free expression, she thinks that because of the opinions expressed in The Daily Signal article, Yenor ‘violated clear policies that govern our institution, our statement of shared values [Shared by whom? According to whom?”], and the State Board of Education policy regarding academic freedom and most important, our concern for our students [Certainly do not want students to learn the truth. Notice, she does not dispute what he wrote. She attacks the messenger; not the message.].”
“The majority of our university is made up of women and transgendered [transsexual] people [How many transsexual people do you have on campus? A majority of your students are female, if following the current trend, without counting one transsexual. Are a majority of your female students “feminists?” I doubt it. Telling the truth about “feminists” is NOT attacking females. It is the Left who is waging a war against women and one of the ways they are waging that war is trying to impose transsexual dogma upon society. The dogma that delusional males claiming to be females must be allowed to use facilities utilized exclusively by females.],’ Lubamersky continued. ‘[Yenor’s] public statements published with the byline: Boise State University (BSU) professor of political science, a real violation of the rights of women and transgendered students [How so? Prove your statement. I do not believe it is true and I think a majority of the people in this country would not believe it to be true. What “rights” were violated? How is publishing an article a violation of anyone’s “rights?” Do you even know what a “right” is? Does the professor have the right of freedom of speech? Are you really a college professor? Seriously?].’
Lubamersky said:
‘When someone expresses bigoted, homophobic, and misogynistic views [Name-calling. Who says the views are as she claims? Why she does. Therefore, they most be.] as a representative of a university [Therefore, no one may publish anything unless the Left agrees with what is published. Is that correct? I believe that is known as censorship. It is also a violation of freedom of speech and freedom of the press when it is printed as his article was. Seriously, these comments are from an university professor? Is she the supreme censor for the university? She is casting more negativity on the university than he could possibly do.], I think that we do have the right and responsibility to at least make a statement that we do not share these values [In other words, she supports males being in the facilities of females at the same time. That is her values. She is waging her war on women and it seems so is the university. Do you think the university allows male faculty members within the restrooms of female faculty members at the same time?] and they are not represented of our university.’
Since Yenor published the Daily Signal article in August, he received a constant stream of criticism and calls for his work to be shut down [The Left doing what it does.].
‘The position seems to be that anyone who would do research in areas that don’t affirm the contemporary views, should be shut down [So it seems. This is academic freedom? This is the proper learning environment?],’ Yenor said.
Boise State student Ryan Orlando called for his school to ‘part ways [Polite way to say fire?’] with Yenor in an article he penned for The Odyssey.
‘There are a multitude of morally reprehensible notions in Yenor’s writing [He has NO concept of morality.] which constitute a dangerous ideology that warrants separation from the university [Students now determine who is fired?],’ Orlando wrote.
‘In our [The Left.] belief, this is hate [There is no such thing as hate speech. Who determines the hate? More name-calling. One of the favorite propaganda tools of the Left. However, if there were such a thing, it is protected by the First Amendment freedom of Speech and freedom of press clauses. The clause does not protect accepted speech. It protect reprehensible speech. Accepted speech does not need protection. Reprehensible speech does.] speech, and it’s alienating a lot of folks in this Boise State community [If true, so what? Does he really believe he is going to go through life without being alienated by someone?],’ said Joe Goode, a member of the Boise State Young Democrats [Young Leftists.], according to KTVB.
“We want to show that our university stands for more than hate [What hate? Wait. You want to exclude hate in your inclusiveness. Then, you are not inclusive are you? We are inclusive except for those things that we exclude. What idiotic nonsense. These people are in college at an educational institution? They talk like junior high school students.], we are a community of equality and inclusivity [Except, of course, for the professor and anyone else who agrees with him. Do these people even realize that every time they exclude someone in their concept of equality and inclusiveness that they are demonstrating that they believe in neither?].”
While he has received withering personal attacks over his research, Yenor said that few have engaged with the ideas or have seriously attempted to refute his arguments [Of course not. It is much easier to attack the messenger than the message. It is also a propaganda tool to attack the messenger. Especially when the message is correct. Seldom, if ever, does the Left directly attack the message with proof that it is incorrect.].
Yenor said the personal attacks don’t bother him, but he worries about the long-term impact on people worried that their views will not be argued with, but simply attacked on campus [That is the purpose of the attacks. To end discussion and debate because, when they debate the issues, the Left continually loses.].
‘That’s been one of the most disappointing things,’ Yenor said. ‘Everyone in academia could live with having a debate about ideas, but a debate has to start with an understanding what the other person is arguing.’
‘It strikes me that there has really been, first of all, no effort to first understand what I’m arguing, and second of all, to get anywhere beyond name-calling and labeling [Exactly. Done by design.],’ Yenor said.
Yenor said only a handful of students have come out to publicly defend him or even make the simple argument that he should be allowed to speak on his views without getting fired, though he has received a lot of private support [Because if they speak publicly, they too will be attacked and they too will be threatened with being removed from the university.].
Yenor said he’s made new friendships, especially among those who privately share his views or actually want to understand what he has to say.
Nevertheless, he said he now feels like an ‘alien’ on campus [Which is the intent. Isolate and destroy. Common tactic of the Left.].
‘There’s a kind of feeling that there’s a mob [Because there is.],’ Yenor said. ‘And you don’t run across a mob.’
What’s been worst about all the flak he’s received on campus, according to Yenor, is this larger impact on speech [It is part of the tolerance for me but not for thee mentality. Freedom of speech for me but not for thee.].
While Yenor said he will not back down about writing about gender [sex] and other areas that he studies, he is worried about what the attacks mean for free speech and others who are afraid to have their careers derailed [Why the Left does it. Intimidation, capitulation equals control.].
‘The problem with what is happening is that the idea that I’m in violation of the campus civility policies is intended to have a chilling effect on my speech and the speech of anyone who would agree with me [Of course.],’ Yenor said. ‘That is the bottom line with how I’m being injured.’
This, according to Yenor, will damage institutions of higher learning [It should. It is NOT higher learning when the Left controls what is acceptable and what is not acceptable. Way too often, the leadership of the universities capitulates to the small, vocal, intimidating Leftist MINORITY.] .
“What is primarily at stake in my case, I think, is the development of a culture of victimization on campus or a social justice framework for understanding education,’ Yenor said in a follow-up email.
The article has been corrected to reflect that the quotes from the August 29 faculty meeting were from Professor Lynn Lubamersky.”
Now it is time to donate for the general election victory over the Leftist candidate. I have been receiving e-mails from him daily and he is a typical Leftist candidate. He needs to be crushed as well.

“QUOTE OF THE WEEK // Hans Fiene on anti-Christian Twitter mobs: ‘Twitter: We hate Joel Osteen for not following the Bible. Also Twitter: We hate the Nashville Statement for following the Bible.’”
Supposedly, Joel Osteen said his church would not be available during the current Houston flooding challenge. The Nashville Statement confirms the long standing Christian acknowledgment that homosexual behavior is sinful behavior.
The Left hates anyone and anything that disagrees with them and their agenda.

George Neumayr | August 18, 2017”
“One wonders what entitles this generation to speak so confidently about past evils given its inability to recognize present ones. Modern America is awash in the blood of millions of aborted [murdered] children—a monstrous evil we’re told is as central to the modern lifestyle as slavery was to the ancient one [Make no mistake about it. Murdering one’s own children is far more evil than slavery. And yes, slavery is evil.]”
The best, most constitutional way to accomplish abolishing abortion is to do the following:
1) Congress by law affirms that human life begins at conception/fertilization.
http://nationalprolifealliance.com/rlacaa_petition.aspx?npla=EH17&pid=0820c
2) Congress by law affirms that human life is protected by both Amendments Five and Fourteen from the beginning of life at conception to the end of life through natural causes.
3) Congress by law affirms that the taking of a human life within the womb is a criminal offense and establishes the legal parameters for prosecuting and punishing all such criminal offenses. Congress by law affirms that any local official and/or State official who tries to hinder and/or does not apply these laws properly has committed a criminal offense. Congress by law establishes the legal parameters for prosecuting and punishing all such criminal offenses.
4) Congress by law affirms that any and all previous court case rulings in contradiction to these specific laws passed by Congress are null and void.
5) Congress by law removes the courts from any ability to alter and/or invalidate any provisions of these specific laws passed by Congress.
Rules of Life:
1) Actions have consequences and may have a lasting impact on the rest of your life.
2) There is no reset, undo, or edit button in life.
3) You are the ONLY person responsible for your actions.
4) You are free to choose whatever action you want to take, but you are NOT free from the consequences of that action.
5) Doing nothing is an action.
Or, as GOD said in James 4: 17 (NIV)
“If anyone, then, knows the good they ought to do and doesn’t do it, it is sin for them.”
Matthew 12: 35-37 (NIV)
“‘A good man brings good things out of the good stored up in him, and an evil man brings evil things out of the evil stored up in him. But I tell you that everyone will have to give account on the day of judgment for every empty word they have spoken. For by your words you will be acquitted, and by your words you will be condemned [We are all held accountable by GOD.].’”
