Let me be clear. Every abortion is government sanctioned murder. Abortion/murder must be ended. However until it is, I support this petition to protect women who wrongly seek to murder their own child. As the saying goes, two wrongs don’t make a right. Murdering your own child, in the womb or outside the womb, is wrong. Having unsafe conditions in the murder factory is wrong. The petition:

“A call on Congress to act to ensure abortion facilities meet the standards of ambulatory surgical centers

To the White House and leaders of Congress:

As human rights activists and former abortion industry workers, we know the deplorable conditions of unregulated abortion facilities.

We the undersigned ask the White House to call on Congress to act to ensure that abortion facilities meet the standards of Ambulatory Surgical Centers. This is common sense and pro-woman.

Action is needed because:

Making all surgery as safe as possible for women is common sense and pro-woman.

Every woman undergoing a highly invasive surgery should be assured by law that it is being performed safely, and that the doctor has admitting privileges at a local hospital in case something goes wrong.

Abortion facilities should not be allowed to subject women to subpar safety standards.

Thank you for taking immediate action on this urgent issue!

Life begins at conception. That life begins at conception is a biological, scientific fact. Life is protected from conception by the Constitution of the United States specifically in Amendment V and Amendment XIV.

Amendment V

“No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.”

“AMENDMENT XIV Section 1

All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

The U.S. Supreme Court acknowledged that the Constitution protects life in Roe vs. Wade. In both Roe vs. Wade (1973) and Doe vs. Bolton (1973), the Court then proceeded to immorally and unconstitutionally give government sanction to the murder of unborn babies. That government sanction to an immoral, unconstitutional action has resulted in the illegal murder of an estimated 55 million or more unborn babies. These two immoral, unconstitutional decisions, as well as others in following years, have resulted in an American Holocaust. These immoral, unconstitutional court decisions are now and have always been null and void.

Abortion/murder was not, is not, and can not be the law of the land until and unless the Constitution is amended as provided in the Constitution itself. Unconstitutional court decisions are not the law of the land and are null and void.

Every abortion/murder is a criminal act and a direct assault upon the child’s constitutionally protected right to life.

Government sanctioned murder is not due process of law.

The constitutional solution to government sanctioned murder:

Congress nullifies the court decisions by law:

First, define life stating that life begins at conception as it does.

Then, state clearly and emphatically in law that the federal court decisions sanctioning the murder of unborn babies are null and void since they violate the Fifth Amendment and Fourteenth Amendment.

Finally, federal court decisions are not the supreme law of the land. Laws passed by Congress pursuant to the Constitution are the supreme law of the land and supersede any and all federal court decisions.

Article 6, ¶ 2 of the United States Constitution

“This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.”

[Note that federal court decisions ARE NOT the supreme law of the land! As Al Gore might say, “An inconvenient truth!”]
