The last election results occurred in Louisiana on Saturday. These were runoff elections where no candidate received 50 + 1 percent of the vote in the primary which was held on election day. The Senate seat was contested and two House seats were contested. All three were won by Republicans. Therefore the new Congress for 2017-2018 will consist of the following:
Senate:
Republicans: 52 members (loss of 2 seats. Lost Illinois and New Hampshire which were expected. The two Senators who lost had 2 of the 3 lowest Conservative Review scores of any Republican Senators up for reelection. The Republicans had 24 seats up for reelection and lost only two of the three most liberal/Leftist members. The Democrats had 10 seats up for reelection. They could have lost Colorado but establish Republican leadership refused to help a conservative Republican to defeat a radical Democrat. The leadership works harder to defeat a conservative than to defeat Democrats. Why is that?)

Abortion activists are going after a new Texas rule this week that would stop any possible sales of aborted babies’ body parts by requiring that their remains be cremated or buried.
The New York-based pro-abortion [murder] group Center for Reproductive Rights [Misnomer! Abortions end reproduction. No one has the right to murder a child—in the womb or outside of the womb!] filed a lawsuit against the new rule on Monday, claiming it does not benefit the public and is unconstitutional [It both benefit’s the public and the murdered child. How is it unconstitutional to require burial for a child? Where exactly is that in the Constitution?].
The new rule, introduced in July by the Texas Health and Human Services Commission, requires that abortion facilities, hospitals and other medical centers either cremate or bury the remains of aborted and miscarried babies. State officials said the rule does not apply to miscarriages or abortions that take place at home.
The commission finalized the rule in late November. It is scheduled to go into effect on December 19. However, the lawsuit seeks to stop the state from implementing it.
In a statement Monday, the pro-abortion group said, ‘The politically-motivated rules are designed to restrict a woman’s right to access safe and legal abortion [There is no “right” to murder your own child. How does such a regulation restrict an abortion/murder? The regulation takes effect AFTER the abortion/murder occurs. Therefore, by definition, it can’t possibly be restricting the abortion/murder!] by increasing both the cost of reproductive health care services [Murder IS NOT healthcare. Charging for abortion/murder increases the costs. Why even charge for the murderous action if so concerned about the costs? Or, cut the cost by one-half, for example.] and the shame and stigma surrounding abortion [Why is there shame and sigma over an abortion? Because it is MURDER! The shame and sigma does not increase because the murdered child is buried. The shame and sigma is because the child has just been murdered!] and pregnancy loss [Pregnancy loss? What does that even mean? Oh that’s right. A baby has just been murdered! There would be no shame or stigma if abortions were not an evil act!].’
One of the issues abortion activists claim creates an undue burden is the cost of cremating or burying the aborted babies.
However, Texas health department spokesperson Carrie Williams said their research indicates that the rule will not increase costs.
‘While the methods described in the new rules may have a cost, that cost is expected to be offset by costs currently being spent by facilities on disposition for transportation, storage, incineration, steam disinfection and/or landfill disposal,’ Williams said.
The pro-abortion [murder] group filed the lawsuit on behalf of several Texas abortion [murder] facilities, including Whole Woman’s Health, Brookside Women’s Health Center and Austin Women’s Health Center, Alamo Women’s Reproductive Services, Reproductive Services and Dr. Lendol Davis.

Whole Woman’s Health is the same abortion facility whose lawsuit succeeded in overturning Texas abortion facility regulations in June at the U.S. Supreme Court. The abortion groups claim the new rule is a ‘direct defiance’ of the recent Supreme Court ruling [Good! It is well past time that sovereign States defied unconstitutional court rulings! Court rulings are not law by definition and court rulings ARE NOT the law of the land and certainly are not the supreme law of the land. Article. VI ¶ 2 of the United States Constitution: This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land ….” Do you see anything saying that federal court decisions are the supreme law of the land? Neither do I! Therefore, federal court decisions ARE NOT the supreme law of the land!], which said states cannot impose undue burdens on women’s access to abortion without legitimate health or safety reasons [Burying or cremating dead bodies of people is not a health concern? Then why has that regulation been unopposed till now?].
Serious concerns about the treatment of human remains are a key motive behind the new rules.
During a commission hearing in August, supporters said the rules are necessary because abortion facilities treat unborn babies’ bodies like garbage and sometimes dump them down public sewer drains [Yes, they do!], Fox 7 reported. Texas state Representative Mark Keough mentioned a gruesome case in 2005 when a woman who worked near a Houston abortion facility saw tiny aborted babies’ limbs and other body parts in a parking lot when a sewer line broke.
Currently, abortion facilities can dispose of aborted babies’ bodies in landfills or give them to research groups [Give, not sell for a profit!]. Though it is illegal, there is a possibility [Possibility? It has been proven that some are selling body parts for profit. By the way, having human bodies is proof that unborn babies are persons.] that abortion facilities also could be selling them for a profit.
More states are moving to require dignified burials of aborted babies’ bodies after undercover videos revealed evidence that Planned Parenthood and other abortion facilities may be [Not may be. Are!] selling aborted babies’ body parts [And selling baby body parts is proof that they are murdering unborn babies! No murders, no baby body parts to sell! They can not have it both ways. Claim that babies are not babies and then sell those same baby body parts for profit. How can one sell a heart of a child if the unborn baby is not a child?]. The Center for Medical Progress videos prompted a number of states and the U.S. House to open investigations into the matter.
In Ohio, the state attorney general’s investigation found that Planned Parenthood was “steam cooking” aborted babies’ bodies before dumping them in landfills. A state investigation in South Carolina also caught Planned Parenthood facilities illegally dumping aborted babies’ bodies in public landfills, and fined them for it.
In the past few weeks, abortion activists have been protesting the new Texas rule in dangerous and disgusting ways. A Satanist leader recently urged people to send semen-soaked socks and rags to pro-life Governor Greg Abbott’s office to protest the new rule [The mindset of the radical Left! Such tolerant people. Real humanitarians!]. A Texas abortion clinic worker named Ele Chupik also encouraged women to protest by sending bloody tampons to the governor [Which is illegal if done through the mail.].
Satanist Jex Blackmore warned abortion [murder] supporters that sending bodily fluids through the postal service ‘may get you in trouble, so do this at your own risk [When has violating the law stopped baby murderers?].’”
Why are the baby murderers really fighting this regulation? Because to allow unborn babies to be buried or cremated after an abortion/murder is to admit the obvious. Every abortion murders a child that is suppose to be protected by the Constitution of the United States!
