I have had an extremely difficult time posting three of my six posts from Saturday August 25 through Thursday August 30. If it happens again, I’ll let you know. Can the Left win without cheating? I have had a terrible time posting pictures and cleaning up the mistakes that occur when I copy and paste. I don’t know if it is more attempts by google to hinder my posting or not. I am already being shadow-banned and in 2015 I was locked out of all six of my blogs and had to start all over with this one. The problem seems to be on google’s end of the production. Why does the Left seem to fear one small blogger like me? Do they fear the content of my blogs?
It is official. I am being “shadow-banned” by the Left as a conservative that the Left fears. The Left fears the truth and Christians. In 2015, I was locked out of all 6 of my blogs because they feared me. I didn’t start blogging again until July 1, 2016. In less than 2 years they have attacked me again.
I am not going away because of these attacks. You are going to have to bookmark me if you want to follow me. Here is my planned schedule. I don’t always meet it but I come close. I have only posted early a couple of times for my 9AM post since I began the schedule and so far I have only been 2 hours late when I miss a scheduled time. If I miss a time, I keep the missed time as part of the schedule so every post through Saturday is later as a result. All times are Central Daylight Savings Time although the official time stamp uses Pacific Daylight Savings Time which means on Saturday I actually post on Sunday although stamped as between 11PM - 12PM. Here is the schedule.
Monday: Between 5AM - 6AM.
Tuesday: Between 9AM - 10AM.
Wednesday: Between 1PM - 2PM.
Thursday: Between 5PM - 6PM.
Friday: Between 9PM - 10PM.
Saturday: Between 1AM Sunday - 2AM Sunday.

Brett Kavanaugh physically and sexually assaulted [Was there an actual sexual assault? Not according to her letter. Words have meaning. She is a college professor. She knows this.] me during high school in the early 1980’s. He conducted these acts with the assistance of REDACTED.
Both were one to two years older than me and students at a local private school.
The assault occurred in a suburban Maryland area home at a gathering that included me and four others [When specifically? Who were the others? Are they going to collaborate the account? Did she know Brett Kavanaugh before this ALLEGED occurrence?] .
Kavanaugh physically pushed me into a bedroom as I was headed for a bathroom up a short stair well from the living room. They locked the door and played loud music precluding any successful attempt to yell for help [The other four people were not curious about the loud music suddenly occurring?].
Kavanaugh was on top of me while laughing with REDACTED, who periodically jumped onto Kavanaugh. They both laughed as Kavanaugh tried to disrobe me in their highly inebriated state [Opinion? Was she drinking? How inebriated was she?]. With Kavanaugh’s hand over my mouth I feared he may inadvertently kill me [Seriously? Why then did she leave the party without warning the others than she feared he might cause harm to her OR others in his highly inebriated condition? See more of the letter.].

From across the room a very drunken [opinion?] REDACTED said mixed words to Kavanaugh ranging from ‘go for it’ to ‘stop.’
At one point when REDACTED jumped onto the bed the weight on me was substantial. The pile toppled, and the two scrapped with each other. After a few attempts to get away, I was able to take this opportune moment to get up and run across to a hallway bathroom.
I locked the bathroom door behind me. Both loudly stumbled down the stair well at which point other persons at the house were talking with them. I exited the bathroom, ran outside of the house and went home [Without warning the others of their condition? Without telling anyone what had just happened to her since by her own admission: “She feared for her life.”? Did she walk home? Drive home? How far away was home?].
I have not knowingly seen Kavanaugh since the assault [Was it an assault or an attempted assault by a very drunk minor?]. I did see REDACTED once at the REDACTED where he was extremely uncomfortable seeing me [Opinion? The result of that encounter since she brought it up?].
I have received medical treatment regarding the assault [Consisting of what? Did her parents then know of the “attack?” What did the parents do about it? As a parent of a teenage girl, I know what I would do. I and my child would be at the nearest police station filing a criminal complaint against her attacker. And yes, I was the parent of a teenage girl and I was also a high school teacher having some knowledge of how teenagers behave. Be assured, a complaint would have been filed.]. On July 6 I notified my local government representative to ask them [Sic. him/her] how to proceed with sharing this information . It is upsetting to discuss sexual assault and its repercussions, yet I felt guilty and compelled as a citizen about the idea of not saying anything [After 36 years? Seriously? A college professor? What utter nonsense.].

In the high noon of his Supreme Court nomination, Brett Kavanaugh is standing tall and asking for a showdown.
On Monday, Kavanaugh denied allegations of inappropriate contact with a girl during his high school days and said he will make his case to the Senate Judiciary Committee.
Christine Blasey Ford, now a professor at Palo Alto University in California, has said that Kavanaugh and a friend trapped her in a bedroom during a a high school party more than 35 years ago.
Kavanaugh, who she said was drunk, got on top of her and tried to take off her clothes, she told The Washington Post.
‘I thought he might inadvertently kill me,’ she told The Post.
Ford initially made the claim in a July letter to California Democrat Dianne Feinstein, a member of the judiciary committee. Feinstein made the letter public last week, omitting Ford’s name [Senator Feinstein knew full well that her identity would have to be revealed and so did Christine Blasey Ford. This has ALL been orchestrated since Senator Feinstein received the letter, in my opinion. It is the standard operating procedure of the Left. Remember Anita Hill and Clarence Thomas?] Since then, Ford has come forward and told her story to The Post [A fine, outstanding (sarcasm) Leftist newspaper.].

The eleventh-hour claim against Kavanaugh has injected vast uncertainty into a planned vote this week on the Trump nominee, with Democrats who have been trying to block the nominee calling for a delay. Republicans are divided among those who want to learn more and those who dismiss the allegation and want to move forward.
Kavanaugh came out with verbal guns blazing Monday.
‘This is a completely false allegation,’ Kavanaugh said in a statement, according to ABC. ‘I have never done anything like what the accuser describes - to her or to anyone.’
‘Because this never happened, I had no idea who was making this accusation until she identified herself yesterday. I am willing to talk to the Senate Judiciary Committee in any way the Committee deems appropriate to refute this false allegation, from 36 years ago, and defend my integrity [Good for him. Of course, judge Roy Moore said the same and Establishment Republicans and many conservatives, who should have known better, STILL threw him to the Leftist wolves. Will they do the same this time or have they learned a lesson?],’ Kavanaugh’s statement said.
Ford has said she wants to speak to the Senate Judiciary Committee, something that is supported by White House counselor Kellyanne Conway.
‘She should not be insulted; she should not be ignored; she should testify under oath and she should do it on Capitol Hill,’ Conway said on Monday, according to ABC.
‘Let me be very clear on behalf of the president with whom I’ve spoken at length about this,’ Conway said. ‘She should not be ignored or insulted; she should be heard.’
Conway said that hearing Ford and delaying a vote on Kavanaugh are two different issues, and that the planned Thursday vote should move forward [Not going to happen. They are set to hear testimony Monday. My guess is that a vote then may be taken on Thursday although the Left may well try to delay it longer unless they think they have the votes for Thursday.]. The Senate Judiciary could take testimony from the woman as soon as Tuesday, Conway said.
‘Let’s not fool ourselves - long before this happened, there were Democrats [Leftists] saying they would not vote for Judge Kavanaugh or anyone President Trump nominated for the Supreme Court [True. They have already made up their minds. The question is: How will those Leftist Senators who are up for tough reelection campaigns and the two pro-murder of babies in the womb Republicans plus the two Republican anti-Trump Senators who are retiring this year vote on the nomination?],’ Conway said, according to Fox News. ‘Let’s make very clear that these Democratic senators … were not interested in Judge Kavanaugh’s significant record, his character and integrity, as testified to by many women.’

Ford’s attorney, Debra Katz, added fuel to the fire by saying Monday that this was a case of attempted rape.
‘She clearly considers this an attempted rape [And yet NO police report was filed. Why is that?],’ Katz said, according to Fox News. ‘She believes that if it were not for the severe intoxication of Kavanaugh, she would have been raped [And her belief makes it true. Of course not. If she seriously believed that, why no police report? Did she not consider he might do it again, if indeed it was a case of attempted rape. Did she not consider other possible victims? Why did she not report this to the other four people? Were they not friends who would be sympathetic? What were the relationships of all seven people at the party? This was an intimate party not a party with dozens of people present. Where were the PARENTS of the house? Why were MINORS even drinking in a parent’s home? This was the home of at least one of the seven party goers was it not? Why did she wait until the Supreme Court nomination if she consisted it an attempted rape?].’
No claim of attempted rape was made when the existence of Ford’s letter was initially revealed by Feinstein [Embellishing the story? Actually, if she really thought it was attempted rape, she should have reacted accordingly at the party when there were four other people present to confront the two minors. Instead, she went home without saying a word. Knowing high school students as I do, VERY, VERY suspect.].

A group of 65 women is throwing cold water on an anonymous [This article was written before the accuser was identified.] claim of sexual misconduct in the distant past of Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh.
The claim, which was passed on to California Senator Dianne Feinstein, has roiled Kavanaugh’s confirmation because Feinstein, the ranking Democrat on the Senate Judiciary Committee, sent the letter to the FBI, the Washington Examiner reported.
‘I have received information from an individual concerning the nomination of Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court,’ Feinstein said in a statement Thursday. ‘That individual strongly requested confidentiality, declined to come forward or press the matter further [Right? Then why even send the letter, if the matter was to be dropped?], and I have honored that decision [All part of the plan.]. I have, however, referred the matter to federal investigative authorities [Why?].’
According to the anonymous accuser, Kavanaugh attended a party while in high school in the 1980s and tried to force himself on an unnamed woman, CNN reported.
Kavanaugh has denied the tale.”

The 65 women who signed the letter said they have witnessed Kavanaugh’s strong character for decades.
‘Through the more than 35 years we have known him, Brett has stood out for his friendship, character, and integrity. In particular, he has always treated women with decency and respect. That was true when he was in high school, and it has remained true to this day [Doesn’t matter to the Left. Judge Roy Moore had the same character references from dozens of women. It didn’t matter.],’ the letter continued.
The signers noted that they are not all aligned with Kavanaugh politically.
‘The signers of this letter hold a broad range of political views. Many of us are not lawyers, but we know Brett Kavanaugh as a person. And he has always been a good person,’ their statement added.
The FBI said it received the anonymous allegation from Feinstein.
‘Upon receipt of the information on the night of September 12, we included it as part of Judge Kavanaugh’s background file, as per the standard process,’ the FBI said in a statement.

The FBI has no plans to investigate the allegations, according to The Washington Post.
Kavanaugh was asked about sexual misconduct during his confirmation hearing by Hawaii Senator Mazie Hirono, The Post reported.
Kavanaugh said he never committed ‘any verbal or physical harassment or assault of a sexual nature.’
The judge’s nomination to fill the seat vacated by retiring Justice Anthony Kennedy has been a bruising partisan battle. The Senate Judiciary Committee is scheduled to vote on his nomination Thursday [Postponed.].
The last-minute nature of the allegation was criticized by the White House [Rightly so. It is a setup.].

There are 535 members of Congress most of whom are men. I would guess that there is more than one member of Congress who had sexual relations with a member of the opposite sex when they were a minor. In most States, that is statutory rape even if it was consensual. This is an accusation based upon an alleged occurrence 36 years ago when the judge was a minor. Is this a basis for denying his confirmation?
There are NO perfect people. This has NOTHING to do with justice or determining if he is qualified to serve on the Supreme Court. This is another Leftist maneuver to prevent a conservative from serving on the Supreme Court.
Bill Clinton was accused of numerous acts of unwanted sexual behavior including rape and was still elected President of the United States twice. The Left supported him whole heartily.

Two examples of federal court meddling in relation to Congressional boundaries.
From the 2002 to the 2010 Congressional elections, Illinois had 19 Congressional Districts. In the Congressional Elections of 2010, the Illinois Tea Party rose up after the passage of Obamacare and replaced 4 Leftist Congressmen who voted for Obamacare with 4 new Republican Congressmen. In my neighboring 17th District, the Leftist Congressman was caught on tape saying he did not care about the Constitution when it came to passing Obamacare. It cost him the election.
In the census of 2010, Illinois lost one Congressional District going to 18 from 19. The Left still controlled the Illinois General Assembly and clearly gerrymandered the Districts when they redrew the Districts. In one District, they included two Republican House members. In the primary, one of the two lost. In this case, the newly elected 2010 Republican defeated a long time incumbent Republican Congressman. In the other redrawn Districts, the 3 newly elected Congressmen were all defeated in the general election. The court said the Districts had NOT been gerrymandered. Utter nonsense.
In the other, the courts threw out the Districts drawn by a Republican controlled legislature in 2010. The court itself redrew the Congressional boundaries for the next election. The General Assembly after the election adopted the court’s boundaries. The State was again sued for having gerrymandered Districts even though the State had adopted the court’s Districts. The State lost again in court with the court saying the adopted districts drawn by the court itself were “unconstitutionally” gerrymandered.
The courts are no more able to draw valid districts than the States are. Worse, the courts are NOT held accountable for their decisions while the voters can hold the State General Assemblies accountable. The courts are NOT impartial decision makers and should not be deciding Congressional boundaries.

4) Congress by law affirms that any and all previous court case rulings in contradiction to these specific laws passed by Congress are null and void.
