Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need one more Constitutional Justice and the one appointed has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. It is past time to attack the evil of murdering babies within the womb on every front with every legal weapon we can use until the murder of babies within the womb is abolished completely throughout the United States and its territories. Yesterday I began a short series on Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals [DACA]. Jeff Flake was and is one of the original “Gang of Eight” which tried to force amnesty down the throats of the American people during the Obama Administration. The “Gang of Eight” consisted of four Establishment Republican Senators and four Leftist Senators including Illinois Senator Dick Durbin.
DACA was defeated twice in Congress. Once during the George W. Bush Presidency and once during the Barack Hussein Obama Presidency. President Obama, after the defeat, then basically unconstitutionally imposed DACA through the misuse of executive orders. The push now is to once more impose DACA upon the nation with a law passed by Congress.

We have enough of our own culture of violence in our major cities [Major cities controlled for years by the Left. That should tell every voter something about their values.]. Is it too much to ask that we don’t import the violent criminals of other countries [One would think not.]? Or perhaps, for our political elite who don’t understands the concept of a government representing its own people, we can frame the question in the language they understand: We already have our own [Expletive deleted. However, it is a word President Trump was recently accused of using while identifying certain countries.](Chicago, Baltimore, etc.). Do we need to import [Same expletive deleted.] from the rest of the world?
A new report published by expert criminologist John Lott lays waste to the long-standing lie [Coming from the Left.] peddled by open-borders advocates that crime rates are low among illegal aliens [Notice they are NOT undocumented immigrants. The phrase preferred by the Left which is another lie. They ARE illegal aliens.]. Part of the reason it has been so hard to prove conclusively what everyone sees in their communities is that most crime is dealt with at a state and local level, and most states don’t have uniform data on the immigration status of criminals processed through their systems. Lott is the famed author of ‘More Guns, Less Crime [He must be hated by the Left.],’ who now runs the Crime Prevention Research Center. Milton Friedman [Well-known conservative economist.] once said of John Lott that he ‘has few equals as a perceptive analyst of controversial public policy issues.’
Lott studied data from the state of Arizona from 1985 to 2017 to prove conclusively that illegal aliens commit crimes at a disproportionate rate relative to their share of the population. Here is what he found:
1) Illegal immigrants in Arizona are at least 142 percent more likely to be convicted of crime than other Arizonans. And these are not just immigration and drug violations that we see on the federal level. They are more likely to be convicted of serious violent crimes: at least 163 percent more likely for first-degree murder; 168 percent more likely for second-degree murder; and 189.6 percent more likely for manslaughter. Also, Lott’s data confirms what some of us see anecdotally every day but is ignored by the national media—that illegals in Arizona are more likely to commit sexual offenses against minors [pedophiles], sexual assault, drunk driving, kidnapping, and armed robbery. [Most of which occurs within their own communities within the cities within which they congregate.]
2) We are often told that ‘dreamers’ are a cut above the rest of the illegal population, and President Trump, who otherwise understands the truth on the broader issue, seems to have accepted this premise. Lott’s research found that although DACA-age illegals compose 0.81 percent of Arizona’s population, they represent 8 percent of the prison population [Not really a surprise to me. They learn from their parent(s), if any, and those around them. That is, others who violated our laws to get here in the first place. They do not respect our laws.]. This means they compose 71.2 percent of the illegal immigrant population in prison and that they are 884 percent more likely to be convicted of crimes than non-immigrants of their age. If anything, ‘dreamers’ are actually a bigger public safety risk than older illegal immigrants [Younger people tend to commit more crime than older people. That is the case in every society. It is even greater with dreamers because they basically started life involved in illegal activity.].
3) While there is no uniform data nationwide, Lott projects that ‘[I]f undocumented immigrants [Illegal aliens. He uses Leftist terms.] committed crime nationally as they do in Arizona, in 2016 they would have been responsible for over 1,000 more murders, 5,200 rapes, 8,900 robberies, 25,300 aggravated assaults, and 26,900 burglaries.’
4) Illegal[s] immigrant [alien] criminals are 45.4 percent more likely to have been gang members, and ‘they are 133% more likely to receive sentencing enhancements for being classified as dangerous, and they tend to be released from prison at a younger age despite more serious crimes because they initially go to jail at a younger age.’ Keep in mind that Obama’s DACA program tried to avoid scrutinizing juvenile records of recipients [Of course.].
It’s important to remember that the data Lott studied came from the Arizona Department of Corrections, put together for the Arizona Prosecuting Attorneys’ Advisory Council. The report analyzed ‘the entire universe of cases (615,555 convicted crimes), not a sample, and thus there are no issues of statistical significance.’ There is reason to believe illegals might commit an even more disproportionate share of crimes that go unreported [Absolutely], especially within their communities, but convictions are a solid data point that reveals the floor, not the ceiling, of the criminal alien crisis.
Remember, even among the general population, only a fraction of crimes are reported and wind up leading to a conviction. For conviction rates to be this high among illegals is staggering. [And very telling. Why would any politician from either party want to give amnesty to such individuals?]
No wonder so many [Leftist] liberal state governments refuse to release data on immigration and crime [Absolutely. It would destroy their argument that illegal “dreamers” are a boon to our society. From the Arizona example, they are just the opposite. They are a blight and cancer upon our society. Let’s give them amnesty. NOT.]. Until recently, the federal government hid the data on crime rates and immigration status in federal facilities [Particularly under the Obama Administration. The most politically corrupt Administration in our history.]. Thankfully, Trump’s DOJ [Department of Justice] released the data showing non-citizens (mainly illegal aliens) accounted for convictions 2.5 times their share of the population [Remember, MOST crimes are not federal crimes. They are State and local crimes.].
Folks, this is a national disgrace. Even if this were only limited to Arizona, it would be a gross violation of Article 4 Section 4 [“The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them [each State] against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened), against domestic Violence.”], which tasks the federal government with the job of protecting states from invasion [Exactly. I have been arguing this for years. President Obama invited and encouraged illegals to invade our nation, particularly in his second term of office.]. But there is no reason to believe that the crime rates among illegal aliens are any different in most other states. This is a national emergency. Instead of a DACA ‘fix,’ where is the clamor for a criminal alien fix for Americans [Amen. Exactly.]?
While we have our own violent crime problem in America, the number of our violent criminals from other countries should be zero [Correct. They should want to come here LEGALLY, they should be vetted, they should go through the entire process which unquestionably needs to be improved both for the US and for the immigrant, and they should be allowed in according to our needs and our requirements. There is no right to immigrate to our nation. No nation, that I know of, allows anyone who wants to immigrate to their country to do so automatically.] That is because we should never bring in anyone who is violent, and those who manage to get in or commit crimes after being legally admitted should immediately be deported. Citizens, of course, cannot be deported. But immigration is a choice by we the people. So why are we electing to turn out country into a dumping ground [Very good question. The answer for the Left is they need voters. They murder off through abortion a lot of potential voters. The answer for Establishment Republicans is that some businesses want cheap labor. Neither answer is acceptable.]?
Meanwhile, we have Arizona’s very junior senator, Jeff Flake [Of “Gang of Eight” fame.], advertising his upcoming sanctimonious speech declaring that Trump is like Stalin. This man is a living and breathing disgrace, a violation of the social contract. As a senator from Arizona, he should be laying down on the proverbial tracks to stand up for his state and demand the deportation of every single criminal alien, the punishing of sanctuaries, and the immediate implementation of border and interior enforcement. Instead, he is exhibiting utter disregard for his own people and expending his entire tenure granting more legal rights and access to welfare for a particular population that, in general, is even more violent than the rest of illegal immigrants [And his mentor in this process is the other Senator from Arizona— John McCain.].
Proponents of DACA amnesty will claim that only the very best will get amnesty [LIE], but Flake is pushing for a broader Dream Act, which encompasses this entire population of illegals under 35, a population that Lott found to be full of violent criminals.
Moreover, even among the 700,000 DACA population, only Goodlatte’s bill would open up juvenile records, which, according to this study, show the true extent of the criminal activity among many of the ‘Dreamers [The Left will not allow incriminating evidence and the Left will work diligently to expand the number of “dreamers” allowed amnesty. You can count on it. No one who is here illegally should ever receive amnesty. It reward illegal behavior and it ENCOURAGES more people from other countries to try to enter the United States illegally. Actions have consequences.].’
It is even more disgraceful that people like Mitt Romney are using Martin Luther King’s legacy to promote the continued failed legacy of our immigration system when he was all about the rule of law and the equal treatment of all American citizens. Now, all Americans—black and white—are getting sent to the back of the bus for illegal aliens and are being thrown under the bus in their communities [“Sanctuary Cities” and now California has declared itself a “Sanctuary State.”] by politicians who harbor criminal aliens at the expense of public safety.
Illegal aliens in general, and ‘dreamers’ in particular, have been a nightmare for Arizona [And no doubt many other States.]. This shouldn’t even be a partisan issue. Everyone should agree to immediately deport all criminal aliens [Note: I did not include the rest of the sentence. As I have said, NO amnesty for illegals EVER.] before there is any discussion of amnesty. Sadly, Jeff Flake and his compatriots are daydreaming about amnesty while his constituents bear the crushing cost of his nightmare [Since he is not running for reelection, he does not have to be concerned with the consequences.].”
I and many others fought against amnesty during the Bush Administration and won. I and many others fought against amnesty during the Obama Administration and the “Gang of Eight” and won. I and many others will fight against amnesty now.

This election year, I will concentrate on federal Senate elections, selected federal House elections, and certain gubernatorial elections. Illinois will be one of those gubernatorial elections. The Illinois primary is currently underway. In the primaries, I will concentrate on the Republican candidates most often.
We need to rededicate ourselves to abolishing the murder of babies within the womb this coming year. The sooner the murder of babies within the womb is abolished, the more innocent lives that will be saved. Pray and then get actively involved in the solution.
