Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need one more Constitutional Justice and the one appointed has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. It is past time to attack the evil of murdering babies within the womb on every front with every legal weapon we can use until the murder of babies within the womb is abolished completely throughout the United States and its territories. District 211, the largest high school district in the state, includes Conant, Fremd, Hoffman Estates, Palatine, and Schaumburg High Schools.
Fifty families are suing the district to overturn a policy that allows students who pretend to be the opposite sex to access opposite-sex restrooms and locker rooms. The district decided that the feelings of students who want to share private spaces with opposite-sex students trump the feelings of students who want to share private spaces with only persons of their same sex. No administrator or board member has explained why subjective, internal feelings about one’s sex rather than objective biological sex should determine private space-usage policy [How many board members support this policy? Regardless, they can all be removed in two election cycles and they should be. Our Central Illinois school board initiated a similar policy and the voters struck back. The original vote was 4-3. Three of the four yes votes were up for reelection in 2017. Not a single one of the three ran for reelection. One is left to be removed in the 2019 election. As an added bonus, the superintendent saw the hand writing on the wall and accepted the superintendent position at her old school district after the 2016-2017 school year. She had the audacity to tell me as a voter in the district not to quote her as the superintendent of the district. If she had stayed, I would have worked for her removal. Generally, these types of policies don’t get enacted without the support of the superintendent. The high school principal also took a job with a different district. I don’t know if she was a supporter or not but she was hired at the same time as the superintendent.].
According to ABC News, Alonso ‘said courts have ‘correctly recognized’ that ‘federal protections against sex discrimination are substantially broader than based only on genitalia or chromosome [An absolute lie. Also irrelevant since the courts did not write the laws. Courts have no constitutional authority to misinterpret the meaning of words to suit their personal prejudices.].’”
What he’s saying is that laws pertaining to ‘sex’ actually have no necessary connection to sex [Exactly. What he is claiming is absolutely wrong. As a lawyer, he knows better. Words have meanings. If not, laws are meaningless because they can not be understood.].
Alonso went on to cite Judge Ann Claire Williams of the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals who said this about a case in Wisconsin in which a teenage girl who masquerades as a boy fought successfully to use the boys’ restrooms:
‘A transgender [transsexual] student’s presence in the restroom provides no more of a risk to other students’ privacy rights than the presence of an overly curious student of the same biological sex who decides to sneak glances at his or her classmates performing bodily functions [What nonsense. Then anyone may be in anyone’s private facilities and there are no more private facilities. Which IS EXACTLY what the Left wants. I’ve a question for this and every other judge who supports this nonsense. In the court building from which they work, are both male and females allowed to be in the same restroom AT THE SAME TIME? The answer is a resounding NO. The reason is obvious. Women would not stand for it. Talk about opportunities for sexual harassment and sexual misconduct.].’

How can it be that we have judges so foolish or so depraved that they actually believe it is no greater an invasion of privacy for a teenage girl to see a male peer urinating than it would be for an “overly curious” boy to “sneak glances” at a male peer urinating?
Ubiquitous attorney John Knight, director of the ACLU [American Civil Liberties Union which has nothing to do with civil liberties. The ACLU has everything to do with advancing the Left’s immoral agenda.] of Illinois’ LGBT [homosexual] and HIV Project, made this egregiously dishonest [lying] statement:
‘Throughout this litigation, one thing remains clear: The groups who filed this case remain unable to demonstrate any harm to their clients resulting from sharing restrooms and locker rooms with students who they perceive as different [They are different. In this case, HE is a male wanting to invade the private facilities of females including minor females.],’… adding that judge ‘confirmed there is no constitutional right to refuse to share a restroom or locker room with students because they are transgender [Transsexual. There are no “rights” constitutionally guaranteed to delusional people who believe they are a sex different than their actual sex. Their delusional belief will NEVER turn a male into a female or a female into a male.].’
First, the parents suing the district did not merely perceive the boy as different from girls. He actually is different from girls [Of course.].
Second, no student has refused to share restrooms or locker rooms with students ‘because they are transgender [transsexual].’ Some objectively female students object to sharing restrooms and locker rooms with students because of their objective, immutable male biological sex [As well they should. I can guarantee that no child of mine would ever be forced to have a child of the opposite sex invade her/his restroom or shower facilities. My children would be removed from the district before that happened and the school board members who passed such a policy would be removed from office at their next election. I was both a high school teacher in Illinois and a school board member in Arizona and there is no way my children would be exposed to mixed locker room and/or restroom facilities.]. Knight knows that. He also knows—as do the two male students who have sued the district—that the sex of humans can never change [Of course they do.].
Third, objectively male persons have no constitutional right to use restrooms and locker rooms designated for persons of the opposite sex [Absolutely correct and the judges and the lawyer know it.].
Fourth, Knight failed to define ‘harm.’ Many would argue that children and teens are harmed by teaching them through such restroom/locker room practices that biological sex has no intrinsic meaning relative to modesty and privacy.
They are harmed when the government through such radical practices desensitizes students to engaging in private activities like going to the bathroom, changing clothes, or showering in close proximity to unrelated persons of the opposite sex [Which is the immediate goal of this nonsense. The ultimate goal for the Left is an anything goes sexual society. Which, as the Left has demonstrated by their own actions that are now being exposed, includes sexual harassment and unwanted sexual activity with the privileged dominating the unprivileged. For example, want-to-be actors being dominated by those who can make or break their future in acting.].
They are harmed by practices that teach them that their good and natural feelings of reluctance to share private spaces with opposite-sex students constitute ignorant, hateful bigotry [It does not. To be successful, the Left must destroy conventional morality and they know it.].
And they are harmed when ignorant school administrators, board members, and activists like Knight implicitly teach a form of dualism, which holds that the human person is composed of body and mind–which in their view are severable—with the material body subordinate to the workings of the mind [They cater to the delusional. However, it is not to help the delusional. It is to advance their immoral agenda.].
The harm done is spiritual, intellectual, emotional, psychological, and moral. The harm is no less real and serious even though it may not be measurable or demonstrable.
Vicki Wilson, one of the parents in the group suing District 211, expresses concern for all students, including those who don’t want to share private spaces with opposite-sex students:
‘This practice is happening all over Illinois and children are fearful of being labeled if they say anything since administrators have intimidated them into ignoring their own needs for basic privacy and dignity…. All children need to be considered and there is a very simple solution that many school Illinois board members are refusing to even consider: provide a changing space outside either the girls or the boys locker rooms for children who request it [Personally, I would not support this. This is still catering to students who do not need to be catered to. It is an unnecessary expense. Males with males and females with females is sufficient.].’
If, as the silly people in the photo below [I did not post it. It is at the website or follow the link to the newspaper photo.] claim, ‘separate is not equal’ when it comes to restrooms and locker rooms, then why should we maintain any sex-segregated restrooms and locker rooms anywhere [Exactly. Why do it in schools with MINORS if it is NOT done everywhere with adults? As I have repeatedly said, why aren’t men and women in the workplace allowed in the same facilities at the same time including particularly the court buildings of these judges? Why are schools being singled out?]? If, as the idiotic placards imply, separate restrooms and locker rooms for males and females are as unjust as separate drinking fountains for blacks and whites were, how can we possibly justify maintaining any separate spaces for males and females anywhere?
Either objective, immutable biological sex has intrinsic and profound meaning or it doesn’t. If it has intrinsic and profound meaning, then what District 211 is doing is pernicious [And it is.]. If, on the other hand, physical embodiment as male or female has no meaning, there remains no reason to maintain any sex-segregated spaces for anyone anywhere. If biological sex has no meaning relative to modesty and private spaces, then there is no reason to allow only ‘trans’-identifying boys in girls’ private spaces. Schools should permit ‘cisgender [Don’t use their nonsense terms.] ’ (i.e., normal) boys in girls’ spaces as well. And if biological sex has no meaning, then co-ed private spaces should have no restrictions [And boys and girls should compete equally for sports teams which is fundamentally ridiculous. There would be no girls playing sports at the high school level. One of the basic purposes of Title 9 was to insure girl athletics. This transsexual nonsense will ultimately end girls in sports. Girls and boys are fundamentally biologically different.]. After all, in the mixed up, muddled up, shook up world of ‘progressives,’ wouldn’t separate showers for boys and girls be inherently unequal [Just as much as they would be for men and women.]?
Lying seems to come naturally to Knight. He said this about the District 211 student (since graduated) that the ACLU of Illinois represented in 2015:
‘What our client wants is not hard to understand. She wants to be accepted for who she is and to be treated with dignity and respect—like any other student [Of course, HE is NOT a she and NEVER will be. HE is a male who wants the federal courts to sanction HIS invasion of the private facility of females INCLUDING minor females and he is getting help from an out-of-control federal judiciary.].’
The student to whom Knight was referring was not asking to be accepted for ‘who she is.’ The student was asking that others accept him as something he is not and never can be: a girl [Correct.]. He wants the whole world to pretend [be delusional] along with him. But there is no dignity in lies. Facilitating his disordered desires and delusional beliefs would represent an act of disrespect. School administrators, board members, and activists like Knight have put on a veneer of love, but it’s not real love [Of course not.]. It’s an empty, fake, sickening, saccharine pseudo-love that enables them to feel good while doing evil. Real love is built on a foundation of truth [The Left does not know what love is or what truth is because the Left does not know GOD. GOD is both love and truth.].”

It is past time to hold federal judges accountable. This judge should be held accountable for his advancement of immorality and his abandonment of the Constitution. He should be impeached by the House of Representatives.
We need to replace as many Establishment Republicans will conservatives as we can. We all know Mitch McConnell and his crew are going to support the Establishment Republican over a conservative. They have time after time. We last saw it in Alabama where Establishment Republicans including Mitt Romney actually helped the Leftist win the special election.
This election year, I will concentrate on federal Senate elections, selected federal House elections, and certain gubernatorial elections. Illinois will be one of those gubernatorial elections. The Illinois primary is currently underway. In the primaries, I will concentrate on the Republican candidates most often.
We need to rededicate ourselves to abolishing the murder of babies within the womb this coming year. The sooner the murder of babies within the womb is abolished, the more innocent lives that will be saved. Pray and then get actively involved in the solution.
