Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need one more Constitutional Justice and the one appointed has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. It is past time to attack the evil of murdering babies within the womb on every front with every legal weapon we can use until the murder of babies within the womb is abolished completely throughout the United States and its territories. Murder of babies within the womb is a horrendous evil that needs to and must be terminated.

Today is the annual marking of the grim milestone of Roe v. Wade [The unconstitutional, immoral, and pure EVIL federal court decision that SANCTIONED the MURDER of babies within the womb. It is past time for us to stop referring to abortion as killing babies and tell the truth. It is pure, unadulterated MURDER by any true definition of murder.]. The annual March for Life, although well intentioned, is the day every Republican politician can freely feign outrage over a decision that led to the deaths [murders] of 60 million babies while refusing to use the constitutional tools they have to rectify this evil [Which makes many of them as culpable as the baby murderers themselves.].
Particularly jarring about this year’s march is that it coincides with complete GOP control of Washington, and nobody paying the slightest attention to the power they hold to rectify the abortion [murder of babies within the womb] travesty. In fact, it appears that virtue-signaling about babies has become an end to itself rather than ensuring their brains don’t actually get sucked out with taxpayer funds [Government funding of Planned Murderhood and similar organizations. This is a budget item that Congress can end and has CHOSEN NOT to end.]. Meanwhile, there’s a thing or two conservatives can learn from Democrats.
It’s eerie watching the March for Life as we are in the midst of a budget battle in which funding for Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood] is not even up for debate [Why is that? Why are Republicans unwilling to defund the murderous organization? The greatest murder mafia in the history of the United States.]—with Republicans in full control. The publication of the videos two years ago showing Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood] engaged in trafficking and harvesting of baby organs [Which is ILLEGAL at the federal level.] was a watershed moment in the 45-year debate over Roe because it proved conclusively that abortion [murder of babies within the womb] was not about being a ‘safe, rare, and legal’ necessary evil [Never was. It was just a convenient slogan at the time.], but rather a triumph of barbarism [SIN.] as a virtue in itself.
Nonetheless, Republicans, who could have forced the issue even under Obama, won’t even discuss the issue of these unborn American dreamers who are being wantonly killed [murdered] every day. Nope. The entire landscape of debate over the budget is about amnesty to illegal aliens [Led by the Left and Establishment Republicans. The “Gang of Eight” is now the “Gang of Six.”], which has nothing to do with a budget anyway, unlike funding a criminal organ trafficking network [Planned Murderhood, in case you did not recognize the culprit.].
And speaking of illegal aliens, it’s awe-inspiring to observe the asymmetrical warfare between the two parties. The GOP, when in the majority and buttressed by the Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood] videos, will not even entertain merely cutting off taxpayer funding for a criminal abortion [murder of babies within the womb] enterprise. Yet, Democrats [Leftists], even when in the minority, will fight to the brink of a shutdown to get amnesty and taxpayer benefits for illegal aliens—completely extraneous to the budget bill [Because Leftists are “true believers” when it comes to their agenda. Establishment Republicans do not care one bit about the supposed agenda of the Republican Party. They voice support back home. In Washington D.C., they are almost as Left as a mainstream Leftist. And yet, Republican voters keep returning faux Republicans and faux conservatives to Congress.].
That is because whereas Republicans seek office, Democrats [Leftists] seek power. While Republicans will use our issues to get elected and then avoid every opportunity to advance that agenda, Democrats [Leftists] will use their election victories (and even losses!) to advance their agenda while leaving no stone unturned—legal and illegal—to block dissent [Because the Left IS agenda driven.].
Which brings us to the ultimate shutdown of our government—the [unconstitutional] reign of judicial supremacy [Judicial Tyranny which was epitomized with Roe vs. Wade.].
Any discussion of abortion [murder of babies within the womb], or frankly, any important issue these days, is meaningless without discussing judicial reform [That is, holding members of the federal courts accountable.]. What we learned in 1973 was that if an unelected court can decide a fundamentally political and philosophical question not addressed in the Constitution—and have that decision unflinchingly adhered to by all the states and the other branches of the federal government—then there is no limit to what they can do to our Constitution, sovereignty, security, and society [We have allowed Judicial Tyranny to exist and to thrive.].
This point was so tragically and absurdly on display this past year as the second most important court in the land mixed an expansion of abortion [murder of babies within the womb] jurisprudence together with lawless immigration jurisprudence to create a right for illegal aliens to trespass and demand access to an abortion. Yet nothing seems to jolt Republican members of Congress out of their slumber to discover that Article I [The Article that establishes Congress and gives powers to Congress including ALL legislative authority. That is, ALL law making authority. Court decisions ARE NOT laws. Congress creates ALL courts below the Supreme Court. Congress may END any court below the Supreme Court. Congress controls the JURISDICTION of any court below the Supreme Court.] gives them 100 percent control over the lower courts and that Article III Section 2 [See below] grants them full power to regulate the appellate jurisdiction of the Supreme Court.

The entire strategy of the ‘Right’ for the past 45 years has been to legitimize judicial supremacy [Judicial Tyranny], while promising to get enough of their own people on the courts to overturn bad decisions. Aside from the numerous other faults in this argument, there is no guarantee that Alito and Gorsuch would necessarily reverse Roe and Casey, at least not categorically. And even if they would, it’s clear we’d only have three votes [We would not have Kennedy unless he repents. I think we would have Roberts.].
Meanwhile, as we’ve legitimized the specter of judicial supremacy [Judicial Tyranny], the courts have redefined married, citizenship, foreign policy, sexuality, and election laws [All are of the Left’s agenda and the Left controls the courts.]. The list goes on.
It seems that there is no floor to the depths of judicial Gomorrah that will ever elicit a righteous reaction from the Right to use its constitutional powers over the courts [Sadly true. The tyranny should have been ended at Roe.]. We’ve seen that 60 million dead [murdered] babies weren’t enough reason. Mandating transgenderism in the military, abortions [murders of babies within the womb] for illegals, and concocting an international right to immigrate aren’t either. After all, if courts can make death out of life, they can make denizens of aliens and Y chromosomes out of X chromosomes [The transsexual nonsense.].
Courts are now elevating Roe and Casey to such a level that states are being prohibited from even imposing basic safety regulations on abortion [murder of babies within the womb] clinics or banning the most gruesome abortion practices. They are even forcing states to actually fund Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood]. As we learned in the illegal alien abortion [murder of babies within the womb] case, anything short of directly driving an illegal alien to an abortion [murder of babies within the womb] clinic is deemed an undue burden on a fundamental right [It is not now and never has been a right.]. Legal immigrants have no First Amendment right to donate to political campaigns or Second Amendment right to own a gun, but illegal aliens now have the ‘right’ to the phantom amendment of abortion [murder of babies within the womb], which has been elevated over real rights.
And what is the reaction from the GOP and even so-called social conservative groups? Crickets. They obsequiously listen to every whim of a district judge, even when it violates statute, Constitution, settled case law, common sense, and morality.
This is the permanent, categorical, and almost irreversible government shutdown nobody is discussing. We can only go so long as a nation when states are forced to follow illegitimate edicts of illegitimate powers but other states can openly thwart the most legitimate and foundational laws flowing directly from constitutionally granted powers. And we can only go so long as a nation when one party is willing to fight for the illegitimate and immoral with 100 times the gusto the other party is willing to fight for the legitimate and the moral.
The solutions and tools are there for us in the Constitution [True. They MUST be used. Courts MUST be held accountable.]. But we won’t come to a resolution on abortion [murder of babies within the womb] or any other important issues as a nation until Republicans care about 60 million murdered babies as much as Democrats [Leftists] care about illegal aliens [The Left does not care about illegal aliens. They care about the advancement of their agenda and are using illegal aliens as “useful pawns” who will be abandoned when they no longer serve a useful purpose.].
He has left out a major tool to control the courts and one that has been used more often than the others. Impeachment and conviction. We must start impeaching federal judges who violate their oath of office and abuse their judicial authority. WE MUST if we hope to end judicial tyranny quickly.

We need many more conservatives in the Senate to abolish the sinful EVIL that is the murder of babies within the womb. That is why I will be concentrating on Senate elections in 2018 although also dealing with some important House races. We need to end the abomination that is the murder of babies within the womb. Every day is a day too late.
It is past time to hold federal judges accountable. Impeachment is a method provided within the Constitution to hold federal judges accountable. We need to elect Congressional candidates who are willing to expose the misdeeds of judges and are willing to hold them accountable through impeachment and conviction, if necessary.

We need to replace as many Establishment Republicans will conservatives as we can. We all know Mitch McConnell and his crew are going to support the Establishment Republican over a conservative. They have time after time. We last saw it in Alabama where Establishment Republicans including Mitt Romney actually helped the Leftist win the special election.
This election year, I will concentrate on federal Senate elections, selected federal House elections, and certain gubernatorial elections. Illinois will be one of those gubernatorial elections. The Illinois primary is currently underway. In the primaries, I will concentrate on the Republican candidates most often.
We need to rededicate ourselves to abolishing the murder of babies within the womb this coming year. The sooner the murder of babies within the womb is abolished, the more innocent lives that will be saved. Pray and then get actively involved in the solution. If we are not part of the solution, we are part of the problem. Words have consequences. Actions have consequences. Inaction has consequences.

Congress by law affirms that any local official and/or State official who tries to hinder and/or does not apply these laws properly has committed a criminal offense. 4) Congress by law affirms that any and all previous court case rulings in contradiction to these specific laws passed by Congress are null and void.
5) Congress by law removes the courts from any ability to alter and/or invalidate any provisions of these specific laws passed by Congress.
