Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need one more Constitutional Justice and the one appointed has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. It is past time to attack the evil of murdering babies within the womb on every front with every legal weapon we can use until the murder of babies within the womb is abolished completely throughout the United States and its territories. Monday I began a short series on Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals [DACA]. Jeff Flake was and is one of the original “Gang of Eight” which tried to force amnesty down the throats of the American people during the Obama Administration. The “Gang of Eight” consisted of four Establishment Republican Senators and four Leftist Senators including Illinois Senator Dick Durbin.
DACA was defeated twice in Congress. Once during the George W. Bush Presidency and once during the Barack Hussein Obama Presidency. President Obama, after the defeat, then basically unconstitutionally imposed DACA through the misuse of executive orders. The push now is to once more impose DACA upon the nation with a law passed by Congress.

Five of the six were part of the 2013 ‘Gang of 8 [Corey Gardner was not in the Senate at the time. He was in the House.]’ whose amnesty bill was eventually killed because of the massive grassroots opposition to the bill, and all six have a career amnesty grade on the NumbersUSA immigration-reduction grade cards of an F or worse (Senator Gardner has a D). It’s no wonder that their proposal is so bad.
President Trump and the White House have already said the proposal is a non-starter because it doesn’t include any of the President’s 4 pillars that he’s asked to be part of a DACA [Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals] amnesty [What he says and what we end up with may be two very different items.]. And already today, the second highest ranking Republican in the Senate, Majority Whip John Cornyn ([Establishment] Republican-Texas), tweeted out that the bill would not receive a vote in the Senate or the House [He had better be correct.].
Still, if the bill gains momentum over the next few days, it could receive enough bipartisan support in the Senate that it would force Majority Leader Mitch McConnell to bring the bill to the floor for a vote. The ‘Gang of 6’ proposal would:
1) NOT limit the amnesty to DACA. Instead, it would grant amnesty with work permits to the entire ‘Dreamer’ illegal-alien population, estimated to be around 3.3 million people. It would also grant amnesty to the millions of parents of ‘Dreamers’ by offering them renewable visas with work permits.
2) NOT end CHAIN MIGRATION. Instead, it would shift green cards for adult children of green card holders to the spouses and minor children of green card holders. New immigrants would still be able to sponsor their adult children for green cards once they become citizens—as well as their brothers, sisters and parents.
3) NOT end the VISA LOTTERY. Instead, it takes 1/2 of the Lottery green cards for illegal aliens who have Temporary Protected Status [TPS] and uses the other 1/2 for green cards for Lottery countries. Once all TPS recipients have received green cards, it would shift all the green cards to the Lottery countries.
4) NOT mandate E-VERIFY. The bill does nothing to prevent future illegal immigration, including shutting off the jobs magnet by requiring all employers to use E-Verify, which means Congress will be back in the same spot 10 years from now debating the next amnesty [If not sooner.].
5) NOT fund BORDER SECURITY. Although the proposal would appropriate money for the border, none of it can be used to build new fencing. The ‘Gang of 6’ limits the $1.6 billion it sets aside for wall funding to be used only to repair existing structures.
In short, a simply horrendous bill that gives the Left everything they want with absolutely nothing in return. And at least three so-called Republicans are pushing this.

Monday afternoon on Neil Cavuto’s program on Fox News, CRTV host Allie Stuckey gave voice to a simple truth: If the government shuts down at the end of the week, it’ll be the Democrats’ fault [Actually, the government will not shut down even if there is no agreement. By law, only non-essential parts of government may shut down. Which means that we would actually learn that there is much the federal government does that they have NO constitutional authority to do and that should not be done by the federal government. There are eight federal Departments starting with the Education Department that are unconstitutionally operating.].
Congress needs to pass a spending bill by Friday, but negotiations over a deal to shield DACA recipients from deportation are complicating matters, with Democrats refusing to support a government funding bill as long as the legal status of so-called ‘dreamers’ remains in limbo [Let the Left shut down the government. It will be their voters that will be affected to a far greater degree than Republican voters. Leftist voters are far more dependent upon federal government handouts than are conservatives. We might even be able to cut the federal deficient by a few million to a few billion dollars. Wouldn’t that be different?].
