Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need one more Constitutional Justice and the one appointed has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. It is past time to attack the evil of murdering babies within the womb on every front with every legal weapon we can use until the murder of babies within the womb is abolished completely throughout the United States and its territories. January 19, 2018 (LifeSiteNews) — This slightly revised version of my August 22, 2012 blog post is even more important today. That is because of the inexplicably aggressive opposition to the Heartbeat Bill by some of the leading US pro-life organizations and pro-life political leaders. This would have greatly distressed Nellie Gray.
What is worse is that this opposition is occurring during the extraordinary window of opportunity of having (for now) the most pro-life President ever, who would very likely support and strongly talk up the bill—if only the pro-life leaders would get their act together about what they claim about wanting to stop ALL abortions [murders of babies within the womb. Which means ABOLISHING the murder of babies within the womb in each and every situation. There are no exceptions to “Though shalt not murder.” I’m not sure that some who claim to be pro-life understand this. One can not accept the murder of some babies and be truly pro-life. GOD knows.]
I can’t imagine what President Trump is thinking when he sees a powerful bill—with strong congressional support and which would prevent most abortions [murders of babies within the womb]—being actively opposed by some pro-life leaders who instead promote a bill that will only ban the killing of a comparatively tiny number of abortion [murders of babies within the womb] victims who are born alive (although that is also a worthy bill to support [He is speaking of the heartbeat bill in the first instance. Both should be supported and passed. However, what needs to be done is to abolish the murder of babies within the womb in ALL instances without exception.]).
Political pragmatism betrays that one does not believe in the power of truth and grace [Does not believe in the power of the HOLY SPIRIT.] and that one foolishly believes they can actually predict for certain, like a crystal ball, what will and won’t work politically and legally. It is a siren song that appeals above all to human pride .
I have come to despise political pragmatism when it comes to life and death issues. It has caused much unnecessary heartbreak over the years, has been the bane of the pro-life movement and is, in my view, a form of denial of Christ [And the HOLY SPIRIT.].
It sends the message that Our Lord’s all-powerful truth, his grace and relying on Him above all else, are just not good enough. I cannot see that we can ever win with that attitude of the superiority of political ‘experts’ earthly strategies versus trust in God [Is there any power greater than GOD? NO.].

WASHINGTON, D.C., August 22, 2012 (LifeSiteNews) — The death of Nellie Gray on August 13, 2012 has led to more reporting of the March for Life Fund’s ‘no exceptions, no compromises’ Life Principles which Gray strongly promoted all during her years of leadership with the march that began in 1974 [A year after the Roe vs. Wade decision. We have allowed nine people to make life and death decisions based upon their OWN beliefs rather than the Constitution. Nowhere in the Constitution does anyone including mothers have the authority to murder any person. The decisions on murdering babies within the womb are based upon lies and personal opinions which NEVER should have been allowed to stand.]. In the video of a September 14, 1994 EWTN television program in which Gray was interviewed by Mother Angelica, Gray was given an opportunity to fully explain her position (from start to 12:00 minutes) which in her view was the only one that a true pro-life leader could hold.

Nellie Gray, a World War II veteran and former attorney with the Departments of State and Labor for 28 years, was a constant, but usually respectful critic of pro-life incremental strategies that allowed for exceptions for the life of the mother, rape, incest and other conditions that compromised the fundamental principle that every innocent human life must be protected [GOD has NO exceptions for “Thou shalt not murder.”]. Gray explained that the first unacceptable compromise of allowing abortion [murder of babies within the womb] for the life of the mother, naturally led to the cascade of other exceptions which made it difficult to convince abortionists [murderers of babies within the womb] of the wrongness of abortion [murder of babies within the womb] and also divided the pro-life movement.
She stated on the program:
‘When we found legislation making exceptions first for the life of the mother, rather than putting in there equal care for both the mother and the pre-born child, they (pro-life leaders and others) were actually saying that someone had the authority to kill an innocent child. Then you know what happened, once they made that one exception for the life of the mother, abortionists [murderers of babies within the womb] came along and put an exception for rape and incest and deformed children. And once those principles were violated, then unfortunately it was extremely difficult to make the abortionists [murderers of babies within the womb] understand that killing an innocent human being is not within the scope of either the moral or the secular law, and it is because of that, … those exceptions divided the various organizations [The old “Divide and conquer” strategy.].’
Gray told Mother Angelica that the ‘half a loaf’ or now often known as the ‘something is better than nothing’ strategy, ‘not only doesn’t work, it doesn’t work in either morality or law or strategy.’ She went on explain to Mother Angelica,
‘What we have seen is that there was an effort to compromise on this basic subject of life for which there is no compromise [Absolutely true.]. You’re either for or against it [It is either murder or it is not.]. There is no neutrality and there is no in between. You can’t have a little bit of abortion [murder of babies within the womb]. You can’t be a little bit pregnant [True.]. You must understand that life must be protected in total [From conception to natural death.]. And once those principles were broken, more and more education was done that it is alright to kill [murder] some babies and unfortunately that came from those who were trying to defend life. And when that wrong message got through then unfortunately we’ve had 22 years [Now 45 years. It is more difficult trying to go uphill than downhill if we depend upon ourselves rather than GOD.] of going downhill.’
A student of the Nuremberg Trials that tried and sentenced to death Nazi leaders for their ‘crimes against humanity’ during the war, Gray told Mother Angelica that the mass killing of the preborn in America ‘fits right into the principles of the Nuremberg Trials.’ She emphasized the serious individual responsibility of everyone to not be complicit in the killing [murdering] as were many Germans who claimed all kinds of unacceptable excuses for their actions or inactions related to the killings [murders] that took place in the death camps and other atrocities committed by the Nazis during the war.
The Nuremberg Trial ‘crimes against humanity’ also included abortion as mentioned in a report:
‘The Tribunal had stated: ‘The acts and conduct, as set forth in this Judgment, and as substantially charged in the indictment (‘encouraging and compelling abortions [murders of babies within the womb]’) constitute crimes against humanity … and … war crimes.’
‘If we applied the same principles (Nuremberg Principles) to ourselves’, emphasized Nellie Gray, ‘we would stop abortion [murder of babies within the womb] overnight.’ Gray remembered how the United States stood in judgment of the Nazis in Germany, but that, ‘Somehow, we have forgotten the Nuremberg Trials [Because it is convenient to not remember the strict standards that we applied to others and have failed to apply to ourselves. Under the Nuremberg standards the seven judges who sanctioned the murder of babies within the womb would have been sentenced to death for the now murder of approximately 60 million babies within the womb.].’”
GOD knows the EVIL we as a nation have done and the EVIL we continue to condone. It is past time to REPENT. It is past time to ABOLISH the murder of babies within the womb. Forty-five years of murdering babies within the womb is forty-five years too long. We will ALL be held accountable for our actions and for our inactions.

We need many more conservatives in the Senate to abolish the sinful EVIL that is the murder of babies within the womb. That is why I will be concentrating on Senate elections in 2018 although also dealing with some important House races. We need to end the abomination that is the murder of babies within the womb. Every day is a day too late.
It is past time to hold federal judges accountable. Impeachment is a method provided within the Constitution to hold federal judges accountable. We need to elect Congressional candidates who are willing to expose the misdeeds of judges and are willing to hold them accountable through impeachment and conviction, if necessary.

We need to replace as many Establishment Republicans will conservatives as we can. We all know Mitch McConnell and his crew are going to support the Establishment Republican over a conservative. They have time after time. We last saw it in Alabama where Establishment Republicans including Mitt Romney actually helped the Leftist win the special election.
This election year, I will concentrate on federal Senate elections, selected federal House elections, and certain gubernatorial elections. Illinois will be one of those gubernatorial elections. The Illinois primary is currently underway. In the primaries, I will concentrate on the Republican candidates most often.
We need to rededicate ourselves to abolishing the murder of babies within the womb this coming year. The sooner the murder of babies within the womb is abolished, the more innocent lives that will be saved. Pray and then get actively involved in the solution. Congress by law affirms that any local official and/or State official who tries to hinder and/or does not apply these laws properly has committed a criminal offense. Congress by law establishes the legal parameters for prosecuting and punishing all such criminal offenses.
4) Congress by law affirms that any and all previous court case rulings in contradiction to these specific laws passed by Congress are null and void.
5) Congress by law removes the courts from any ability to alter and/or invalidate any provisions of these specific laws passed by Congress.
