Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need one more Constitutional Justice and the one appointed has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. August is back to school month which is normally the second busiest season for retailers like Target. Yet, while the Dow Jones was up 3.99%, Target was only up 1.14%. The boycott stills seems to be having the desired effect.

A little background: I started full time teaching in 1970 teaching at a rural high school in Illinois that had 200 students in the high school. I was the varsity baseball coach, the freshman/sophomore and freshman basketball coach, the assistant varsity basketball coach, and the assistant track coach. We played baseball in the fall, basketball in the winter and ran track, without actually having a track, in the spring. Those were the only three sports we had and, of course, there were no girls’ sports.
My fresh/soph basketball team was 16-6 and the two best sophomores never practiced or played with the fresh/soph team. They were starters on the varsity team which was something like 25-4 for the season. My freshman team was 5-2 with only 7-8 players on the team. It’s been a long time and I don’t remember whether it was 7 or 8. We could not afford players fouling out of a game.
At that time, Illinois only had one class for sports. The next year, Illinois switched to a two class system. Small schools like our school started the Basketball State Tournament with District games. Only the winner of the District Tournament played in the Regional Tournament when the other teams in the State began playing in the tournament. Winners in the Regionals played in a Sectional. Winners in a Sectional played in a Super Sectional. The eight winners of the Super Sectionals played a State Tournament game on Friday. The losers went home. The four winners played two games each on Saturday for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th place finishes at the State Championship Tournament.
We won our District, won our Regional being the only District team to win a Regional, and lost the first game of the Sectional to the team that eventually finished 3rd in the State Tournament Championship. We started 2 sophomores, 2 juniors, and 1 senior. We were a very good team for a small school. I left the school district at the end of the year and taught for nine years, without coaching, at a large suburban Chicago area school.
In 1980, we moved to an unincorporated area of Tucson, Arizona. In 1982, I was elected to the Marana School District Board of Education. While on the Board, I took our two children to home football games in the fall, boys’ basketball games in the winter, and girls’ basketball games in the spring. At that time, girls played softball in the winter and basketball in the spring. Marana girls’ basketball won a State Championship one of those four years that I was on the Board. In 1986 during my last year on the Board, I offered a motion which passed to move girls’ basketball to the winter and girls’ softball to the spring. A short time later, Tucson Unified School District, which at the time was the 2nd largest District in the State, passed a similar motion. It took several years but eventually most of the public school districts in Arizona changed as well.
In 2004, I moved back to my hometown of Morton, Illinois for family reasons. I started watching Morton girls’ basketball home games and have been watching them ever since except for two years when I moved to and lived in Texas and two plus years when I self-exiled myself from watching sports.
I give this background because of the lunacy that is now happening of boys delusively thinking they are girls and being allowed to participate as girls in girls’ high school sports. Today’s post deals with a State Championship Girls’ Track Meet in which two males participated as if they were females although not.
What is the point of this background information? With all the girls’ basketball I have seen including three State Championship teams, my fresh-soph boys’ basketball team, without the two varsity starters, would have defeated every girls’ team I watched. By high school, boys are NATURALLY superior athletes to girls. That truth takes nothing away from girls’ sports. It is simply a biological fact of life.
Note: I know that some high school athletes are 18 and 19-years-old making them men and women rather than boys and girls. I’m using boys and girls for clarity sake.

He gets to switch based upon his own will and desire? How is that equal?].
Asked about the two girls who worked for years who got knocked out of the finals by Miller and Yearwood [Not to mention other girls on the way to the State finals.] and the two girls who finished seventh and eighth in the finals who were denied a chance to compete in the New England championships, CIAC executive director Karissa Niehoff said, ‘We do feel for them [Really nice of you.]. Fully agree it doesn’t feel good [Feel good? What nonsense. It is the girls who are being denied equal treatment. Not boys pretending to be girls.]. The optic isn’t good. But we really do have to look at the bigger issues that speak to civil rights [There is NO civil right for boys to compete as girls. That is a bunch of Leftist nonsense and lies. Hillhouse coach Gary Moore told Hearst Connecticut Media that Miller should be able to compete [NO, he should not.], but the situation ‘wasn’t fair to the girls [What an understatement.],’ adding, something should be done to ‘level the playing field [How about NOT allowing boys to compete against girls?].’ He stated, ‘I’ve been stopped by at least five coaches, all of them saying they really liked what I said in the paper. How come other coaches aren’t talking? This is a big issue a lot of coaches have, that we’ve got to do something, but how come you’re not saying anything? I’ve said what I needed to say. I’m getting a little annoyed with the coaches that we haven’t been able to get together and do what’s best for everybody.’
Selina Soule of Glastonbury High, who finished sixth in the 100 and has studied the literature about Title IX and competitive sports, said of the rule allowing transgender [transsexual] athletes to compete against persons of the opposite biological sex, ‘Of course, it should be that way for math and science and chorus. Sports are set up for fairness [For boys in boys’ sports and girls in girls’ sports. The only way it can be fair since boys are NATURALLY better athletes than girls by high school.]. Biologically male and female are different [Duh.]. The great majority is being sacrificed for the minority [True. And a delusional minority at that. Title IX was NEVER meant to allow males to compete in girls sports and both of these individuals ARE now and forever will be males. This is happening because of federal court tyranny as well as Leftist tyranny at both the federal level under the Obama Administration and Leftist tyranny in some Leftist States.
It is elementary, boys competing in girls’ athletics WILL DESTROY girls’ athletics. By the high school level, boys are NATURALLY superior to girls in every high school sport of which I know. The boys’ record for the 100 meter is basically the same as the women’s world record. Morton only records in tenth of a seconds.
