Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need one more Constitutional Justice and the one appointed has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. It is past time to attack the evil of murdering babies within the womb on every front with every legal weapon we can use until the murder of babies within the womb is abolished completely throughout the United States and its territories. Murder of babies within the womb is a horrendous evil that needs to and must be terminated.

The federal government should not even be involved in education. Education is not a power granted to the federal government by the Constitution. I have been following the case of Alfie Evans in England from the time Lifenews started reporting on it. I’ve been reluctant to write about it because, quite frankly, socialist governments almost always win out in the end. In socialism whether so-called socialist democracies or in flat out tyrannical socialist governments, the government is supreme over the citizen. It seems that developments in his case are coming to a conclusion unless the government has a “change of heart.”

Five days after a children’s hospital yanked his life support without his parent’s permission, little Alfie Evans has died. Alfie’s death comes after a massive legal battle between the hospital [Government run hospital. Decided by a government run court.] and his parents Tom and Kate.
In posts on Facebook, Alfie’s mother and father confirmed his passing.
‘Our baby boy grew his wings tonight at 2:30 am. We are heart broken. Thank you everyone for all your support,’ she wrote.
‘My gladiator lay down his shield and gained his wings at 02:30 absolutely heartbroken,’ the boy’s father Tom Evans wrote on Facebook.
The legal battle sparked anger nationwide in England but also internationally as people stood up for Alfie’s parents and strongly opposed courts and hospitals making life and death decisions for patients over their families objections.
There is concern that the hospital contributed to his death.
As LifeNews reported, after removing his life support without permission, officials at Alder Hey Children’s Hospital waited 28 hours before finally feeding the 23-month old boy, who was fighting a rare neurological condition. Alfie’s Father Tom Evans confirmed at the time that his son was finally being fed but he condemned hospital officials for waiting so long to finally get him the nutrition he needs [What? Doesn’t every sick person go 28 hours without nourishment? Isn’t that a recognized “good practices” procedure?].
‘They only started feeding him at one ‘o’clock yesterday. It’s disgusting how he’s being treated,’ Evans said. ‘Not even an animal would be treated like this. He’s proving them wrong. It’s time to give him some grace and dignity and let him go home or to Italy [Didn’t happen as far as I can tell from the accounts read. Didn’t go home and certainly didn’t go to Italy for treatment.].’
The other day, Alfie’s parents changed course and decided to end their battle.
Alfie Evans’ father Tom Evans called for supporters of Alfie and his family to “stand down” so they can begin ‘building a bridge’ with Alder Hey Children’s Hospital and its staff. The statement from Alfie’s father was surprising given the animosity that had developed between the Evans family and the hospital. Hospital officials have spent months in court preventing Alfie’s family from taking him to a hospital in Italy or even taking him home. Hospital officials even went as far as misleading courts by saying that they never said Alfie would die quickly after his life support was removed—even though they initially said Alfie would die within minutes after yanking his life support over his parents’ objections.
But perhaps seeing that there was little opportunity left to fight for Alfie’s rights and their right to take him abroad or take him home or sensing a need to appease the hospital to bring him home, Tom Evans struck a conciliatory tone.

Later, the family of Alfie Evans blasted a false news report saying his parents are supposedly preparing for his death.
Alfie’s parents had hoped to take the little boy to the hospital in order to potentially get experimental treatment that could help his rare degenerative neurological condition but courts repeatedly denied that. Justice Hayden ruled that Alfie’s family would not be able to fly him to Italy for treatment and appeared to say that this was the final decision related to his case. He said flying Alfie to Italy could harm his health because, as court testimony indicated, the flight could trigger possible ‘continuous seizures due to stimulations’ of the flight [He could possibly die in flight? Instead of dying in the hospital? Seriously?]. But Alfie’s parents are concerned Alfie will die if he doesn’t get care and possible experimental treatment in Italy.
A British doctors group, The Medical Ethics Alliance, expressed its horror over the treatment of Alfie Evans that it called a ‘medical [government] tyranny.’
And Italy’s Healthcare Chief has slammed the decisions by UK [UK is United Kingdom is Britain is England. I can no longer refer to it as Great Britain. If it was ever “Great,” it is no longer.] courts to treat Alfie the way that they had. The President of the Italian National Institute of Health lambasted the UK High Court’s decision yesterday on Alfie Evans’ that resulted it the children’s hospital being allowed to remove life support over Alfie’s parents’ objections.
Pope Francis repeatedly spoken on Alfie’s behalf and urged that Alfie’s parents be allowed to bring him to Italy.
Members of Parliament are leading a new campaign for a law to prevent the tragic situation happening to Alfie Evans and his parents from happening to any other family [The horses have escaped, close the barn doors. They’ll take Alfie, but the doctors in England won’t budge. And that, in fact, appears to be the only clear-cut thing about any of this—except that Alfie has now lived days longer than his ‘doctors’ claimed he would without life support.
There are no second opinions. There is no acceptance of alternative points of view. There is only a non-negotiable trip to a coffin. Now tell me again then why you have any assurance as a progressive [Leftist] that you will get your kid back after a doctor disagrees with your choices after your child gets, oh, let’s say inoperable cancer.
The courts? They aren’t arguing about whether the doctor has the power to take your kid away. They are only arguing whether he should. And in a place where the state and big medicine are the same game [Every socialist country on earth.], how do you think that is going to go most of the time [The government wins, you lose.]?
2) How much should a public official or doctor’s opinion about something as subjective as your ‘attitude’ impact your rights are concerning your child? Because in England, it appears the actual translation of the Hippocratic Oath is ‘Either you kiss my [Slang deleted.] or the kid dies.’
Instead of locking up a doctor who says Alfie can’t go home unless his parents improve their attitude about how awesome their son dying actually is, the courts continue to side with such a fiend.
So what non-triggering, safe-space, pagan-approved buzzwords must I not only know but swear blood oaths on in order to pass muster with the commissars in charge of assessing the worthiness of my attitude? I know they made an entire episode of ‘Black Mirror’ about this concept, but I still haven’t found the sweet spot.
What if my attitude is good enough one day but not the next? What if my attitude is good enough for one person and not the other? Or maybe, nah, could this be it? Could it not really be about my attitude at all [Duh.]?
Could that just be a scapegoat for the total lack of accountability there is for progressive [Leftist] double standards and magical thinking in general [Not a bad description of the Left. Double standards and magical thinking = Leftist reality.]?
3) By what moral calculus should progressive [Leftist] media be concerned with the fate of Shania Twain and Kanye West at a level that dwarfs its nonexistent concern for Alfie Evans [Bing had two articles on this. The first that Alfie’s life support was removed. The second that he died. That was it. Bing had five stories in one day on the “student” march for “gun control.”]?
Well, that’s a trick question. The undue concern or the total lack thereof are both means to the same kind of end: Death. In the case of the first two, it’s a death to their reputations. In the case of Alfie, it’s the bloody full monty. But death it is, either way. Ignore them. Lie about them. Troll them. Whatever it takes. Just get it done. You will be made to care or suffer the consequences.
It’s the progressive [Leftist] way.
I promise you there are newsrooms in America justifying their lack of attention to Alfie’s plight by telling themselves it’s a local story in another country. Just like I know in so many newsrooms they ignored the horrors of Kermit Gosnell [Murderer of babies within the womb who was tried and convicted for murdering babies outside the womb after he failed to murder them within the womb.].
4) Where does the hospital get off ejecting Alfie’s priest from his room? Because in a nationalized health care system like the UK’s, where health care decisions are being decided by courts and not the customer, you can bet this is the state. The state run amok, in fact. Which is what Alfie’s execution [murder] is really about. The state is sending you and all of us a clear message: We own you. Your life, your conscience, your worship, your oxygen, your food, your family, and everything else you are [The government reigns supreme as long as it is a Leftist government.]. And if the state is willing to put down [murder] an innocent toddler to prove its point, imagine what it will do to the elderly, disabled, or those ‘on the wrong side of history [Leftist speak for those who do NOT support the Leftist agenda.].’”
Written Friday. Alfie died Saturday. His death was inevitable since the government run hospital stopped ALL medical treatment and the child was DENIED the right to have anyone else provide treatment.
The government is supreme in socialism. When it is the parents or the ordinary citizen vs. the government, the government almost always inevitably wins under socialist tyranny. It does not matter if the imposed socialism is a “democratically elected” socialist government or a forced tyrannical socialist government. The government is supreme for the “common good” as DEFINED by the government.
What is happened in England with Alfie Evans happens when societies try to and essentially succeed in removing GOD from the society. A GODLESS society is a soulless, corrupt, condemned, evil society.

It seems that it was not only the Obama Administration that manipulated the amount of the National Debt. We need many more conservatives in the Senate to abolish the sinful EVIL that is the murder of babies within the womb. That is why I will be concentrating on Senate elections in 2018 although also dealing with some important House races. We need to end the abomination that is the murder of babies within the womb. Every day is a day too late.
It is past time to hold federal judges accountable. Impeachment is a method provided within the Constitution to hold federal judges accountable. We need to elect Congressional candidates who are willing to expose the misdeeds of judges and are willing to hold them accountable through impeachment and conviction, if necessary.

We need to replace as many Establishment Republicans will conservatives as we can. We all know Mitch McConnell and his crew are going to support the Establishment Republican over a conservative. They have time after time. We last saw it in Alabama where Establishment Republicans including Mitt Romney actually helped the Leftist win the special election.
This election year, I will concentrate on federal Senate elections, selected federal House elections, and certain gubernatorial elections. Illinois will be one of those gubernatorial elections. The Illinois primary is currently underway. In the primaries, I will concentrate on the Republican candidates most often.
We need to rededicate ourselves to abolishing the murder of babies within the womb this coming year. The sooner the murder of babies within the womb is abolished, the more innocent lives that will be saved. Pray and then get actively involved in the solution. Congress by law affirms that any local official and/or State official who tries to hinder and/or does not apply these laws properly has committed a criminal offense. 4) Congress by law affirms that any and all previous court case rulings in contradiction to these specific laws passed by Congress are null and void.
