Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need one more Constitutional Justice and the one appointed has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. It is past time to attack the evil of murdering babies within the womb on every front with every legal weapon we can use until the murder of babies within the womb is abolished completely throughout the United States and its territories. Last year, in one of the many stupefying power grabs of the judiciary, several district judges issued a royal edict demanding that Trump admit into the military the most suicidal demographic of men who self-identify as women or vice versa [People who are delusional believing they are a sex that they are not.]. A policy that never existed since our founding until the final year of Obama’s presidency and was certainly never authorized by statute [Absolutely NOT.] was, much like executive amnesty, codified into our Constitution by rogue judges [Usurping the Constitution. It is absolutely NOT in the Constitution anywhere.].
At the time, I asked the obvious question: where is Congress and what is its response [Nowhere to be found. I believe Establishment Republicans are scared to death of the radical homosexual movement. Last year, I sent over 30 e-mails to Speaker of the House Paul Ryan. They were ALL ignored. Not one single response from his office.]? After all, had this happened just a half a generation ago, there would have been bipartisan pushback against such a radical and dangerous move both from a military standpoint and from a separation of powers standpoint [Back in the day when the Left did not utterly control the Democrat Party which is no longer the Democrat Party. It is the Leftist, Socialist, Progressive Party of America at the federal level. And in some blue States.] – that a district judge could now become commander in chief [Only become Congress has allowed it to happen. Federal judges are NOT being held accountable by Congress.].
In comes the fiscal year 2019 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). As we noted last week, the entire purpose of the authorization bill is to debate the policies of the military and its entire mission, not just spending figures and procurements [It seems to only be theoretically anymore.]. Yet most of the discussion and proposed amendments deal with the latter, without questioning the foundational purpose of our missions or our mission readiness.
Representative Steve King, R-Iowa, stepped up to the plate and offered amendments dealing with the dangerous social engineering and the religious liberty problems in the military [Which are immense after eight years of the Obama Administration.]. He proposed an amendment to bar funding for transgender [transsexual] sensitivity training and for enforcing Obama’s Executive Order 13672, which forced all defense contractors to comply with the transgender [transsexual] agenda in order to do business with the Pentagon [Sick.].
One would think that with Republicans in charge of Congress and a sitting president supportive of such ideas, the least leadership would do is make the amendments in order [One would think. One would be wrong. Paul Ryan is an absolute failure as Speaker of the House.], if not downright stir up support of those amendments. Yet the Rules Committee [Chairman is Pete Sessions (Texas Republican) since 2013. Conservative Review Scorecard: F 51%.], which is an arm of the speaker, rejected those amendments while approving a number of ridiculous Democrat amendments and amendments dealing with issues of significantly less importance.
However, this is not surprising. We already knew that the GOP establishment long ago conceded that anything the sexual identity movement wants to do will not be met with a modicum of opposition, even when it hurts our combat readiness [Why? I have the list of the 24 Establishment Republicans who voted last year to force taxpayers to pay for mutilating surgery for delusional transsexuals who are in the military. See above: House of Representatives Republicans “Wall of Shame.” Most of them still have primaries coming up. Do they have challengers? At least one does. I will discuss that Representative and her challenger tomorrow. The LORD willing.]. What is shocking is that not a single ‘pro-family’ Washington group has focused on this issue [They have surrendered to the inevitable? I think they are more concerned right now with ending the murder of babies within the womb although, in fact, they are both linked.]. I was told by a member of Congress yesterday that ‘every pro-family group,’ including the Family Research Council, supported jailbreak legislation that will retroactively release thousands of hardened federal prisoners ahead of time with almost no exceptions. Yet I confirmed with Steve King’s office that not a single group spoke out in support of his NDAA amendments, which are clearly more germane to their stated mission than soft-on-crime initiatives.
This is a widespread ailment plaguing the conservative movement. President Trump has not been a religious Christian or conservative for most of his life, and it is not realistic to expect him to be more fervent in support of their priorities than the groups are themselves. Yet Trump seems to be sensitive to campaign promises and recognizes the role Christians played in getting him elected. Imagine if ‘social conservative’ groups actually said that what they want as a movement is the president’s support for amendments in the defense bill blocking the transgender [transsexual] agenda and the judicial assault on his role as commander in chief. Imagine if these groups actually fought back against the judicial war on God and natural law and brought these ideas to the attention of the president with the same vigor that they marshal to promote sympathy for drug traffickers [OUCH.].
Just yesterday, a federal district judge in Virginia ruled that Title IX and the Fourteenth Amendment create a right for a girl to use the boys’ bathroom and that a school district must accommodate it [An absolutely outrageous decision. See below.]. You heard that right. With the flick of the wrist, a random [Radical Leftist] federal judge can suggest that an amendment ratified in 1867 and a statute written in 1972 force schools to allow those with the wrong plumbing into the men’s room. Have we lost our minds as a movement that something like this could happen and none of these groups even care [Good question.]? We’ve reached a point where district courts are winning 50-year culture battles overnight for the hard Left, and these groups ignore proposals for judicial reform and refuse to promote them with Congress with the same gusto they now promote the jailbreak agenda.

The second most important court in the land, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia, ruled that all teenage girls (and some lie about their age) coming here for an abortion [murder of babies within the womb] must be given direct access to an abortion [murder of babies within the womb] clinic [Leftist judges usurping the Constitution and Congress does NOTHING.]. Another judge went a step further and made it clear that the government must fully notify teenagers of their ‘right’ to an abortion [murder of babies within the womb. These Leftist judges NEED to be held accountable. That is primarily the responsibility of Congress.]. Thus, we have abortion [murder of babies within the womb] refugees [illegal aliens].
Now there is a growing trend of courts granting asylum for transgenderism [transsexualism.]. The same countries that don’t allow abortions [murder of babies within the womb] also don’t enthusiastically support self-immolation as we do here [That we do demonstrates how morally depraved we have become as a nation.]. Naturally, people are now coming here for ‘asylum.’ Just yesterday, an immigration judge granted asylum to someone fleeing Mexico asserting they fear because of their status as transgendered [transsexual]. Even Article III judges have been applying the Constitution to mix a ‘right to immigrate [There is no right to immigrate into the United States.]’ with a ‘right to self-identify [There is no right to self-identify. Federal judges NEED to be held accountable by Congress.].’
And where are the so-called social conservative groups? Why am I the only one pushing judicial reform [I am. The question is: Why aren’t conservative candidates? There are even Leftists who do not approve of males invading female restrooms, showers, and athletics. This is SUCH a winnable issue. It should be one of the top issues for conservatives. Yet, for the most part, it is nowhere to be found. Meanwhile, the Left is pushing homosexual candidates all over including in Red States. Texas will have at least four avowed homosexuals on the ballot including the Leftist Governor nominee.]?

It is his own private account. It is not a government account. These Leftist judges are power mad and Congress lets them get away with it. Where exactly is that within the Constitution?] It’s mind-boggling how a case like this even gets standing [No kidding.] and exemplifies how courts have been transformed into political legislatures [By the Left because Congress has allowed it.
