Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need one more Constitutional Justice and the one appointed has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. It is past time to attack the evil of murdering babies within the womb on every front with every legal weapon we can use until the murder of babies within the womb is abolished completely throughout the United States and its territories. It is past time to hold federal judges accountable. Impeachment is a method provided within the Constitution to hold federal judges accountable. The state’s Democrats may pass a law to shut down religious speech and create a statewide LGBT [homosexual] ‘safe space [To protect the guilty from their sins which they will eventually discover IS NOT possible. They will ultimately be held accountable.].’
There’s a new legislative proposal banning all conversion therapy as a fraudulent business practice [Seriously, the legislature now wants to declare being opposed to homosexual sinful behavior is a fraudulent business practice. This is not fake news. This is the mentality of the Leftists in the State legislature. Will every area of thought with which the Left disagrees become a fraudulent business practice?]—by not just mental health providers but anyone. Since the ‘independent fact-checkers [Who are themselves fraudulent puppets of the Left.]’ are quick to swarm around conservative ‘misinformation,’ FactCheck.org, PolitiFact and Snopes have all cried ‘False’ at the idea that this bill is a threat to the sale of the Bible [Which clearly identifies homosexual behavior as sin.].
They declared that a threat against Bible sales is nowhere in the text of California Assembly Bill 2943 [Since it is not specifically labeled as a violation of the proposed law, it must not be. Right? Until some Leftist district attorney takes a case to a Leftist California court. Just as the “right” to faux homosexual marriage was magically discovered embedded within the Constitution after over 200 years of it NOT being in the Constitution. It is amazing what the Left can find hidden within laws and Constitutions.], offered by gay [homosexual] assembly member Evan Low. That is correct … on its face. It doesn’t mention the Bible.
However, the bill would amend the state Consumer Legal Remedies Act, adding the ability to sue for damages for ‘advertising, offering to engage in, or engaging in sexual orientation change efforts with an individual.’ Any efforts to change someone’s sexual orientation [Why should the State care if someone wants to help someone else out of sin? Because homosexual behavior must never be considered wrong, immoral, or sinful. The truth MUST be squelched.] ‘in a transaction intended to result or that results in the sale or lease of goods or services to any consumer are unlawful. [Does this mean that books and individuals that try to convince heterosexuals to engage in homosexual acts are also unlawful? It should. However, you know no Leftist district attorney is going to apply the law that way.]’ That’s more than therapy. It’s any kind of an argument [It sure is.].
Conservative and Christian lawyers see this proposal as dangerously broad [Duh.]. In National Review, David French called it a ‘dramatic infringement on First Amendment rights [Which governments can not do according to the 1st Amendment for the federal government and according to the 14th Amendment for ALL other governments according to supreme court interpretation of the 14th Amendment.].’ He was alarmed at the language that defines newly unlawful ‘sexual orientation change efforts’ as including ‘efforts to change behaviors or gender expressions, or to eliminate or reduce sexual or romantic attractions or feelings toward individuals of the same sex.”
We know whose expression this bill is designed to curtail. Leftist legislators were not subtle. One assembly member spouted that it is time for legislation to nudge [Nudge? More like FORCE.] the ‘faith community’ to ‘evolve with the times [What does that mean? Accept sin because the Left has accepted sin? Does he include muslims in this? That could be dangerous for him. Muslims kill homosexuals and muslims are loathe to change their teachings.].’
In rating the claim of a threat against Bible sales ‘Mostly False,’ PolitiFact dismissively said: ‘If the law had any impact at all, it would be on those occasions when a Bible is sold in conjunction with a program to change someone’s sexual orientation … with millions of Bibles sold in California, the weight of evidence suggests the bill might only touch a fraction of them [That’s alright then? It is the total number that is important. A little banning is acceptable.] .’
So if a ‘fraction’ of conservative Christians get sued for selling the Bible or similar books, will the ‘fact-checkers’ apologize … after the bill gets signed and becomes law [Of course not.]?
It’s risky for ‘fact-checkers’ to make bold claims of True or False when people make predictions during policy debates. Their crystal ball evaluations [Are nonexistent.] seem largely designed to ‘correct’ (read: intimidate) conservatives from making predictions about the future. What happens when predictions come true [How can “fact checkers” know what is going to happen in the future or how the law is going to be applied?]?
This one-sided ‘fact-checking’ goes back to 1992, when liberal [Leftist] journalists suggested then-President George H.W. Bush was lying when he predicted that Bill Clinton would raise taxes [How can they know the future? They must make millions in the stock market being able to predict the future. Why are they wasting their prediction capabilities doing “fact checking?”]. Clinton was elected, and the next year he signed the largest tax hike in American history.
‘Fact-checkers’ also threw flags when conservatives charged that insurance premiums were ‘skyrocketing’ under Obamacare. PolitiFact decided that the 2013 ‘Lie of the Year’ was then-President Obama’s proclamation that ‘If you like your health care plan, you can keep it’ under Obamacare [That is surprising.]. But in 2009 and 2012, it rated the statement ‘Half True.’ Oops.
Now imagine that instead of California allowing gay [homosexual] activists to sue for damages over any echo of conversion therapy, it allows consumers who lost their insurance plan under Obamacare to sue it for fraudulent fact-checking. It’s unlikely the fact-checkers would rush to defend it. They would see it as … ‘a dramatic infringement on [their] First Amendment rights [As we all know, with Leftists some have 1st Amendment rights and some do not have 1st Amendment rights.].’”

It was about a month ago that my good buddy and chief prophet of woe and lamentation, Conservative Review’s own Daniel Horowitz, was predicting that Republicans [GOP] could lose more than 70 seats in the midterm elections.
Not prone to hyperbole, Horowitz is as data-driven and fact-based a man as I know. And based on the news cycle at that time, I agreed with him. Besides, the GOP was simply showing no signs of actually wanting to win [Establishment Republicans still don’t. If they did, they would not be fighting against conservatives every step of the way. Establishment Republicans spend much more effort defeating conservatives than defeating Leftists. Sometimes, they even work to help Leftists WIN over a conservative. The Republicans did not win majorities in both Houses of Congress and the White House because of what they did. They won the majorities because of what the Left did and still wants to do more of. The Left is losing. It is not Establishment Republicans winning.].
No way could they hold both houses of Congress, and they might even lose both, I said. But the schizophrenia of this political climate has once again slapped me in the face and leads me now to a different conclusion, one adroitly expressed by my show’s editor, Todd Erzen, in this slogan:

That isn’t to say they aren’t really good at darts, like Daniel Horowitz, for example, but the uncertain characters of President Trump, the GOP establishment, and progressives [Leftists] in general collectively make for a chaotic blend of nonsense [An example of that nonsense from the Left is my first post tonight. California is often a great example of Leftist nonsense.] that can’t be tamed by the usual prognostication and forecasting [However, never underestimate the capacity of Establishment Republicans to capitulate to that nonsense and sometimes even those who are conservative.].
Trump can simply decide he wants to have some fun trolling leftists, with no real care for whether the Republicans hold on to power in the capitol or not. And before you know it, woke SJW [Social Justice Warrior] warriors will be burning Berkeley down again in the name of peace and tolerance [Always in the name of peace and tolerance. Tolerance for me; no tolerance for thee.]. Meanwhile, the GOP establishment could actually be trying to lose—which I think they are [Ouch.]—but simply be unable to suck quite as bad as the leftist mob that seems to be reaching for its own pagan brand of Sharia law.

On the day I wrote this column, the starkness of the Trump/GOP victory on that front couldn’t have been more obvious. While Trump was welcoming home three Americans released by North Korea the day after a summit with that country was officially announced for June 12, some purple-haired Muppet and [Self proclaimed.] sexuality ‘expert’ named Deanne Carson was rightly being mocked all over social media for proclaiming, no doubt in the name of reason and science, that parents should ask babies for permission before changing their diapers in order to set up a ‘culture of consent’ from birth [Doesn’t everyone?].
Weird [More than weird. Insane?]. Just before those babies are born, progressives [Leftists] have no problem killing [murdering] them if the mood takes the mother. But post-birth, they want to hold a convocation with them about the [Slang deleted.] in their pants [diapers].
Even though babies are unable to give a verbal answer, Carson said ‘if you leave a space, and wait for body language and wait to make eye contact then you’re letting that child know that their response matters [Sure? At that point in time, their response is usually crying in my experience. Has she ever been a mother?]’
These are the people who want to control every aspect of your life. They don’t just disagree with you. They seek to rule you [Leftists. That is the agenda ultimately.
