Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need two more Constitutional Justices and the second one has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. It is past time to attack the evil of murdering babies within the womb on every front with every legal weapon we can use until the murder of babies within the womb is abolished completely throughout the United States and its territories. Murder of babies within the womb is a horrendous evil that needs to and must be terminated.

This was not my planned post. I came across this article before beginning to write the post and decided to switch to this article.
I graduated from high school in June of 1965 in a small central Illinois town near Peoria. At that time, Morton had a population of about 6,000. I graduated with my Bachelor’s degree from Illinois State University located about 30 miles east of Morton in June of 1969. I continued my studies in summer school in 1969 carrying nine hours. At that time, Illinois State only had one summer school session. I earned a Master’s degree after completing six hours of summer school in 1970.
The Vietnam Conflict was going on during my entire time at Illinois State. Back then, the federal government drafted males into the army starting at the age of 18. If a male was eligible for the draft, he was classified as 1A. All eligible males who turned 18 were automatically classified 1A.
However, there was also a deferral system where potential draftees could prevent being drafted. The male had to request a deferral and the local draft board determined whether or not to grant the requested deferral. There was an appeal process if the male disagreed with the classification given.
One such deferral classification was a student deferral for males who were attending a higher education institution. The deferral lasted for four years since a student was expected to graduate in four years. The deferral was granted on a year to year basis. If a male stopped attending the higher education institution during that time, he would be reclassified as 1A which could be appealed.
In colleges and universities in the 1960’s, there was no such thing as “safe spaces.”

Students at the University of Notre Dame are not happy that Vice President Mike Pence is going to speak at their commencement ceremony. Some are even claiming that Pence’s presence on campus makes them ‘feel [Feelings is one of the “gods” worshipped by the Left. Feelings are much more important than facts or logic.] unsafe [Is Vice President Pence going to pull out a gun and shoot them? How does his presence threaten them?],’ and have taken to social media [The bane of modern society. Children and adults are committing suicide because of social media bullying. Why not stop reading, listening to what others say and write? Why not get off of social media? Why commit suicide?] to express their hurt feelings [Feelings: One of the “gods” worshipped by the Left. Feelings are much more important than facts or logic.], Campus Reform’s Amber Athey reports.
Two seniors encouraged their fellow students to share [Sharing is so uplifting. Particularly, sharing feelings.] messages about why Pence makes them feel unsafe written out on white boards, photographed, and posted via Facebook and Twitter [A very important exercise for expressing one’s feelings. Does every college student have a white board for this purpose? I wonder if the murder of thousands of babies within the womb each year elicits the same response.].
The Facebook page explanation for the protest reads:
‘We are inviting all those who would like to participate to take photos, holding a white board in your hands with direct quotes from Pence that are racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic, offensive, or ostracizing to members of our [Who makes up “our” community?] community [Anything and everything he has ever said meets this criteria if they disagree with what he said. Name calling is a key propaganda tool of the Left along with violence against those who disagree with the Left.]. You may also write why you feel unsafe with the presence of Mike Pence on our campus [I certainly would like to know why they “feel unsafe.” I wonder. Do they “feel unsafe” walking in any community in Chicago?]. All Seniors and those graduating this may [sic] are invited to use the hashtag #NotMyCommencementSpeaker [Whose is he? Does anyone care what these students think or feel?] and everyone else is invited to use the hashtag #NotMyVicePresident [They are not citizens of the United States? Whose is he?]. We will meet in front of Main Building (at the statue [Instead of gathering around the flag?]) and take photos [Which is most important.] this week on the following days and their corresponding times:’
‘For me personally, [Pence] represents the larger Trump administration,’ Imanne Mondane, one of the students behind the campaign, told The Observer, a student-run newspaper. ‘His administration represents something, and for many people on our campus, it makes them feel unsafe [Terrible. Traumatic. Again, why?] to have someone who openly is offensive [Why?] but also demeaning of their humanity and of their life and of their identity [What? Are you judging Mike Pence? I thought it was not appropriate to judge people according to the Left. How dare you judge others? How dare you condemn others? Isn’t that one of the mantras of the Left? “You have no right to judge me.” Such hypocrites!].”
Senior Jourdyhn Williams, another student involved in the protest, said she thinks it “goes against certain Catholic Social Teaching [Such as not murdering babies within the womb and not being involved in homosexual behavior because both are sins?],’ to invite Pence, a conservative Christian, on campus.
