Starting in August 2016, Social Security is adding a new step to protect your privacy as a my Social Security user. This new requirement is the result of an executive order for federal agencies to provide more secure authentication for their online services. Any agency that provides online access to a customer’s personal information must use multifactor authentication.

When you sign in at ssa.gov/myaccount with your username and password, we will ask you to add your text-enabled cell phone number. The purpose of providing your cell phone number is that, each time you log in to your account with your username and password, we will send you a one-time security code you must also enter to log in successfully to your account.

Each time you sign into your account, you will complete two steps:

Step 1: Enter your username and password.

Step 2: Enter the security code we text to your cell phone (cell phone provider’s text message and data rates may apply) [Could the Social Security Administration not do this using our e-mail address which they already have? That is what my banks do. Actually they give me a choice between e-mail and a cell phone text].

The process of using a one-time security code in addition to a username and password is one form of ‘multifactor authentication,’ which means we are using more than one method to make sure you are the actual owner of your account.

If you do not have a text-enabled cell phone or you do not wish to provide your cell phone number, you will not be able to access your my Social Security account.

Note, from the date above, that this was e-mailed to me yesterday July 29. Note also that the specific start date isStarting in August 2016.”

As it happens, I wanted to send a letter to the Social Security Administration Commissioner. Try finding a mailing address for her! I did eventually but it took me awhile. Therefore, I didn’t go to “my Social Security” account until this afternoon.

I went to the account this afternoon to wipe out my account. There is no way I am going to voluntarily give the Obama Administration or any part of it my private cell phone number. There is also no way I am going to pay a texting fee to see my private information. I don’t care if the cost is only 2 cents. I dont trust this Administration at all. It is, in my opinion, the MOST corrupt Administration in our history!

Guess what. I couldn’t get in without first providing a cell phone number to have a text sent to me. The Social Security Administration obviously does not know when August starts! If they are not going to change it on a Sunday, then they should have waited until Monday. Today is still July. It was not said, “Starting July 30th.” Bureaucracies!

“The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), a well-known medical organization with over 64,000 members, just encouraged doctors to start sex education during early childhood and to avoid abstinence education [AAP is a Leftist organization and has been for many years. Soon after I started my first blog in 2005, the organization directed its members to hand out condoms, birth control pills, and other preventivedevices to their child patients without the consent and knowledge of the parents. The organization is back at it again! They seem to think they know better than parents! Wait! The Left always thinks that it knows better than parents!].

Sign this petition to ask the AAP to change their stance on this issue and make a public statement affirming that decisions on sex education should remain the purview of parents, not pediatricians.

The Academy’s lead researcher on this project, Dr. Cora Collette Breuner, argues that, “Research has conclusively demonstrated that programs promoting abstinence-only [behavior] until heterosexual marriage occurs are ineffective [That is an outright LIE!].’ The concerning report encourages pediatricians to begin discussions about sex in ‘early childhood,’ and continue them throughout adolescence [Under whose authority? Certainly not the parents! I would not have a child of mine go to any AAP doctor. However, if for some reason one did, I would certainly not leave my child alone with the doctor!].

Scott Phelps, executive director of the Abstinence & Marriage Education Partnership, rightly criticized the Academy’s decision. He told LifeSiteNews: ‘Pediatricians have a responsibility to support and encourage abstinence, by clearly communicating to young patients that reserving all sexual activity for marriage is the safest, healthiest lifestyle choice.’ He continued, ‘Any message that contradicts this primary prevention standard by supporting, condoning, or encouraging non-marital sexual activity of any kind is irresponsible and harmful.’

As the U.S. Center for Disease Control and Prevention clearly states: The most reliable way to avoid infection is to not have sex.’ Furthermore, both common sense and science tell us that abstinencereserving all sexual activity for marriageis the best way to avoid non-marital pregnancy.

Hillary Clinton is now the official Democrat Party candidate for President. Donald Trump is the official Republican Party candidate for President. The two major political parties have given us the choice of a pro-abortion/murder, Leftist, Regressive/Progressive New York Democrat and a pro-abortion/murder, Leftist, Regressive/Progressive New York Democrat. As I have said, I am Never, Never Trump and Never, Ever Clinton. Fortunately, there are other choices. The best, in my opinion, is Constitution Party candidate Darrell Castle.

However should Hillary Clinton be elected President, there is a constitutional way to stop her in relation to her continuing the tyrannical rule of the current Administration. The FBI has as much as admitted that Hillary Clinton violated federal law by using her personal e-mail server. The FBI then illogically recommended that she not be prosecuted. Of course, since the FBI is controlled by the corrupt Obama administration, that decision is as would be expected.

The new Congress takes office on January 3rd 2017. The new President takes office on January 20, 2017.

Amendment XX Section 1

The terms of the President and the Vice President shall end at noon on the 20th day of January, and the terms of Senators and Representatives at noon on the 3d day of January, of the years in which such terms would have ended if this article had not been ratified; and the terms of their successors shall then begin.”

The House of Representatives after taking office should immediately begin the process to impeach Hillary Clinton for her violation of federal law as established by the FBI. Impeachment belongs to the House of Representatives. The House of Representatives according to the Constitution determines what is an impeachable offense. There is no time limit on impeachment. There is no provision that impeachment must occur within a specific period of time or during the period when that person served in the specific office when the impeachable action(s) occurred.

Article I Section 2 5

“The House of Representatives shall chuse their Speaker and other Officers; and shall have the sole Power of Impeachment.”

The House of Representative impeaches. The Senate determines the guilt or innocence of the person impeached. The House should not be concerned with whether or not the person will be convicted. The Houses function is to determine if there is enough evidence to have a trial in the Senate. Certainly in the case of Hillary Clinton, there is enough evidence for impeachment. The FBI has already determined that to be the case.

Article II Section 4

The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.”

Thus, she either gets impeached and convicted or she is put on notice that if she continues to violate the Constitution, she will be held accountable. Then, if not convicted and if she again violates the law, impeach her again and again and again.

We need conservatives elected to the House and the Senate who are not afraid to hold elected and non-elected members of the other two branches of the federal government accountable. A few impeachments even without convictions will do that! It is human nature. When you hold people accountable, they actually become more accountable!!! Or, they get removed from office!

Impeachment is an important weapon given to Congress to hold the other two branches accountable. It should and must be used by Congress to Restore the Constitution and Take Back the Nation.

You can not win the election if you do not run for the office. You can not win the election if you do not get on the ballot.

I am a Christian, Constitutionalist, conservative.

I moved back to Illinois from Texas specifically to run for the Congressional District 18 seat in Congress. Originally, I planned to run in the Republican primary. That changed when the Republican Party ignored me. Since I had been a member of the Constitution Party in Texas, I tried to get in contact with the Illinois Party. No one responded to my e-mails. Consequently, I decided to run as an independent candidate.

However, in late March while doing some research, I discovered that there was a Constitution Party candidate for the U.S. SenateChap Koppie. I sent him an e-mail. His campaign manager and I were in contact and through him I got in contact with the Chairman of the Illinois Party. After a long negotiation period, it was agreed that I would run for the District 18 seat as a member of the Constitution Party. However by that time, there was no way I was going to get the required signatures to get on the ballot. Nomination petitions for third party candidates and independents in Illinois were due by 5PM on Monday June 27, 2016. See:

Therefore, I sent the following e-mail to the Illinois Party Chairman, to the national Constitution Party, and to Darrell Castle who is running for President for the Party. The response was that it was the responsibility of the State Party to challenge State laws in relation to ballot access.

The e-mail sent:

It is time for the Constitution Party to be the Party of the Constitution and challenge the constitutionality of the ‘Protection of the Established Parties of Illinois Act(s) [My name for the ballot access laws in Illinois].’ The two tiered system of established political parties and new political parties/independent candidates is unconstitutional. The two tiered system is not separate but equal. The two tiered system is inherently unequal.

First, the laws prescribe two requirements to be a candidate of the House of Representatives and the Senate that are not provided within the Constitution of the United States.

The first requirement is that the candidate must be a registered voter. No such requirement is given in the Constitution.

The second requirement is that the candidate must gather and submit a prescribed number of qualifying acceptable signatures of eligible voters to get on the ballot. No such requirement is given in the Constitution.

Article I Section 2 paragraphs one and two of the United States Constitution:

“The House of Representatives shall be composed of Members chosen every second Year by the People of the several States, and the Electors [Voters] in each State shall have the Qualifications requisite for Electors [Voters] of the most numerous Branch of the State Legislature.

[Requirements]

No Person shall be a Representative who shall not have attained to the Age of twenty five Years, and been seven Years a Citizen of the United States, and who shall not, when elected, be an Inhabitant of that State in which he shall be chosen.”

[Says nothing about having to get a certain amount of signatures of voters to get on the ballot. Says nothing about being a registered voter. The States can not add a requirement that is not within the Constitution.]

There is no requirement that a Representative

Be of a certain race
Be of a certain sex
Be responsible and accountable
Be of good moral character
Be of a certain social class
Be able to read and write
Be of a certain intellect
Be of a certain religion
Be a registered voter
Be employed
Be married
Be a lawyer
Is excluded because of being in certain professions
Have a certain number of nominating signatures to get on the ballot
Have a certain number of children
Have a certain amount of wealth
Have an education
Live in the Congressional District he is elected from [were originally elected State wide]
Live in the State a certain length of time
Own property
Pay a certain sum of money to get on the ballot

[This list is literally almost endless.]

There are only three requirements:

Age
Citizenship for a required length of time
Live in the State from which elected

States can not add requirements that are not within the Constitution itself and neither can Congress or the courts.

Why do States have a nominating petition requirement? Theoretically, to prevent hundreds of candidates from being on the ballot. However, that does not make it constitutional. More likely, to restrict competition against the established parties. Depending upon their own constitutions, they may be able to restrict State candidates in this matter. They can not restrict federal candidates in this manner according to the Constitution. As the Constitution Party, we should be willing to fight for the Constitution as written and Amended and be able to do so effectively in a court of law.

Article I Section 4 paragraph one of the United States Constitution:

The Times, Places and Manner [the way the election is done] of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof; but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations, except as to the Places of chusing Senators.”

Article I Section 5 paragraph one of the United States Constitution:

Each House shall be the Judge of the Elections, Returns and Qualifications of its own Members, and a Majority of each shall constitute a Quorum to do Business; but a smaller Number may adjourn from day to day, and may be authorized to compel the Attendance of absent Members, in such Manner, and under such Penalties as each House may provide.”

Current requirements to get on the ballot [i.e. the current Protect the Established Parties Act(s)]:

OFFICE: UNITED STATES SENATOR

MINIMUM AGE: 30 years (United States Constitution, Article 1, Section 3)

RESIDENCY: United States citizen for nine years. Inhabitant of Illinois at the time of the election and a registered voter. (United States Constitution, Article 1,

Section 3; 10 ILCS 5/7-10, 10-5)

SIGNATURE ESTABLISHED PARTY CANDIDATES

REQUIREMENTS: Not less than 5,000 nor more than 10,000 primary electors of his or her party. [10 ILCS 5/7-10(a)]

INDEPENDENT CANDIDATES

Minimum of 1% of the number of voters who voted in the next preceding statewide General Election or 25,000 qualified voters of the State, whichever is less.[10 ILCS 5/10-3] (See Signature Requirements Section.)

NEW PARTY CANDIDATES

INDEPENDENT CANDIDATES

One of the most effective ways to practice freedom of speech, assembly, and petitioning the government is to form a political party to influence the government as a group of citizens united in a common cause. Just as the Congress can not pass laws against speech, assembly, and petitioning the government; neither can the State based upon the Due Process and Equal Protection Clauses of the Fourteenth Amendment. Yet, the two tiered party system concocted by the State of Illinois does restrict freedom of speech, assembly, and petitioning of the government by demanding different and more difficult requirements to get on the ballot for new parties and individuals in relation to established parties.

[In my own example, I need approximately 12.43 times the number of signatures as the incumbent to get on the ballot. How is that Equal Protection of the law? And approximately 20.13 times the number of signatures of the candidate of the Party that came in second in the previous election. How is that Equal Protection of the law?

If nominating petitions were 1/18th of the number required for the Senate [25,000] since there are eighteen House Districts, it would still require 1,389 signatures which would still be more than required by any other candidate in the 18th district. How is that Equal Protection of the law?]

Illinois law does not override the United States Constitution. Quite the contrary. It is time for the Constitution Party to hold the State of Illinois accountable to the Constitution instead of being the Party trying to appease the unconstitutional edicts of the State of Illinois.”

SPRINGFIELD—An attorney for David Gill said the Bloomington physician plans to move forward with a lawsuit challenging the number of signatures an independent congressional candidate must collect to get on the ballot in Illinois.

An initial Illinois State Board of Elections review this week determined that Gill’s supporters only collected 8,593 valid signatures out of the more than 10,000 he needed to earn a spot on the November 8 ballot in the 13th Congressional District.

Gill, a former four-time Democratic candidate, is seeking to run against U.S. Rep. Rodney Davis, R-Taylorville, and Democratic challenger Mark Wicklund of Decatur. Gill lost to Davis in his last congressional bid in 2012.”

“Sam Cahnman, a Springfield attorney representing Gill, said he doesn’t plan to challenge the finding by staff of the elections board but will instead take the fight to court.

Cahnman said the number of signatures required for an independent congressional candidate in Illinois is nearly 15 times the number required for major party candidates. Davis and Wicklund, for example, each had to gather fewer than 740 signatures.”

“Cahnman said in an emailed statement. ‘Dr. Gill views the current signature requirement as patently absurd, egregious and clearly unconstitutional.’

Cahnman added in an interview that he hasn’t found another state with ‘such an excessive signature requirement.’”

“The print edition of your July 12 article regarding the challenges to my independent 11,442-signature U.S. House (Illinois-13) petition filing had some important information omitted.

The Democrat and the Republican in this race each had to collect fewer than 740 signatures, while I, running as an independent, had to collect nearly 15 times that many (10,754; not a typo). This is even worse than the demands placed upon independent U.S. Senate candidates; they have to collect only five times as many signatures as those collected by the two major party candidates.

The demand for even a single signature is unconstitutional (see U.S. Constitution Article 1, Section 2, Clause 2) [He is absolutely correct], but some courts have allowed some signature requirements to ‘reduce voter confusion.’

In my case, being asked to submit 15 times as many signatures as the Democrat and the Republican, and being asked to arbitrarily collect three times as many signatures (relatively) as even an independent running for a six-year U.S. Senate term, the unconstitutionality has obviously gone way too far.

Voters often wonder why their choice in elections is limited to ‘bad’ and ‘worse.’ Ballot access issues such as this play a pivotal role in maintaining a system which leaves most of us looking for better representation in government [It restricts competition and the laws are intended to restrict competition. The laws are to protect the two major political parties!].

1) Donald Trump is already taking the Republican Party in a pro-homosexual direction

2) Trump as a life-long New Yorker has a history of supporting homosexual ‘rights’

3) In his speech accepting the GOP presidential nomination, Trump went out of his way to affirm the ‘LGBTQ (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer and/or Questioning) community’

4) Meanwhile, Trump said nothing about overturning the Supreme Courts’s Obergefell ruling imposing homosexual ‘marriage’ on the states [He has no desire for it to happen!]

5) Trump also ignored the battle raging between ‘gay rights’ and freedom of conscience (see this Colorado baker case update). And his long speech did not mention abortion and the plight of the unborn [So much for Trump being pro-life! How many times will Hillary Clinton speak of abortion/murder in a positive manner in her own acceptance speech? If Donald Trump were really pro-life, he would be pounding that fact to make a distinct contrast with baby murdering (supporting and promoting) Hillary Clinton!]

6) All these issues were featured prominently in the conservative 2016 GOP Platform approved in Cleveland [The Presidential candidate has a different view of these issues than does the Party planks. Which will he promote?]

7) Trump did champion a repeal of the Johnson Amendment inhibiting churches from political involvement. This will greatly help Christians and pastors to engage culturally if he succeeds [Which was and is unconstitutional!]

8) Trump invited openly homosexual PayPal founder and ‘gay’ activist Peter Thiel to give a prime time address at the GOP convention [Which according to other sources was the first time an openly homosexual activist spoke at a Republican Convention] (watch video at bottom)

9) Thiel used the opportunity to deride the ‘Culture Wars’ as ‘fake’ ; said he was ‘proud to be gay [How can one be proud of engaging in sinful behavior? Are there proud adulterers?” Are thereproud murderers?”]’; and he belittled pro-family efforts opposing ‘transgender rights’ laws [He pulled a planned business expansive from North Carolina over its law to not allow transsexuals in the restrooms of their perceived sex rather than their actual sex.]

10) Fox News and other major media applauded Thiel and generally celebrated the ‘gay Republican’ cause

11) Fox News’ Megyn Kelly brought on young homosexual Republican Guy Benson and a liberal Democrat–but no social conservative—to comment on Thiel’s address [“Fair and balancedindeed. NOT!]

12) A convention event put on by the American Unity Fund—a pro-LGBT Republican group—featuring Bruce (‘Caitlyn’) Jenner and Montel Williams also received wide media attention in Cleveland

13) In contrast, dissident conservative voices—e.g., pro-life and pro-natural marriage voices—will likely receive little media attention at the left-leaning Democratic convention this week

14) Socialcons, Beware: Throughout the GOP primary campaign, some socially liberal and libertarian Republicans welcomed Trump’s rise because, to quote one writer, it ‘appears to have broken the stranglehold social conservatives have had on the party’s primary process [Really? That is why we had John McCain and Mitt Romney as the two previous Presidential candidates?]’

15) The pro-LGBTQ appeal within the GOP is being marketed to and in part driven by millennial voters (ages 18-29)—who, polls show, favor ‘same-sex marriage’ and are more accepting of homosexuality than older demographics [Because the church has failed to adequately teach and preach the truth!]

16) However, transcendent, biblical morality is timeless and is not determined by polls [Absolutely true! GOD is a majority of one and GOD has won!]

17) Unlike many politically correct conservatives who walk on eggshells when discussing ‘gay Republicans’ and the GOP’s perversion-enabling ‘Big Tent,’ we at Americans For Truth embrace and boldly defend historic truth: homosexualism is immoral whether advanced by Democrats or Republicans, or by young people or older people. 20) Openly homosexual Republicans and their ‘straight allies’ may be conservative on a variety of issues, but on homosexual and transgender issues they usually echo liberal, LGBT talking points

21) If the GOP becomes a party espousing homosexual ‘marriage’ and ‘LGBT rights’—i.e., a ‘Democrat-Lite’ party on moral and social issues—it will cease to be truly conservative and pro-family.
