Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need one more Constitutional Justice and the one appointed has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. It is past time to hold federal judges accountable. Impeachment is a method provided within the Constitution to hold federal judges accountable. We need to elect Congressional candidates who are willing to expose the misdeeds of judges and are willing to hold them accountable through impeachment and conviction, if necessary.
There are no Republican primaries in July. Alabama and Georgia have runoff elections in July. Georgia has no Republican runoff election at the federal level.

The federal government should not even be involved in education. Education is not a power granted to the federal government by the Constitution. This was not my planned post for tonight. I just received this today and it calls for immediate posting. I’ve written before about how the radical Left wants to turn government schools into propaganda centers for the Left. In this instance, by “teaching” radical homosexual based “Sex Education.” The Left understands the importance of indoctrinating our youth as soon as possible. If they had their way, they would rip all children from the home as soon as possible to begin the indoctrination process. And we are helping them by pushing our children into government schools at an earlier and earlier age. Teaching children is the responsibility of parents not the government. Certainly not the federal government which has NO constitutional authority in relation to education.

There were other, more graphic explanations of ‘healthy’ sex acts [Anything goes mentality for sex from the Left.] and ways of pleasuring one’s self that didn’t exactly have the ringing endorsement of concerned moms and dads.

‘The sex-ed curriculum advisory committee that is responsible for drafting the lessons is supposed to be made up of stakeholders, namely parents. Any curriculum it devises must reflect ‘broad-based community involvement.’ These are mandates from the Virginia Department of Education,’ she writes. And yet the 40-member committee is made up of ‘mostly of people on the county payroll, not parents [Standard Operating Procedure. Control the committee and you control the outcome and output of that committee.].’
One outside voice who seemed to have more authority than anyone was the national Gay [Homosexual], Lesbian, & Straight Education Alliance [A radical Left homosexual oriented group.] (GLSEN). In a Washington Post puff piece [Of course.] that focuses on how important these extremist curriculums are (and ignores the public outcry [Of course.]), GLSEN admits that it was using Fairfax to pave the way for a broader onslaught. Northern Virginia, says local GLSEN Co-Chair David Aponte, served as a ‘laboratory’ for its LGBT [homosexual] school policies. And local children are the rats [Ouch.].
One board member, Tom Wilson, made a last-ditch effort that schools should have to ‘obtain written permission before exposing students to this kind of sex-ed [Probably the one no vote. It was a 10-1 vote to approve.].’ But the majority of the board refused [Of course.].
‘Board member Pat Hynes said it would be too much of an administrative burden, and the parents in the audience erupted with yells. One mom stood and shouted, ‘You require it for field trips!’ She was ignored [Of course. This was decided before hand and the vote is just to make it official.]. Board member Elizabeth Schultz ran down a long list of things kids need permission slips for, course selections, prescription medication, even music class.’ Apparently, Ruse writes, ‘you need your mom’s permission to learn the oboe but not to learn about oral sex [Don’t expect the Left to use common sense. It is the agenda that matters.].’
Despite the county’s record-shattering 1,300 comments—83 percent of which opposed the policy—the school board marched ahead with GLSEN, voting 10-1 to ignore parents and force its own twisted ideas of sexuality on innocent and impressionable kids [The Left does not care about children or about what parents want from their school district. Until they get voted out, they will continue pushing the agenda of the Left. The voters have the power to end this nonsense.].
I don’t know about you, but as a dad, the idea that I wouldn’t have control over what my children are learning at school is absolutely unacceptable. Parents—not teachers, state legislatures, school boards, or outside groups—should be the ultimate authority on what their kids learn and when. But, because of radical influences like GLSEN, teenagers growing up in Christian homes could be morally compromised because their parents don’t know what they’re hearing in class [It is past time for finding out and doing something about it. The Left is able to do this because of the ignorance of many voters and because it is often done in secretive actions outside of public view.].
The moral of the Fairfax County story is a simple one: If your children are in government schools, (a) consider the alternatives; or (b) pay very close attention to what kind of sex ed your child’s school is teaching. You might even consider running for your local school board so that you can have an even greater influence on the content. Either way, don’t let local bureaucrats rob you of your responsibility in an area that can make so much difference in a child’s future. The only way schools can really keep parents in the dark is if we let them.

Two examples of federal court meddling in relation to Congressional boundaries.
From the 2002 to the 2010 Congressional elections, Illinois had 19 Congressional Districts. In the Congressional Elections of 2010, the Illinois Tea Party rose up after the passage of Obamacare and replaced 4 Leftist Congressmen who voted for Obamacare with 4 new Republican Congressmen. In my neighboring 17th District, the Leftist Congressman was caught on tape saying he did not care about the Constitution when it came to passing Obamacare. It cost him the election.
In the census of 2010, Illinois lost one Congressional District going to 18 from 19. The Left still controlled the Illinois General Assembly and clearly gerrymandered the Districts when they redrew the Districts. In one District, they included two Republican House members. In the primary, one of the two lost. In this case, the newly elected 2010 Republican defeated a long time incumbent Republican Congressman. In the other redrawn Districts, the 3 newly elected Congressmen were all defeated in the general election. The court said the Districts had NOT been gerrymandered. Utter nonsense.
In the other, the courts threw out the Districts drawn by a Republican controlled legislature in 2010. The court itself redrew the Congressional boundaries for the next election. The General Assembly after the election adopted the court’s boundaries. The State was again sued for having gerrymandered Districts even though the State had adopted the court’s Districts. The State lost again in court with the court saying the adopted districts drawn by the court itself were “unconstitutionally” gerrymandered.
The courts are no more able to draw valid districts than the States are. Worse, the courts are NOT held accountable for their decisions while the voters can hold the State General Assemblies accountable. The courts are NOT impartial decision makers and should not be deciding Congressional boundaries.

Congress by law establishes the legal parameters for prosecuting and punishing all such criminal offenses.
4) Congress by law affirms that any and all previous court case rulings in contradiction to these specific laws passed by Congress are null and void.
5) Congress by law removes the courts from any ability to alter and/or invalidate any provisions of these specific laws passed by Congress.
