Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need one more Constitutional Justice and the one appointed has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. It is past time to attack the evil of murdering babies within the womb on every front with every legal weapon we can use until the murder of babies within the womb is abolished completely throughout the United States and its territories. Did you really think that a Republican Congress was going to actually repeal Obamacare [You mean after promising to repeal for seven years and capitulating for over seven years? Hope springs eternal? Reality is another matter.]? Despite campaigning on the notion for seven years, the power brokers [Establishment Republicans] never really wanted to be the ones to take away a benefit from someone [What benefit? Much higher costs. Less healthcare. Mandates to benefit those who are irresponsible.]. Arizona Senator John McCain’s vote late Thursday night was just another act in the longest running show in the swamp: Failure Theater [= the Capitulation Party = Establishment Republican leadership.].

As I described in April, during a [One of many.] manufactured budget crisis, Failure Theater is when GOP [Republican] leadership holds a flurry of votes and acts tough, but when it comes down to it, they cave [Capitulate.]. Last week just saw the most spectacular cave [Capitulation.] of all. Hopefully this time will open conservatives’ eyes to the ruse.
In pre-Imperial Rome, senators tried to outdo each other by putting on the most spectacular games and festivals for the people. That’s how they increased their popularity so that they could win the consulship and rule Rome as one of two leaders for a year.
The emperors kept up the games, which we know now as the circus from the famous phrase, give them ‘bread and circus.’ That’s exactly what [Establishment] Republican senators—and representatives—have been doing for years. They’ve been giving GOP voters a good show [or not so good show depending upon one’s point of view.], to keep them coming back to the seats.
What has been the price of admission for the masses? That price has been merely money, sweat, and votes [Just as done by the Left although the Left throws in some governmental bribes to keep the votes coming. Can anyone say Obama phones?].
Except last week was different. Senator John McCain striding up to the podium, and in true Roman fashion brandished a thumbs down, killing any chance at repealing Obamacare [It wasn’t a real repeal vote. Has the Senate actually had a real repeal vote?]. In doing so he exposed the GOP’s longstanding promises to repeal Obamacare ‘root and branch’ as the ultimate McGuffin [See below for an explanation of a “McGuffin.”]. Repealing Obamacare was the plot device which merely served to keep the Failure Theater in the black [Winning at the polls.].

McCain himself, like the other Republicans, ran on repeal of Obamacare as central part of his reelection effort [Liar.] Why wouldn’t he, that’s where the money was, and that promise was central to the last seven years of Republican victory [And so far, the promise has been broken. By the way, the original and the correct promise was repeal. The federal government has NO constitutional authority over healthcare and should NOT be replacing Obamacare with anything that is government controlled. Healthcare is a free market commodity and should be a free market commodity. Furthermore, it is absurd to claim that healthcare is a right. It is not. It is a product and like all products it is limited by the economic fact of scarcity.].

For years, those of us in the constitutional conservative wing of the movement have been warning about election season promises that don’t translate to legislative season victories. We’ve explained time and time again, this is merely Kabuki [See explanation below.], Failure Theater (or however else you want to describe what GOP leaders have done to fraudulently garner votes and, more importantly, financial support). For that we’ve been labeled ‘extremists’ who don’t want to ‘compromise [The Left never compromises their agenda over time.].’

Thursday night, McCain played the part of the Wizard. He strode up on stage, in the twilight of his career, and pulled away the curtain that hid the reality of the entire stage show. He showed, once and for all, that in fact the longest running play in the swamp is ‘Failure Theater.’
Will audiences sign up for another season? Or now that they know the plot, will they demand a refund? The 2018 election season is gearing up, we’ll all soon see. But I wouldn’t hold my breath.
It is past time for conservatives to get actively involved in retaking control or taking control for the first time of the Republican Party. Texas is moving in that direction. The largest remaining obstacle is a RINO Speaker of the House who was elected by a combination of Democrats and some Republicans. Originally, many more Democrats than Republicans. Since the Left has all but destroyed the Democrat Party in many States including downstate Illinois, conservatives need to take over the Democrat Party as well. Run conservatives in both Republican and Democrat primaries. If the Democrat candidate is more conservative than the Republican candidate, vote the Democrat in. Vote issues rather than Party and make EVERY election a competitive election. In competition with the Left, conservatives will win.
