Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need one more Constitutional Justice and the one appointed has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. It is past time to attack the evil of murdering babies within the womb on every front with every legal weapon we can use until the murder of babies within the womb is abolished completely throughout the United States and its territories. For three things are crystal clear: First, the transgender’s (transsexual’s) urge to be operated upon is an expression of a serious mental disorder [or sin]. Second, the fake-therapy of surgery etc. does nothing except mutilate him/her for life and aggravate his/her mental alienation [Mutilating surgery certainly does NOT change the sex of the individual. It is not possible for man to change the sex of an individual. Why do we pretend that it is? Hint: follow the money and follow the agenda of the Left. A male is a male. Period. It’s in the chromosomes. A female is a female. Period. It’s in the chromosomes. It is insanity to cater to the absurd notion that by changing the appearance of a person’s body that person can change his or her sex. NOT going to happen. It is not going to make them “feel” better either. Although “feelings” should never be the reason for such radical mutilating surgery. Unfortunately, it is done for the money and for the agenda not for the benefit of the delusional person. There are unscrupulous people in the medical profession just as there are in all professions.]. And the heavy financial costs will be paid with community money that should be spent on the really ‘necessary’ medical and social needs that cannot be supplied because of lack of money. To say nothing of the immaterial damage done to the public morale when the authorities promote such gravely irresponsible measures. Pampering pathological perversions of sexuality [homosexual behavior], gender [sex], and marriage [faux “marriage”] is at the same time destroying people’s healthy ideas and morality about these things, thus a promotion of decadence [Which is part of the agenda of the Left. The Left needs an immoral society in order to impose its brand of tyranny upon the society. A moral society would never accept such tyranny.].
The claim by Mr. (Eric) Hoskins (Ontario’s Minister of Health [misnomer]) that the surgery and the accompanying and subsequent hormonal and other treatments are ‘in some cases necessary’ is wild nonsense [Exactly.]. He suggests that observing the criteria proposed by the ideological normalizers of transgenderism [transsexualism] (the WPATH [World Professional Association for Transgender [Transsexual] Health], for instance) to select the supposedly suited candidates for the surgery, guarantees a responsible procedure [Right? Just as the mutilating surgery guarantees turning males into females. Not possible.]. That way, he probably thinks he can neutralize the well-documented medical and psychological evidence of the harmfulness and uselessness of that surgery. But the criteria are arbitrary, subjective, and elastic and do nothing to contradict the truth that every individual surgery (plus the rest) remains a harmful mutilation, an act of inhumanity. And once the planned Ontario regulation is in place, this strategic moderation will soon appear to have been temporary.
‘Everyone has the right to be who they are [Then why are you supporting mutilating their bodies? Because being a male is who they are for males just as being a female is who they are for females. They are NOT their delusional fantasies.]’ (Mr. Hoskins). If Mr. Hoskins means with this glib assertion ‘who they are by their proper nature, by birth,’ he has no leg to stand on, for there is no evidence at all that transsexuals have hereditary or other physical or physiological anomalies. Biologically, they ‘are’ normal boys and girls, men and women. So, ‘who they are’ is actually intended to mean ‘who they imagine they are,’ ‘who they want to be [Exactly. He wants to cater to their delusions rather than the biological facts.].’ For him, a sick crave, an idée fixe, an obsessive idea, a deeply entrenched delusion about the self replaces a patient’s objective reality. For him, the disturbed patient who is convinced he is Napoleon ‘is’ Napoleon, the person in a spiritualist trance who discovers he is a reincarnation of Buddha ‘is’ Buddha. And at any rate, the core identity or nature of the bigamist and polygamist, and of the homosexual attracted to minors ‘is’ ephebophile or pedophile, and these persons ‘have the right to be who they are [Who they want/desire to be based upon a fantasy, a delusion, or a sin.].’ Mr. Hoskins’ argument therefore paves the way for Ontario’s future openness to the rights of the latter categories which are also part of the anti-family, gay [homosexual]-and-gender [sex] ideology he serves so faithfully. We should not be too sure that some legalization of pedophile relationships will never succeed [That and more is exactly where the Left wants to lead society. Anything and everything is “normal” and permissible in an immoral society.].
In general, the crave to ‘change genders [sexes]’ is a childhood/adolescence flight into daydreams about the self as someone of the opposite sex, rooted in gender [sex] malformation, trauma, and inferiority feelings about and rejection of one’s real sex. This wish-fantasy grows to a delusion and becomes the predominant passion of the mind, tyrannizing the sufferer and his environment alike. Causal factors mostly involved are similar to those in the childhood of the average homosexual. In the case of the boy, it are de-masculinizing and feminizing factors, like too much maternal and too little paternal influences and failed adaptation to same-sex peers. Indeed, most male transsexuals are homosexual [There was a recent news story being “glamorized” by the mainstream media of a male pretending to be a female marrying a female pretending to be a male and the female pretending to be a man was pregnant by the male pretending to be a woman. Thus, the “female” impregnated the “male” and the “male” is now carrying the “female’s” child. Talk about a fantasy world being promoted by the mainstream media. “Insanity” abounds in an immoral society.].
Transgenders [transsexuals] are severely neurotic, sometimes borderline psychotic, and there are cases of demonic influences. The compulsive transgender [transsexual] crave, like many neurotic obsessions and immature passions, is resistant to change. It is not changed or satisfied by hormonal or surgical interventions [Of course not. Changing the body is not a cure for a delusion.]. It will be alive as long as the person is in the grip of his feelings of his gender [sex]-inferiority complex as a desperate wishful fantasy, no matter how much, how spastically, he plays the opposite-sex role, tries to constantly prove that he is what he is not [AND CAN NOT BE. A male can not be a female and a female can not be a male. Just as a human can not be a cat and a cat can not be a human. It is impossible. And all the delusional thinking and all the mutilating surgery will NEVER change that scientific, biological fact.]. Initial euphoria after the pseudo-transformation gives way to renewed dissatisfaction and restlessness, depression, failed relationships based on his fake-role, promiscuity, substance abuse, suicide attempts. Fortunately, sometimes, after all this misery, he faces up to his reality and enters the hard way of fighting his illusion and identifying with his true self.
Politicians and medical professionals, the promoters and executors of these mutilations have a lot to answer for [And regardless of what happens in this life, they WILL answer to GOD after their earthly bodies have died. Eventually, we all will be held accountable for what we say and do and for what we do not say and do not do.], toward the transgender [transsexual] patient, society, and their own conscience [Are their consciences already seared?].”
On July 19, 2017, I posted about the Leftists in Illinois passing a bill to allow transsexuals to fraudulently change their sex on their birth certificate which is a legal government document. I stated that if he did not veto the bill he would lose his reelection bid. Of that I am certain. The question though is what can be done if he is foolhardy enough to either sign the bill or allow it to become law without his signature? What can be done to stop the new law from being enforced?
The State of Oregon through regulatory bureaucrat fiat has allowed a third option for sex on its driver’s licenses as of July 1, 2017 of “unspecified” which is also a ridiculous, nonsensical, fraudulent action on a legal document. Then it came to me. The answer, which is usually the case, is found within the United States Constitution. Specifically, in Amendment XIV one of the most misused Amendments by the federal courts.
The relevant sections of Amendment XIV:
Amendment XIV Section 1
“All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.”
Obviously, to allow one group of individuals—transsexuals, in the instance of Illinois—to fraudulently change a legal government document while not allowing everyone else to do the same, is a violation of the equal protection clause. (To allow everyone to make such changes would render the legal document worthless.)
Amendment XIV Section 5
“The Congress shall have the power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article.”
Congress passes a law making it a federal crime to allow any group and/or any subset of any group to change a legal government document by submitting false information in relation to that document at any time during the life of the document. Violators of the law would include the individuals who provide the false information, the government officials who passed such a law allowing such false information including the Governor who signed the bill into law or allowed it to become law, and official regulatory body members that issued regulations that have the force of law allowing such false information. Punishment, if convicted, would include a mandatory fine from 100,000 dollars to 250,000 dollars and a mandatory prison term of not less than five years and not more than 25 years with no possibility of parole until at least ten years had been served.
Problem solved. Hold the perpetrators responsible and accountable for the creation of fraudulent legal documents.
