Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need one more Constitutional Justice and the one appointed has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. It is past time to attack the evil of murdering babies within the womb on every front with every legal weapon we can use until the murder of babies within the womb is abolished completely throughout the United States and its territories. I receive e-mails from a number of sources every day. Sometimes, two different sources will have the same article. On rare occasions, three or more sources will have the same article. This was one of those rare occasions. I received this article from three sources. It was not my planned post for today. However, it fits in with the current situation in the United States. Walter E. Williams is a noted conservative economist. He also happens to be Black.

Too many people believe that slavery is a ‘peculiar institution.’ That’s what Kenneth Stampp called slavery in his book, ‘Peculiar Institution: Slavery in the Ante-Bellum [Before the Civil War] South [ https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Peculiar_Institution “The Peculiar Institution: Slavery in the Ante-Bellum South is a non-fiction book about slavery published in 1956, by academic Kenneth M. Stampp of the University of California, Berkeley and other universities.”].’ But slavery is by no means peculiar, odd or unusual. It was common among ancient peoples such as the Egyptians, Babylonians, Assyrians, Hittites, Greeks, Persians, Armenians and many others [including the Romans. It was common from almost the beginning of history. GOD’S chosen people in the Old Testament were slaves in Egypt. The story of Joseph who began the Egyptian sojourn begins with his birth in Genesis 30 and goes through Genesis 50 with his death. The book of Exodus, the second book of the Old Testament, covers their enslavement and eventual escape from Egypt.]. Large numbers of Christians were enslaved during the Ottoman wars in Europe [See below.]. White slaves were common in Europe from the Dark Ages to the Middle Ages. It was only after A.D. [In the year of the LORD] 1600 that Europeans joined with Arabs and Africans and started the Atlantic slave trade [In fact, Blacks in Africa were living a tribal existence. One Black tribe would have Blacks from another rival tribe as slaves. Slave traders sometimes hunted down Blacks for slaves by themselves. However, it was also common to buy slaves from one tribe that were captured from a rival tribe. One time the slave traders might buy slaves from tribe A captured from tribe B. The next trip to Africa they might buy slaves from tribe B captured from tribe A. Blacks were actively involved in the slave trade in Africa selling other Blacks to the American and European slave traders.] As David P. Forsythe wrote in his book, The Globalist, ‘The fact remained that at the beginning of the nineteenth century an estimated three-quarters of all people alive were trapped in bondage against their will either in some form of slavery or serfdom [Serfdom being slavery under a different name. The practice of indenture servants also existed in the colonies. Individuals who wanted to migrate to the colonies would contract their labor out to an employer who would then pay for their passage to America and provide living arrangements while the indenture servants worked off their debt.].’

While slavery constitutes one of the grossest encroachments on human liberty, it is by no means unique or restricted to the Western world or United States, as many liberal academics would have us believe. Much of their indoctrination of our young people, at all levels of education, paints our nation’s founders as racist adherents to slavery, but the story is not so simple.
At the time of the 1787 Constitutional Convention, slaves were about 40 percent of the population of the Southern colonies [Actually, by 1787 they were States and no longer colonies.]. Apportionment in the House of Representatives and the number of electoral votes each state would have in presidential elections would be based upon population. Southern delegates to the convention wanted slaves to be counted as one person [Which meant more representation in the House and more Electoral College votes to select the President. Electoral College votes per State being the number of Representatives in the House of Representatives plus the 2 Senators every State had. Every State had at least one member of the House of Representatives. Therefore, every State had at least three votes.]. Northern delegates to the convention, and those opposed to slavery [Which included some members from the Southern States.], wanted only free persons of each state to be counted for the purposes of apportionment in the House of Representatives and the Electoral College. The compromise reached was that each slave would be counted as only three-fifths of a person.
Many criticize this compromise as proof of racism [They are wrong.]. My question to these grossly uninformed critics is whether they would have found it more preferable for slaves to be counted as whole persons. Slaves counted as whole persons would have given slaveholding Southern states much more political power. Or, would the critics of the founders prefer that the Northern delegates not compromise and not allow slaves to be counted at all. If they did, it is likely that the Constitution would have not been ratified [I have no doubt that it would not have been ratified. This compromise made it possible to end the Articles of Confederation and establish the federal government we have today.]. Thus, the question emerges is whether blacks would be better off with Northern states having gone their way and Southern states having gone theirs, resulting in no U.S. Constitution and no Union [And no Civil War that ended slavery in the United States.]? Unlike today’s pseudointellectuals, black abolitionist Frederick Douglass [ https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Frederick_Douglass Frederick Douglass was also a Christian preacher and a Republican.] understood the compromise, saying that the three-fifths clause was ‘a downright disability laid upon the slaveholding states’ that deprived them of ‘two-fifths of their natural basis of representation.’
Douglass’ vision was shared by Patrick Henry and others. Henry said, expressing the reality of the three-fifths compromise, ‘As much as I deplore slavery, I see that prudence forbids its abolition.’ With this union, Congress at least had the power to abolish slave trade by [beginning in] 1808 [Article I Section 9 ¶ 1: “The Migration or Importation of such Persons as any of the States now existing shall think proper to admit [slaves], shall not be prohibited by the Congress prior to the Year one thousand eight hundred and eight, but a Tax or duty may be imposed on such Importation, not exceeding ten dollars for each Person.”]. According to delegate James Wilson, many believed the anti-slave-trade clause laid ‘the foundation for banishing slavery out of this country [Unfortunately, it did not happen.].’ Many of the founders abhorred slavery. The most unique aspect of slavery in the Western world was the moral outrage against it, which began to emerge in the 18th century and led to massive elimination efforts. It was Britain’s military sea power that put an end to the slave trade. And our country fought a costly war that brought an end to slavery [More Americans died in the Civil War than in any other American involved conflict.]. Unfortunately, these facts about slavery are not in the lessons taught in our schools and colleges. Instead, there is gross misrepresentation and suggestion that slavery was a uniquely American practice.”

The United State officially abolished slavery with the ratification of Amendment XIII in 1865. Amendment XIII

Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.
Section 2.
Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.”
The colonies were under British control and British law until 1776. Under British law, at that time, slavery was legal. Therefore, unless changed by law by a specific State, slavery was legal in the States after the Revolutionary War. Each sovereign State made its own determination. There was no way that the new Constitution could outlaw slavery and still be ratified by the States that legally allowed slavery within its borders. Thirteen sovereign nations. Some permitted slavery. Some did not. It took the bloodiest war in American history to end slavery in every State and all the territories of the United States.
Slavery both officially and unofficially is still occurring in the world today including within the United States.

This, of course, does not include the newest form of “slavery” being perpetrated upon the people of the United States by the Left: Dependence upon government.
However, there is a different type of slavery more devastating that the slavery of one person to another person. Here, however, we each have a choice in choosing our master.

I am using an example from everyday life because of your human limitations. Just as you used to offer yourselves as slaves to impurity and to ever-increasing wickedness, so now offer yourselves as slaves to righteousness leading to holiness. When you were slaves to sin, you were free from the control of righteousness. What benefit did you reap at that time from the things you are now ashamed of? Those things result in death! But now that you have been set free from sin and have become slaves of God, the benefit you reap leads to holiness, and the result is eternal life. For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.”
