Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need one more Constitutional Justice and the one appointed has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. It is past time to attack the evil of murdering babies within the womb on every front with every legal weapon we can use until the murder of babies within the womb is abolished completely throughout the United States and its territories. We just rejected three school board members who instigated this nonsense in our schools and now the army is instigating it worldwide. They are trying to destroy the United States military. They are instigating the Left’s agenda of total sexual immorality.]. The delay does not prevent currently serving soldiers from transitioning [For which insanely the taxpayer is footing the bill. Join the military to get your body mutilated by the military for free.], however. It is intended to give the joint chiefs more time to review and mitigate the Obama-era rule’s [CHANGE the RULE! The force-wide presentation sheds quite a bit of light on the implications of the rule change on transgender [transsexual] service members. The policy prioritizes subjective feelings [It must to accommodate the delusions of transsexuals. Feelings over facts. Feelings over science. Feelings over biology. It is insanity.] over combat-readiness and inverts military order by placing the [perceived not actual] needs of individuals over the well-being of their units [The Barack Hussein Obama military. I’ve been saying for over eight years that Barack Hussein Obama was intent upon destroying the military power of the United States. This is his closing chapter. He couldn’t accomplish this change in the schools but the military is implementing it. Immorality run amok. Insanity run amok.].
The policy allows transgender [transsexual] soldiers to switch their ‘gender [sex] marker [One can not change one’s sex. What utter nonsense.].’ in the Army’s personnel database without undergoing sex reassignment surgery or any other physical changes [Can’t change one’s sex under any circumstance and yet the army is letting them declare their “perceived” sex. These are the people who are suppose to be protecting the nation?].
For a soldier to officially change gender [sex] requires only some paperwork. A military doctor or civilian medical professional must certify that the transgender [transsexual] person has achieved ‘stability in the preferred [preferred?] gender [sex]’ and the soldier must change the gender [sex] designation on the soldier’s passport or birth certificate [In other words, the soldier has to commit fraud. Which in itself should be grounds for a court martial and expulsion from the service.]. From that point on, the transgender [transsexual] soldier is ;expected to adhere to all military standards associated with their [delusional] gender [sex],’ and ‘use the billeting, bathroom and shower facilities’ of their new [One can not have a new sex.] gender [sex].
For example, ‘Vignette Four’ of the training module presents the following scenario: ‘following her [his] transition from male to female [No MALE can transition to being a FEMALE. It is impossible.] (which did not include sex reassignment surgery) and gender [sex] marker change in DEERS [Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System] (DEERS is the military’s personnel database), a transgender [transsexual] Soldier begins using female barracks, bathroom and shower facilities. Because she [he] did not undergo a surgical change, the Soldier still has male genitalia [Because HE is a male and always will be a male whether or not HE mutilates HIS body with surgery. A male is a male is a male. He may not like it but that does not change the truth, the facts, the science, or the biology. What is wrong with our military? Where is Congress? Where is the President? Why are both of them silent?].’
How should troops respond? ‘Soldiers must accept living and working conditions that are often austere, primitive, and characterized by little or no privacy.’
The slide tells soldiers to ‘understand that you may encounter individuals in barracks, bathrooms, or shower facilities with physical characteristics of the opposite sex [BECAUSE THEY ARE OF THE OPPOSITE SEX!] despite having the same gender [sex] marker in DEERS [Because the military is perpetuating a fraud.].’ The next bullet point adds, ‘all Soldiers should be respectful of the privacy and modesty concerns of others [Right?]. However, transgender [transsexual] Soldiers are not required or expected to modify or adjust their behavior based on the fact that they do not ‘match’ other Soldiers [They do not match other soldiers because they are not of the same sex as those other soldiers.].’ This is a first. The military is normally in the business of telling soldiers to ‘modify or adjust their behavior’ all the time [Unless one is a delusional transsexual soldier. Then, the delusional transsexual soldier gets to dictate what is appropriate and what is not appropriate. Turning the military upside down thanks to Barack Hussein Obama and his Leftist cohorts.].
Consider what these policies mean in real life: Most Army showers look like a prison cell with several showerheads on the wall. Anyone who has dealt with the practical challenges of funneling 30 people through them in ten minutes understands that ‘privacy’ will be incompatible with reality. Female soldiers who feel uncomfortable sharing facilities with individuals who still have ‘physical characteristics of the opposite sex’ will just have to put up with it [Because to the Left the one is more important than the thirty if the one advances the agenda. To the Left it is ALWAYS the agenda and forcing others to comply.].
The adjustments to ‘ billeting’ are equally intrusive. Modern barracks resemble college dorms, with two soldiers of the same sex—now ‘gender [sex] marker’—sharing rooms just large enough to accommodate the basic necessities of military life. The training forbids any commander from ordering a transgender [transsexual] soldier to use a facility that is inconsistent with his ‘gender [sex] marker,’ and rejects the idea of separate facilities for transgender [transsexual] soldiers [“Just one of the gals” even if actually a male because the army doesn’t allow facts to get in the way of a delusion.]. If separate facilities of any kind are created, they must be for soldiers who feel uncomfortable sharing facilities with a member of the opposite biological sex. In short, the rest of the unit must adjust [Of course. Leftist logic adopted by an insane military command.], not the individual transgender [transsexual] soldier.

The changes also affect drug-testing procedures. DoD [Department of Defense] Instruction 1010.16 requires urine specimens to be ‘collected under the direct observation of a designated individual of the same sex as the Service member providing the specimen.’ To be blunt, ‘observers’ must watch the urine sample leave the tested soldier’s body and enter the collection cup.
Under the new rules, however, ‘absent an exception to policy, the observer will be the same gender [sex] as the Soldier being observed (as reflected by the gender [sex] marker in DEERS).’ The change is justified by interpreting the term ‘sex’ in existing drug testing regulations to mean the same thing as ‘gender.’ Lest there be any confusion: the policy means that an 18-year-old female soldier may be forced to drop her pants and urinate in a cup in front of an anatomically male non-commissioned officer who has a female ‘gender [sex] marker,’ and vice versa.
As important as privacy and respect are, the biggest problem with the policy is its effect on the military’s core purpose of battle readiness [Minor detail to the Left. The agenda comes before all else.]. For example, under the policy, a male infantryman who cannot meet the bare minimum requirement of 42 pushups and is therefore considered a liability in combat can switch his ‘gender [sex] marker’ to female and suddenly be qualified. Even though he retains the exact same physical characteristics, and can do only 19 push-ups, he will now be a combat-ready female [HE will always be male. THIS IS DANGEROUS! In combat are warriors willing to have a delusional person watching and protecting their back? I would not be. I don’t believe I am alone in that regard.] infantry soldier, eligible to hold the exact same role in his former unit.
The lesson plan is explicit on this point: ‘for policies and standards that apply differently to Soldiers according to gender [sex], the Army recognizes a Soldier’s gender [sex] by the Soldier’s gender [sex] marker in the Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting Systems (DEERS) [The army is as delusional as some of its soldiers.].’
Bullets Don’t Care About Your Feelings
Regardless of one’s opinion about bathroom bills, this policy is dangerously misguided not because of politics or ideology, but as a matter of basic physics. Biology may not be destiny, as the slogan goes, but it still matters on the battlefield [It certainly does. Women should not be on the battlefield and that includes males pretending to be females.]. An AK-47 round travels towards a soldier at 2,330 feet per second, no matter how you self-identify. A six-foot tall, 180-pound, anatomically male soldier can either pull his bodyweight over a wall, or carry another soldier, or walk for miles with 80 pounds of equipment, or he cannot.
But under the current policy, you are combat-ready if you self-identify as the type of person who would be combat-ready. How very millennial. Of course, the new policy raises other logistical issues as well. If ‘stability in the preferred [preferred?] gender [sex]’ does not preclude ongoing hormone therapy, will these soldiers be deployable? Should estrogen cycles be flown into remote forward operating bases with other critical medical supplies? And if these soldiers cannot deploy alongside their units, is the policy truly serving its stated goal of availing the armed services with ‘all available talent to remain the finest fighting force the world has ever known [Ridiculous.].’
The ‘harassment and discrimination’ section of the lesson plan forbids ‘attitudes or comments that marginalize transgender [transsexual] people [In other words, they CAN NOT speak the truth. They must accept the insanity of the army and the delusional soldiers without question.].’ Heated, time-sensitive situations come with enough confusion on their own, without the additional layer added by gender [sex]-neutral pronouns such as ‘they’ and ‘their,’ and soldiers should not have to double-clutch for fear of repercussions before speaking bluntly in such situations [Delusional transsexual people should NOT serve in the military. PERIOD.].
The military has always been at the forefront of civil rights and equality in our society, and that should never change. But this policy is not a question of equality, it is a matter of basic safety and combat effectiveness [Absolutely. It is also about not perpetuating a delusion which serves no good purpose for anyone including the person who is delusional.]. It asks the other 39 soldiers in a transgender [transsexual] soldier’s platoon to potentially sacrifice their safety for one soldier’s affirmation [Delusion.]. It is the inverse of the traditional military ethos [And it is dangerous to everyone including the transsexual.]
On one of my first days in the Army, I listened to a non-commissioned officer tell a new private, ‘Words don’t hurt—bullets hurt. So I don’t give a . . . about your . . . Feelings.’ (Creative language omitted.) Master Sergeant Wood was a veteran of the Gulf War and Operation Iraqi Freedom, a Purple Heart recipient, and had only four fingers on his right hand. He knew the truth of his statement from firsthand experience. It seems somewhere along the line, during the last 15 years of war, our political class lost track of his most basic insight: Words don’t hurt. Bullets hurt [The Left is pushing their agenda and they do not care about any collateral damage that may result.].

There should be NO transsexuals in the military PERIOD! They are delusional! Do we, as a society, really want a delusional person to have a weapon and have the back of other soldiers? This horrendous policy must be reversed.
