Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need one more Constitutional Justice and the one appointed has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. It is past time to attack the evil of murdering babies within the womb on every front with every legal weapon we can use until the murder of babies within the womb is abolished completely throughout the United States and its territories. Two important pieces of legislation are awaiting Governor Bruce Rauner’s action—to sign, or to veto—and both bills should be vetoed [They should have been vetoed immediately. They are both terrible bills. One allows delusional transsexuals to commit fraud against the State of Illinois on a legal document. The second uses Illinois taxpayer money, when Illinois is literally billions of dollars in debt, to finance the deliberate murder of babies within the womb. Only radical Leftists would even propose such monstrous laws. For a responsible Republican Governor to allow them to become law would be totally irresponsible.]!
For him to do this, he needs to hear from the Illinois’ pro-life and pro-family community. He needs to hear from all of us, and the sooner the better.
The top priority right now is getting calls and emails in opposition to HB 1785—which arrived on the governor’s desk on June 29th after passing the Illinois House by a vote of 63-43 and the Illinois Senate by a vote of 32-22.
This legislation would allow gender [sex]-dysphoric persons to falsify their birth certificates, which are both legal and historical documents [And being a legal document, to give false information on said document is committing fraud against the State of Illinois and its citizens. To sign such a bill is to sanction committing fraud against the State of Illinois. Signing such a bill may be an illegal act within itself since the Governor then becomes an accomplice to fraud.]. This will have consequences with regard to the relentless cultural assault on physical privacy through the sexual integration of previously sex-segregated spaces [In other words, males claiming to be females although not actually being female (and vice versa) demanding to use the facilities designated for females and being able to claim that the State of Illinois recognizes them as being female. Therefore, they MUST be female and MUST be allowed into female facilities. If the Governor allows this monstrous bill to become law, he is declaring war upon females who are actually females and war on males who are actually males. He is also signing his own certificate of defeat, as far as I am concerned. I would NEVER EVER vote for him. He would have betrayed the voters and citizens of Illinois. Both Peoria area Democrat Leftists Dave Koehler in the State Senate from District 46 and State House member Jehan Gordon-Booth from District 92 voted for this monstrosity of a bill. Both should be defeated.].
When IFI’s [Illinois Family Institute’s] Laurie Higgins wrote about this bill earlier this year, her title said it all: ‘Corrupt, Nonsensical Legislation Reintroduced.’ If you haven’t read it yet, we highly recommend that you do.
Among many other negative impacts, biologically intact men will have legal access to women’s restrooms, locker rooms, dressing rooms, shelters, semi-private hospital rooms, nursing home rooms, and prisons [And can compete in Women’s sports such as Chicago’s professional women’s basketball team. Further, make no mistake about it, it will also come to all the school systems in Illinois from elementary to college, from public to private.].
Governor Rauner must act to veto this nonsense by August 28, 2017 or it will automatically become law. [As I have said already, this should have been vetoed immediately. That it has not is disconcerting. If this becomes law, his political career IS OVER. He will not be able to spend his way to victory when conservatives will not vote for him for betraying the State of Illinois.]
Secondly: We need pro-life advocates to continue to speak out against HB 40, a bill that would remove all restrictions on taxpayer funding of abortion [murder of babies within the womb.] This bill has passed both the Illinois House by a vote of 62-55 and in the Illinois Senate by a vote of 33-22. A procedural motion has delayed it from being sent to the Governor’s desk, which gives us more time to speak out against it [Again, both Peoria area Democrat Leftists Dave Koehler in the State Senate from District 46 and State House member Jehan Gordon-Booth from District 92 voted for this monstrosity of a bill. A bill that forces all taxpayers to finance the murder of babies within the womb when the State of Illinois is literally billions of dollars in debt. Why would any sane legislator vote for more spending to murder babies within the womb? It is totally insane and totally fiscally irresponsible. I will point out one other fact. Jehan Gordon-Booth is Black. Percentage-wise, more Blacks are murdered through abortion than any other racial and/or ethnic group. In fact, the murder of Black babies within the womb is the LEADING cause of death for all Blacks regardless of age. Why would she support the murder of Black babies within the womb? Don’t Black lives matter when those Black lives are within the womb? Infanticide against her own race. Both should be defeated.].
One of the many fake news narratives that Leftist[s] love to promote is the phony ‘war on women.’ With sixty million abortions [murders of babies within the womb] since Roe v. Wade’s passage, one could easily make the case that we have seen a forty-plus-year [Forty-four years and counting.] real war on the preborn [A majority of ALL murders of babies within the womb are female. The Left is carrying out the real war on women and the real war on Blacks. Why do you think the Left needs to allow the invasion of a huge number of illegals into this country? They are deliberately murdering off their own supporters through abortion.].
On July 4th, Governor Rauner vetoed a tax increase; he can and should veto HB 40 and HB 1785 as well [Absolutely. And he had better if he wants to be reelected.].

What are the hallmarks of a well-run state? It turns out that one of the best indicators of a state’s fiscal stability is how low their tax rate is.
A new ranking by George Mason University shows that the most fiscally-sound states in the country have some of the lowest tax rates.
By contrast, the most fiscally dubious states—the ones teetering on a fiscal precipice—have suffocating taxes that soak their residents.
The fourth annual ‘Ranking the States by Fiscal Condition,’ released Tuesday morning, covers five measures that are intended to gauge a state’s ability to pay bills, avoid deficits, and meet long-term spending needs—like pension liabilities. Investor’s Business Daily has the details:

1) ‘Cash solvency, for example, measures a state’s ability to pay immediate bills [Illinois is months behind on paying their bills.].
2) Budget solvency focuses on whether states will end the year with a surplus or deficit. [Illinois has had a deficit each and every year since 2004, when I moved back to Illinois the first time, and it has continued through to today.]
3) Service-level solvency gauges a state’s ability to meet a demand for increased spending [Illinois spends too much now. Any increased demand for spending just increases the debt if that demand is granted.].
4) Long-run solvency looks at a state’s ability to meet longer-term spending commitments [Nowhere near fulfilling such commitments.].
5) Trust-fund solvency looks at the states’ unfunded pension liabilities and state debt [Unfunded pension liabilities is a major problem as is State debt.].’”
“Of the ten worst-run states. Six of them are run by Democrats (at least in the legislature). Leading the pack is Chris Christie’s own state of New Jersey. Here they are:

The most fiscally sound states also tend to have the lowest tax burdens, according to a separate analysis by the Tax Foundation, which measures state and local tax burdens as a percentage of state income.
Of the ten most fiscally sound states, the average state tax burden is 8.5 percent. Of the ten least-solvent states, it’s 10.2 percent.
This should serve as a warning to anyone considering electing [Leftist] Democrats or raising taxes.”
Illinois just raised its taxes. When a State has a spending problem, the State can NOT tax itself out of the spending problem. It has to STOP spending. BASIC ECONOMICS! More tax money is a drug for more spending.
The Left is intent upon ruining State governments and the federal government. They are seeking to destroy the United States as it was to establish their vision of a government controlled, tyrannical society that has two classes of citizens. The elites, who are in control of every aspect of life, and everyone else. Guess to which class you and I belong.
