It is official. I am being “shadow-banned” by the Left as a conservative that the Left fears. The Left fears the truth and Christians. In 2015, I was locked out of all 6 of my blogs because they feared me. I didn’t start blogging again until July 1, 2016. In less than 2 years they have attacked me again.
I am not going away because of these attacks. You are going to have to bookmark me if you want to follow me. Here is my planned schedule. I don’t always meet it but I come close. I have only posted early a couple of times for my 9AM post since I began the schedule and so far I have only been 2 hours late when I miss a scheduled time. If I miss a time, I keep the missed time as part of the schedule so every post through Saturday is later as a result. All times are Central Daylight Savings Time although the official time stamp uses Pacific Daylight Savings Time which means on Saturday I actually post on Sunday although stamped as between 11PM - 12PM. Here is the schedule.

Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need one more Constitutional Justice and the one appointed has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. It is past time to hold federal judges accountable. Impeachment is a method provided within the Constitution to hold federal judges accountable. We need to elect Congressional candidates who are willing to expose the misdeeds of judges and are willing to hold them accountable through impeachment and conviction, if necessary.

The Daily Wire reported that Indiana Democratic [Leftist] Senator Joe Donnelly, who is locked in a tight race against Republican challenger Mike Braun in a red state that President Donald Trump won handily in 2016, has already announced publicly that he will vote ‘No’ on Kavanaugh when his nomination comes to the Senate floor [Not a surprise. The UNHOLY Grail of murdering babies within the womb MUST be saved.].
Donnelly explained [Excused his decision.] in a statement posted to social media that he has taken the ‘disturbing and credible [How is it credible? As noted, Donnelly is already facing a rather tough midterm fight against Braun, who has the strong support of both Vice President Mike Pence - formerly a U.S. representative and governor of the state - and President Trump, who won the state in 2016 by a double-digit margin.
The Indianapolis Star reported on a recent Ipsos poll that showed the race between Braun and Donnelly was essentially a toss-up, as the senator was clinging to a slim three-point lead over his challenger - 46 to 43 percent - in the poll that had a 2.5 percent margin of error [If done accurately.].

The Star noted that adding a bit more confusion to the race was the fact that an NBC poll had Donnelly up by six points - 49 to 43 percent - while a Fox News poll had Braun up by two - 45 to 43 percent - and a libertarian candidate in the race was drawing upwards of three percentage points of support [Libertarian candidates are used and sometimes financed by the Left to take votes away from Republican candidates. In close races, it has meant the difference between winning or losing. If you don’t want Donnelly reelected, vote for Mike Braun not the Libertarian candidate.].
It obviously remains to be seen what, if any, impact Donnelly’s decision to oppose Kavanaugh will have on the race that will most likely come down to turnout on election day. However, it is a fairly safe bet that voters in a state where the president and his agenda - including judicial nominees - are more popular than in most other states, will be highly motivated to remove an obstructionist resister in the Senate from office in November [I would hope so.].

Mitchell, chief of the Maricopa County attorney’s office Special Victims Division, spoke to a meeting of all 51 Republican senators following the hearing, two sources briefed on the session told Fox News.
‘Mitchell spelled it out and was clear with senators that she could not take (Ford’s allegation) anywhere near a courtroom [Of course not. Trials need more than a 36 year old accusation. The accuser does not know where or when the alleged event took place. The accuser does not know how she got to the party or how she got home from the party. The prosecutor further told the senators that she would not even seek a search warrant [Of course not.].

Democrat [Leftist] senators who are considered possible ‘yes’ votes for Kavanaugh include Joe Manchin of West Virginia and Heidi Heitkamp of North Dakota. Two examples of federal court meddling in relation to Congressional boundaries.
From the 2002 to the 2010 Congressional elections, Illinois had 19 Congressional Districts. In the Congressional Elections of 2010, the Illinois Tea Party rose up after the passage of Obamacare and replaced 4 Leftist Congressmen who voted for Obamacare with 4 new Republican Congressmen. In my neighboring 17th District, the Leftist Congressman was caught on tape saying he did not care about the Constitution when it came to passing Obamacare. It cost him the election.
In the census of 2010, Illinois lost one Congressional District going to 18 from 19. The Left still controlled the Illinois General Assembly and clearly gerrymandered the Districts when they redrew the Districts. In one District, they included two Republican House members. In the primary, one of the two lost. In this case, the newly elected 2010 Republican defeated a long time incumbent Republican Congressman. In the other redrawn Districts, the 3 newly elected Congressmen were all defeated in the general election. The court said the Districts had NOT been gerrymandered. Utter nonsense.
In the other, the courts threw out the Districts drawn by a Republican controlled legislature in 2010. The court itself redrew the Congressional boundaries for the next election. The General Assembly after the election adopted the court’s boundaries. The State was again sued for having gerrymandered Districts even though the State had adopted the court’s Districts. The State lost again in court with the court saying the adopted districts drawn by the court itself were “unconstitutionally” gerrymandered.
The courts are no more able to draw valid districts than the States are. Worse, the courts are NOT held accountable for their decisions while the voters can hold the State General Assemblies accountable. The courts are NOT impartial decision makers and should not be deciding Congressional boundaries.
