Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need one more Constitutional Justice and the one appointed has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. It is past time to attack the evil of murdering babies within the womb on every front with every legal weapon we can use until the murder of babies within the womb is abolished completely throughout the United States and its territories. I was teaching high school American government at St. Charles High School in Illinois at this time. I remember this.].
Four states (Idaho, Kentucky, Nebraska, and Tennessee) purportedly rescinded their ERA ratifications before the original 1979 deadline [Not purportedly.]; however, there is no precedent or mechanism within the U.S. Constitution for rescinding [There is also nothing within the Constitution that says proposed Amendments can not be rescinded before ratification is complete.], thus, it becomes a legal question.
In 1978, Congress passed (by simple majorities in each house [Meaning it did not reach the Constitutional requirement of passing by a 2/3 vote in each House of Congress. See below.] ), and President Carter signed, a joint resolution purporting to extend the ratification deadline to June 30, 1982. Because no additional state legislatures ratified the ERA between March 22, 1979 and June 30, 1982, the validity of that disputed extension was rendered academic.

Illinois then ratified the ERA on May 30, 2018.”

It is interesting to note that both State Representatives Christine Winger and Dan Brady prefaced their remarks by claiming to be pro-life, even though it is well known that Planned Parenthood is a strong proponent of this legislation precisely because it will expand abortion [murder of babies within the womb] ‘rights’ throughout the nation and dismantle vital abortion [murder of babies within the womb] restrictions—including parental notification (or consent) laws.
On the pro-life/pro-family side, eight state lawmakers rose to speak against the ERA, including Pete Breen (R-Lombard), Allen Skillicorn (R-Crystal Lake), Jeanne Ives (R-Wheaton), Mary Flowers [A Democrat who is not a Leftist?] (D-Chicago), Tom Morrison (R-Palatine), Terry Bryant (R-Mt. Vernon), and Rita Mayfield [A Democrat who is not a Leftist?] (D-Waukegan).
Proponents of the ERA claim that they need one more state to ratify this constitutional amendment for complete victory [Absolutely not true. However, as we know, the Left does not care about actual laws and requirements. This died in 1979 because it was NOT ratified by 1979 AS REQUIRED.], even though the deadline for passage expired decades ago and even though five states have voted to rescind their ratification over the years it has been pending. If one more state votes for its passage, the issue will certainly wind up in the courts [Why? The Court has already ruled that the issue is moot.].

Men could NOT be excluded from restrooms, showers, or sports on the basis of sex. Also men could not be discriminated against on the basis of sex in relation to divorce where the historical pattern has always been to lean toward giving custody of children to the mother rather than the father. By the way, that should also mean that the father has an EQUAL say on whether or not the mother can murder THEIR child by means of abortion.].
