Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need one more Constitutional Justice and the one appointed has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. Target from 57.13 on 10/6/17 to 59.50 on 12/1/17 up 4.15% with the Dow up 6.4% over the same period. Target is still lagging behind the larger market as measured by the Dow. The boycott stills seems to be having the desired effect.

It is past time to hold federal judges accountable. Impeachment is a method provided within the Constitution to hold federal judges accountable. Hours after the heinous attack on Santa Fe High School, CNN released a list of school shootings that includes BB gun incidents and accidental discharges of legally possessed guns.
CNN used the list to claim there has been, ‘on average, one school shooting every week this year [What can one expect from CNN? Certainly not serious reporting of the news.].’
But those who take the time to read the list, see that one ‘school shooting’ was an April 9 incident in which one student in Gloversville, New York, shot a BB gun at another student.
Another ‘school shooting’ was a March 13 incident in which a police officer, who is a part-time teacher in Oceanside, California, accidentally discharged his firearm in the classroom. One student was ‘injured by a bullet fragment or by debris that fell from the ceiling.’
Another ‘school shooting’ was what police described as an ‘unintentional’ discharge of a firearm at Los Angeles’s Sal Castro Middle School. ABC7 reported the shooting as an ‘accidental’ incident that occurred after a 12-year-old illegally brought a pistol to school.
CNN admits that other ‘school shooting’ examples in their list include ‘gang violence, fights and domestic violence [Close enough for CNN standards. CNN has standards?].’
On March 20—just over a month after the Parkland school shooting—Breitbart News reported that CNN was already claiming ‘on average, one school shooting every week this year’ with a less complete, but equally misleading, combination of accidental discharges, ‘gang violence,’ ‘domestic violence,’ etc. The newer list is just more of the same [Welcome to the news as fabricated by CNN. The source for Leftist news and views. Could this be why they are so ill-informed?].”
I graduated from high school in 1965. I can not recall a single mass school shooting in that time. I do recall very well the assignation of President Kennedy my junior year. Not exactly a school shooting. After five years of college and a Master’s Degree, I taught in two different high schools in Illinois for ten years. Can’t recall a single mass shooting in high schools during that time. I was a school board member in Arizona from 1983-1986, I can’t recall a single mass shooting during that time. I do recall one serious shooting that occurred on a university campus. It was considered an aberration not a trend.

During those years, the NRA was active and involved. The Second Amendment was still in the Constitution. Guns were owned and used by many adults and minors. And yet, no mass murders at schools. Why not? What was different back then compared to now? Why are the NRA and Republican politicians now the evil villains? Why are they responsible for the actions of evil people? Why aren’t evil people responsible for their own evil actions?
Mass shootings are NOT a gun problem, a gun control problem, or a mental health problem. Mass shootings are a sin problem and need to be dealt with accordingly.
